Abstract

Guru merupakan pendidik professional yang memiliki tugas dan berperan penting dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Untuk itu diperlukan Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) yang menjamin adanya proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas disemua jenjang pendidikan. Kinerja guru yang baik dan memuaskan dapat diukur dari tercapainya tujuan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Kriteria yang digunakan tersebut 14 kriteria yang dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok pedagogic, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Penilaian kinerja guru di beberapa sekolah selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk itu dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam proses penilaian kinerja guru. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan hasil metode Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) yaitu Hierarchy Process (AHP), Weighted Sum Model (WSM), Weighted Product Model (WPM), Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk mengetahui tingkat ketidaksesuian posisi perangkingan dengan hasil penilaian manual. Hasil dari perbandingan tersebut akan digunakan untuk menentukan metode terbaik yang akan digunakan oleh Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam membantu menyelesaikan penilaian kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan pembobotan kriteria yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa WSM merupakan metode dengan tingkat ketidaksesuaian terkecil dan AHP adalah metode dengan tingkat ketidaksesuaian terbesar. Berikut ini adalah rata-rata tingkat ketidaksesuian (jumlah alternatif adalah 25) antara metode : AHP = 15, 1, WSM = 4,5, WPM = 10,8 dan TOPSIS 9,9. Kata Kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; penilaian kinerja guru; multi criteria decision making   Decision support system for teacher performance assessment based on multi-criteria decision making.   Abstract: Teachers are professional educators who have duties and play an important role in educating the nation's life. For this reason, a Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) is needed, which guarantees a quality learning process at all levels of education. Good and satisfactory teacher performance can be measured by achieving goals in accordance with predetermined criteria. There are 14 criteria used, which are grouped into pedagogic, personality, social, and professional groups. Teacher performance assessments in several schools are still carried out manually. For this reason, a Decision Support System is needed that can assist in the teacher performance assessment process. In this research, a comparison was made of the results of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, namely Hierarchy Process (AHP), Weighted Sum Model (WSM), Weighted Product Model (WPM), Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to determine the level of inconsistency in ranking position with manual assessment results. The results of this comparison will be used to determine the best method to be used by the Decision Support System to help complete teacher performance assessments. Based on the test results with different weighting criteria, it shows that WSM is the method with the smallest level of nonconformity, and AHP is the method with the largest level of nonconformity. The following is the average level of discordance (the number of alternatives is 25) between methods: AHP = 15.1, WSM = 4.5, WPM = 10.8, and TOPSIS 9.9.

