Intercultural mediation is considered to be one of the approach disciplines in building good and positive relations between multicultural community spaces. This approach places great importance on a dialogical space that involves social groups with equal principles. Therefore, this approach is very much needed in the composition of a society that has diverse cultures. One of how the diversity of the community is built is the relationship between urban groups of students and residents. In several cities in Indonesia, the composition of the two in terms of numbers shows a very large number. This study seeks to explain the importance of intercultural mediation as a priority need to create a harmonious space in society. This needs to be studied because in many cases it is difficult for urban students to blend in with their new environment so they experience acculturation stress which leads to conflict and failure to study. This research will be conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Exploration of cases regarding the symptoms and facts of acculturation stress that have been experienced by students is the main narrative in this study. Case studies that occur in the largest urban students destinations such as Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Jakarta, Malang, and Bandung will be the main focus of the search. This study will present a narrative about the strong relationship between intercultural mediation as a solution to the problem of cultural acculturation stress in urban student groups. The existence of a dialogue room that focuses on cultural recognition and social understanding between groups available in cities where many students come needs to be created and improved. Many ways can be done such as student day programs on campus with a duration of up to two semesters, community involvement around campus in new student orientation programs, and cultural festivals, policy making from the local government that regulates urban student administration. It is hoped that this study will become an important study for the community, universities, and all stakeholders to design preventive efforts through the development of various models of intercultural mediation implementation so that acculturation stress in urban students can be minimized.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terbentuknya kecerdasan kewarganegaraan melalui mata kuliah Hukum Tata Negara yang dilaksanakan dengan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam enam kali pertemuan. Setiap pertemuan terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyajian lembar observasi dan lembar asesmen. Lembar asesmen terdiri dari 10 soal dengan model menjodohkan yang diberikan pada saat pretest yang mencakup tujuh indikator ketercapaian kecerdasan kewarganegaraan. Diakhir pembelajaran diberikan lembar asesmen dalam bentuk postest dengan memberikan pertanyaan. Setelah melalui tahapan-tahapan penelitian, maka data-data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis. Pada penelitian tindakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan analisis yang bersifat naratif kualitatif atau dengan kata lain menguraikan/menjelaskan secara jelas dilihat dari proses sampai hasil temuan yang diperoleh dalam pelaksanaan tindakan. Berdasarkan kajian analisis dari 16 orang mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Hukum Tata Negara, maka terlihat kecenderungan kecerdasan mahasiswa dengan memberikan tanggapan bahwa mata kuliah tersebut berkontribusi terhadap kecerdasan warga negara dalam aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan civic knowledge & civic skill. Sedangkan pada sikap dan tindakan mahasiswa dapat di tekankan pada aspek civic disposition, civic confidence, civic commitment, civic competence dan civic culture.

This journal aims to discuss the security system for the Bogor City Hall office in dealing with the threat of criminal acts of terrorism. The city of Bogor as a buffer for Jakarta is included in the VIP security ring because it is close to the Bogor Palace. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis design. The results of this study conclude that First, physically, strengthening the Internal Security System for the Bogor City Hall Office can be carried out with the following steps; Increase the Risks, Increase the Effort, Reduce the Rewards, Remove Excuses, and Reduce Provocations. Second, efforts to strengthen the Internal Security System for the Bogor City Hall Office through Fostering the National Insight of Employees, fostering national insight for Bogor City Hall employees aims to help them internalize national values, such as love for the motherland, awareness of the importance of national security, and a spirit of unity and unity. Such coaching can help increase their awareness and alertness to suspicious signs and behavior around them.

