Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management on the financial performance of universities. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM), which allows the analysis of complex relationships between latent variables. Data was collected through a survey of 143 respondents consisting of employees (Educators and Education Personnel), then analyzed to test the direct influence of each variable on financial performance. The results showed that employee satisfaction (p = 0.004) and employee performance (p = 0.003) had a significant positive effect on financial performance. In contrast, resource management showed no significant direct influence (p = 0.352), although it made a substantial contribution in the structural model (f² = 0.352). These findings indicate that the human aspect is more dominant in influencing the financial performance of institutions. The implications of these results emphasize the importance of an integrated human resource management strategy, with a focus on improving employee satisfaction, performance, and empowerment to support operational efficiency and financial sustainability in the higher education environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Gajahkeris Literacy Program against four key variables: communication, resources, stakeholder disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The program was developed as a strategic response to strengthen student literacy through structured routines and stakeholder collaboration within the Merdeka Belajar framework. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis employed a systematic and literate approach, including thematic coding, the Edward III framework, and key variables (communication, resources, disposition, structure) to assess the implementation of the Gajahkeris Program. The study findings indicate that effective teacher-student communication, strong leadership, and the use of creative learning materials positively contribute to student literacy engagement. However, challenges arise in the form of inconsistent parental involvement, limited feedback mechanisms, and bureaucratic rigidity that hinder responsive decision-making. This study provides implications regarding the importance of strengthening the communication framework between teachers, students, and parents, as well as the need for increased professional development to support program implementation. Furthermore, improvements in the feedback system and bureaucratic flexibility are needed to ensure responsive and effective decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the ideal strategic partnership model for implementing the Independent Learning Campus Internship (MBKM) program in higher education. Systematic and sustainable partnership management is crucial for optimally supporting the implementation of the MBKM program. The research approach employed was a descriptive qualitative one, utilising data collection techniques that included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that despite the existence of a basic MBKM implementation structure, challenges such as limited documentation, suboptimal training, and weak evaluation of collaboration remain significant obstacles. This study led to the development of a strategic partnership model comprising four main pillars: collaborative planning, institutional organisation, internship program implementation, and evaluation and sustainability of the collaboration. Two key components strengthen this model: enhancing the digitalisation system and fostering an ethical and inclusive partnership culture. The implementation of this model is expected to improve the effectiveness of collaboration, strengthen student competencies, and enhance the institution's reputation through sustainable and career-relevant partnerships.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how organisational climate transformation can enhance teacher job satisfaction in two public high schools. The approach used in this study was a descriptive qualitative one, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving principals and teachers. A total of six participants were selected using purposive sampling techniques to ensure the relevance and depth of information. This study demonstrates that both schools have developed participatory and transformative organisational climates, where principals engage teachers in program planning through consultative forums and collaborative work teams. One school focuses on teacher training and reflection twice a year, while the other implements monthly evaluations supported by a humanistic leadership approach. Both schools emphasise teacher participation, open communication, recognition, and ongoing evaluation to enhance job satisfaction. These findings support the notion that organisational climate transformation through active teacher involvement is efficacious in improving professionalism and educational quality, and provide theoretical and practical contributions to school leadership development and policy. This study provides important implications for the development of school leadership practices, demonstrating that active teacher involvement in organisational climate transformation can enhance job satisfaction and professionalism.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of school principals in shaping students' religious character through institutionalized habituation management. The purpose of this study is to identify approaches to developing students' religious character, as well as implementation and evaluation strategies applied by school principals. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, with data collection techniques through participant observation, documentation, and interviews. An interactive model is used in analyzing the data, and credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests are conducted to verify the validity of the data. The results show that structured habituation activities, such as school literacy, extracurricular activities, Al-Qur'an recitation, prayer, apperception, reflection, and the application of the 5S method (smile, greeting, greeting, politeness and courtesy) can contribute significantly to the formation of students' religious character. In addition, activities such as K3 (cleanliness, beauty, order), Yasin recitation, weekly muhadhoroh, congregational prayer, and Juz Amma memorization also play a role. The principal's determination of school policies is a determining factor in the success of this program. The implications of this research provide practical contributions to the development of structured Islamic education management strategies and provide deeper insights into strategic leadership in values-based education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a science literacy-based Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) to improve elementary students’ conceptual understanding of science, assess its feasibility, and evaluate its effectiveness. Using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the E-LKPD was developed with Canva and a live worksheet, focusing on the topic of force and motion. Expert validation showed high feasibility scores: 93% from the media expert, 95% from the language expert, and 94% from the material expert. A limited trial involving 30 fourth-grade students yielded positive responses: 92.42% from the students and 98% from the teachers. Pretest and posttest results showed an average N-Gain of 0.12 to 0.16, which falls within the low to moderate category. However, the Paired Sample T-Test produced p-values < 0.05 for all indicators, indicating statistically significant differences between pretest and posttest scores. This suggests that although the quantitative gain was modest, students’ conceptual understanding of science improved meaningfully. The findings indicate that the E-LKPD is highly feasible and effective for supporting science instruction. This research supports deeper conceptual learning, development of 21st-century skills, learning innovation, the Merdeka Curriculum, and teacher competency in integrating digital science-literacy tools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the principal's servant leadership style on the work ethic of teachers in madrasas. This study employed a quantitative approach, utilising a survey method to collect data through questionnaires distributed to 30 teachers. The servant leadership variable was measured using 32 items, while the work ethic variable consisted of 35 items. Descriptive analysis showed that teachers' perceptions of the principal's servant leadership style were high (mean score of 126.87 out of 160), as was the work ethic (mean score of 142.93 out of 175). Regression analysis revealed a significant influence between servant leadership and teacher work ethic, with a partial coefficient of determination of 19.80% and a partial correlation coefficient of 0.445. The better the principal's servant leadership style, the higher the teachers' work ethic. These findings suggest that madrasa principals should create a humanistic and productive work environment, and teachers are expected to foster a collaborative work ethic that can enhance the quality of madrasa education.