Abstract

Filsafat progresivisme merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam pendidikan yang menitik beratkan pembelajaran pada pembelajaran aktif, pengalaman langsung, dan perkembangan individu. Artikel ini bertujuan menyajikan kajian systematic literature review dengan metode PRISMA riset filsafat progresivisme di Indonesia, mulai dari konsep, telaah, hingga pengaplikasiannya. Jumlah artikel yang ditelaah adalah 32. Artikel tersebut diambil dari database crosreff yang kemudian disaring sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa filsafat progresivisme memberi pengaruh yang cukup signifikan pada dunia Pendidikan di Indonesia. Pengaruh tersebut mulai dari pengembangan kurikulum hingga pengaplikasian prinsip filsafat progresivisme.     Abstract: The philosophy of progressivism is an approach to education that focuses on active learning, direct experience, and individual development. This article aims to present a systematic literature review using the PRISMA method for progressivism philosophy research in Indonesia, starting from concept, analysis, to application. The number of articles reviewed was 32. These articles were taken from the Crossreff database which was then filtered according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that the philosophy of progressivism has had a significant influence on the world of education in Indonesia. This influence ranges from curriculum development to the application of the principles of progressivism philosophy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Learning Trajectory untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode research and development (R&D dengan menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE. Adapun model pengembangan ADDIE memiliki tahapan yaitu 1) Analis, 2) Desain, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation.  Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Selosari II Kabupaten Kediri dengan jumlah subjek coba siswa kelas IV SD sebanyak 29 orang siswa. Data yang digunakan untuk melihat kelayakan produk produk yaitu data terkait kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi, angket validasi ahli, angket respon guru dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil analisis data tingkat kevalidan produk berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli media pembelajaran dan ahli materi matematika SD menunjukkan rata-rata skor 86,75% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil analisis data uji kepraktisan produk berdasarkan angkat respon guru mendapat skor 90% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Sedangkan hasil analisis data terkait uji keefektifan produk yang dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata klasikal 81,5 dengan kriteria efektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Learning Trajectory layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD.   Multimedia learning based on learning trajectory to improve the mathematical problem-solving abilities of Class IV elementary school students   Abstract: This research and development aims to develop Learning Trajectory-based multimedia learning to improve mathematical problem-solving abilities in fourth-grade elementary school students. The research and development method (R&D using the ADDIE research model) is used. The ADDIE development model has stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The location of this research was carried out at Selosari II Elementary School, Kediri Regency, with a total of 29 elementary school fourth-grade students as test subjects. The data used to see the suitability of the product is data related to validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research instruments used were observation sheets, expert validation questionnaires, teacher response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The results of data analysis on product validity levels based on the assessment results of learning media experts and elementary school mathematics material experts show an average score of 86.75% with very valid criteria. The results of product practicality test data analysis based on teacher responses received a score of 90% with very practical criteria. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis related to product effectiveness testing, as seen from student learning outcomes, obtained a classical average score of 81.5 with effective criteria. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Learning Trajectory-based multimedia learning is suitable for improving mathematical problem-solving abilities in fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan dan kelayakan media Powtoon sebagai media pembelajaran teks prosedur kelas XI SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model milik Borg and Gall. Subjek pada penelitian ini dilakukan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, ahli pengajaran, dan siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan tiga instrumen yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian angket. Lalu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif-deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Baik” untuk digunakan. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan hasil skor yang diperoleh dari para ahli sebagai validator dalam proses validasi media yang dikembangkan. Ahli materi memberikan nilai sebesar 96,36, dari ahli media mendapatkan nilai sebesar 95,86, dan ahli pengajaran memberikan nilai sebesar 100. Sementara itu, nilai dari pengguna media sebesar 77,33. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Powtoon, mampu menjadi solusi bagi kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah serta menjadi salah satu media yang menarik dan inovatif.   Powtoon: Innovative procedural text learning media for high school students   Abstract: This study aims to describe the development and feasibility of Powtoon media as a learning medium for class XI high school procedural texts. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method with Borg and Gall's model. The subjects in this study were material experts, media experts, teaching experts, and class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman. The data collection technique uses three instruments, namely observation, interviews, and filling out questionnaires. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study used quantitative-descriptive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning media that has been developed get the "Very Good" category for use. This is in accordance with the results of the scores obtained from experts as validators in the media validation process that was developed. Material experts gave a score of 96.36, media experts scored 95.86, and teaching experts gave a score of 100. Meanwhile, media users scored 77.33. The conclusion obtained from the results of this research is that by using Powtoon-based learning media, it is hoped that it can be a solution for learning activities in schools as well as being one of the interesting and innovative media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertegas dan memperjelas bahwa penelitian menggunakan model PjBL-STEM memberikan dampak positif dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dimana peneliti mengkaji atau mereview 72 artikel dari beberapa jurnal melalui database Scopus dengan rentangan tahun 2018-2022. Pengambilan data melalui teori Inklusi dan Eksklusi sehingga hasil akhir artikel yang didapatkan sebanyak 40 artikel open access dengan database scopus. Model PjBL yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan STEM merupakan langkah inovatif dalam pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk merencanakan proses pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan menghasilkan suatu produk tertentu yang digunakan sebagai sumber belajarnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL-STEM memiliki dampak positif dalam dunia pendidikan. Diantaranya melalui PjBL-STEM mampu meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, mampu meningkatkan literasi, mampu meningkatkan self-efficacy, mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik serta membuat peserta didik tertarik dalam menuju karir dan profesi STEM karena peserta didik belajar dengan menyenangkan dan pembelajaran yang disampaikan bermakna (meaningful learning). Kemampuan dari dampak positif inilah yang nantinya sebagai bekal peserta didik dalam mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21.   Systematic literature review: Project-based learning integrated with STEM   Abstract: The study aims to emphasize and clarify that research using the PjBL-STEM model has a positive impact on learning. The research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) where researchers study or review 72 articles from several journals through the Scopus database with a range of years 2018-2022. Data collection was done through inclusion and exclusion theory so that the final results of articles were obtained from as many as 40 open-access articles with Scopus databases. The PjBL model combined with the STEM approach is an innovative step in learning that gives students the opportunity to plan the learning process collaboratively and produce a specific product that is used as a learning resource. Among them, PjBL-STEM can improve problem-solving skills, can improve literacy, can increase self-efficacy, is able to improve the learning outcomes of pupils, as well as make pupils interested in the direction of careers and STEM profession because pupils learn with fun and learning delivered meaningful (meaningful learning). The ability of this positive impact will be the future supply of students in developing the skills of the 21st century.