This study aims to place Civic Education proportionally as the right vehicle in preparing young citizens who are smart and good digital citizenship in the development of science and technology in the era of digital communication. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. With the results of conceptual research, there are differences in meaning between digital citizenship, digital citizens, and digital citizenship education. In today's digital era, the development of digital civic education in Indonesia should be a must. This is because the current era of digitalization has had a tremendous disruption impact on various aspects of people's lives, including in the world of education. However, the development of digital citizenship education in Indonesia must certainly look at various aspects of the opportunities and challenges that exist.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peningkatan peran Bawaslu Republik Indonesia dalam mengawasi dan menindak kampanye hitam di media sosial pada Pemilu serentak 2024. Kegiatan kampanye Pemilu di media sosial lebih banyak dilakukan dalam bentuk kampanye hitam dibandingkan dengan kampanye positif. Bawaslu Republik Indonesia sebagai lembaga yang mengawasi penyelenggaraan Pemilu, belum sepenuhnya memiliki kewenangan penindakan kampanye hitam di media sosial. Maka daripada itu perlu adanya peningkatan peran Bawaslu Republik Indonesia dalam hal mengawasi kampanye hitam di media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa strategi Bawaslu Republik Indonesia dalam menindak kampanye hitam di media sosial dilakukan dengan cara bekerja sama dengan lembaga negara seperti Kemenkominfo, Kejaksaan, Kepolisian, dan lembaga pemantau Pemilu. Perluasan kewenangan Bawaslu Republik Indonesia terletak pada penambahan kewenangan pengawasannya atas kampanye hitam di media sosial, yang mengedepankan pada perubahan Pasal 93 UU No.7/2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum dalam rangka penegakan hukum terhadap pihak yang melakukan kampanye hitam di media sosial.

Strengthening Pancasila philanthropy through the voluntary sector to develop civic competence is carried out on the basis of how existing Pancasila education learning is not only textual learning but must be contextual and become meaningful learning. The role of the younger generation in philanthropic activities is needed, where their involvement can change the gap that occurs in society. The presence of a volunteer Turun Tangan Community has practiced social philanthropy by conducting an educational movement called Kelas Negarawan Muda (KNM) as an effort to develop its Civic Competence, but the educational movement or activity needs to be adjusted to the values of Pancasila. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method in exploring and describing how to strengthen Pancasila philanthropy through the voluntary sector to develop civic competence. Strengthening Pancasila philanthropy in the era of globalization can have a positive impact on the voluntary sector in developing its citizenship competence, as done through a project called Kelas Negarawan Muda (KNM).

Citizenship education which is often identified with moral and character education is very interesting to study, especially regarding appropriate learning models to be applied in the learning process. This study aims to provide an argumentative description of civics education as a way of learning morals and character. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach through literature studies. Data analysis focused on data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that moral and character learning must be carried out by prioritizing critical thinking skills, one of which can be through Habermas' emancipatory questions, that is why civics education must be carried out with a dialogical approach through critical pedagogy so can make realize moral and character actions in accordance with which are expected.

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum moves schools with learning that is pro-student. SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta is a driving school that implements the Independent Curriculum and seeks to implement differentiated learning. This study aims to analyze the learning needs of differentiated Pancasila education subjects at SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sources of research data include teachers of the Pancasila Education subject and students at SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. Data collection techniques with observation techniques, interviews, and documents. The qualitative data validity test was carried out by triangulation. Qualitative data analysis techniques with triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study show an analysis of learning styles, using learning style data obtained from schools which are the results of measurements from the school in collaboration with the psychology team. Initial ability analysis showed that the results of the pre-test carried out by 73 students got an average score of 58.5. Analysis of the needs of the development of differentiated learning, the teacher has analyzed the needs and ensured the readiness of students. Meanwhile, students still have difficulties if the learning material is not explained in detail. Analysis of the needs for the development of teaching modules, the teacher arranges teaching modules according to the procedures and components of the teaching modules. The results of the document study show that there is a content component that is lacking.

Students' citizenship skills are low as a result of the learning model because the lecturers are monotonous in lectures with occasional questions and answers and discussions. This model makes passive learning, saturating and boring students. Ideally learning activates students more and is full of meaning, so to overcome these problems the development of PCE is carried out through structured numbered heads as a model for student citizenship skills education. This study aims to describe the development of PCE with structured numbered heads as a model of citizenship skills education. This research is based on a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of his research, with the development of PCE through structured numbered heads are able to educate citizenship skills for PGMI students. It is recommended to optimize the development of PCE through structured numbered heads as a model for civic skills education for students of various levels of education.

Student character education in the era of globalization and digitalization today has experienced a crisis, because character education when focused only on general mathematics it is a concern because it is proved by many student behavior that deviates such as online gambling, online prostitution, fraud, online loans, etc. Students have an important role in the structure of society, as agents of change and agents of future. The main objective of this study is to study the implementation of student character education through Pancasila learning in current colleges, identify the challenges and obstacles faced, and be able to propose strategies to implement them. The type of research is descriptive research with an approach to the study of literature. With measures of data collection/studies of libraries, analysis and conclusion and advice. The results of this research find an effective strategy on how to cultivate Pancasila education in shaping the character of students through the implementation of the tri dharma of the college that must be run by all civitas that exist at the college.