Abstract

Alat peraga merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu mahasiswa memahami suatu konsep materi. Dari hasil observasi dan analisis respon mahasiswa, diketahui bahwa untuk mata kuliah konversi energi, mahasiswa lebih menyukai ada alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran. Selama ini pembelajaran masih terbatas menggunakan media PPT atau buku. Karena memang belum tersedia alat peraga terkait dengan konsep konversi energi tersebut. Dengan demikian perlu dibuat dan dikembangkan sebuah alat peraga mengenai konversi energi yaitu alat peraga SOCET (Solar Cell Teaching KIT), yaitu KIT mini pembangkit listrik tenaga surya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan dengan model ADDIE terbatas, dengan pengembangan dan uji coba alat peraga untuk memastikan bahwa alat peraga layak digunakan. Hasil uji validasi dari para ahli, diperoleh hasil sebesar 90,33%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat peraga SOCET dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran mahasiswa dalam materi konversi energi.   Development of Solar Cell Teaching Kit (SOCET) as energy conversion material teaching tool   Abstract: Teaching aids are one of the learning media that could help students understand a material concept. From the results of observed and analyzed student responses, it was known that for energy conversion courses, students preferred teaching aids as a learning medium. So far, learning has still been limited to using PowerPoint or books. Because there were no teaching aids related to the energy conversion concept, it was necessary to create and develop a teaching aid regarding energy conversion, namely the SOCET (Solar Cell Teaching KIT) teaching aid, namely a mini KIT for solar power generation. The research method used was development using a limited ADDIE model, with the development and testing of teaching aids to ensure that the teaching aids were suitable for use. Validation test results from experts obtained a result of 90.33%. So, it could be concluded that the SOCET teaching aids could be used as a learning medium for students in energy conversion material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Higher Education Consumer Choice di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi fenomenologi dengan jumlah sampel sebelas orang responden yang terbagi menjadi empat wilayah Kalimantan Tengah, yaitu bagian Utara, Bagian Timur, Bagian Barat dan Bagian tengah (Kota Palangka Raya). Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa terdapat gambaran pilihan pendidikan tinggi di Kalimantan Tengah yang didominasi pada faktor individu, dukungan keluarga, Training Activity, dan Achievement (kompetensi diri). Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan faktor-faktor yang terbentuk dari pilihan melanjutkan pendidikan. Secara rinci dijelaskan pada pembahasan penelitian ini   Overview of higher education consumer choice in the Kalimantan Tengah Province   Abstract: This research aims to determine the description of Higher Education Consumer Choice in Central Kalimantan Province. The qualitative method used is a phenomenological study approach with a sample size of eleven respondents divided into four regions of Central Kalimantan, namely the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Central (Palangka Raya City) parts. The results show that higher education choices in Central Kalimantan are dominated by individual factors, family support, training activity, and achievement (self-competence). This study also produces factors from the choice to continue education. It is explained in detail in the discussion of this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a positive correlation between mathematics learning habits through an ethnomathematics approach and entrepreneurial behavior. This research is survey research conducted by mathematics education students in Bengkulu and Lubuklinggau. The sample for this research consisted of 70 students. There are two questionnaires as research instruments. Both are a questionnaire on mathematics learning habits using an ethnomathematics approach, and an entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire. The result of this research is that the complete structural equation model fit test is a good fit, which means that the empirical structural equation model is suitable with the theoretical (conceptual) structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test show that the calculated t value is 11.364 > 1.96, which means Ho is rejected, meaning that this research hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a positive correlation between mathematics learning habits through an ethnomathematics approach and entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi pendidikan dasar melalui penerapan kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan kurikulum, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran di Madrasah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 3 Kotawaringin Barat yang memiliki keunikan kearifan lokal. Melalui metode studi kasus, peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal dalam kurikulum mendukung pemahaman siswa tentang identitas budaya mereka, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, dan memperkuat hubungan sekolah dengan komunitas. Adaptasi kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal berkontribusi pada pengembangan kompetensi kultural siswa dan mempromosikan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan relevan secara lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang kearifan lokal dapat diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar, menawarkan kerangka kerja untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap konteks sosial dan budaya siswa. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan partisipatif dalam pengembangan kurikulum, di mana siswa, guru, dan orang tua berkolaborasi dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang mengakar pada kearifan lokal. Kata kunci: Kearifan Lokal; Pendidikan Dasar; Pendekatan Kualitatif; Pengembangan Kurikulum   Transforming basic education through local wisdom: A qualitative approach to curriculum development   Abstract: This research examines the transformation of basic education through the application of local wisdom in curriculum development, using a qualitative approach to understand its impact on the learning process in Madrasahs. The research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 3 Kotawaringin Barat, which has unique local wisdom. Through the case study method, researchers collected data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The main findings show that the integration of local wisdom in the curriculum supports students' understanding of their cultural identity, increases students' involvement in the learning process, and strengthens the school's relationship with the community. Local wisdom-based curriculum adaptation contributes to the development of students' cultural competence and promotes more inclusive and locally relevant education. This research provides new insights into how local wisdom can be integrated into the primary education curriculum, offering a framework for curriculum development that is responsive to students' social and cultural contexts. It underscores the importance of a participatory approach to curriculum development where students, teachers, and parents collaborate in designing and implementing a locally rooted curriculum.
