Abstract

Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) as an essential requirement in facing the challenges of chapter 21. This research aims to increase HOTS and student involvement in the learning process. The Socratic Method (Socrated Method) prioritizes in-depth discussion or dialogue (deep dialoque), where learning (teacher/lecturer) conveys deep questions (deep quitning) encourages students to think at a higher level. The Socratic method also encourages students to be actively involved in the learning process. This classroom action research uses 3 (three) cycles of steps; 1) problem assistance, 2) action plan, 3) action evaluation. The subjects were 29 students who took Pancasila Education lectures. The results showed that after 3 (three) cycles of action, HOTS increased by 45%. While student involvement has increased by 59%. So it can be said that the Socratic method can increase HOTS and student involvement in the lecture process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine citizen involvement in the Environmental Citizenship Forum (FKL) in Banjarmasin City. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive research method. This research was conducted at the Environmental Citizenship Forum (FKL) in Banjarmasin City which is a Youth Organization (OKP) under the auspices of the KNPI in South Kalimantan Province. The results of the Citizen Engagement Research conducted by the Environmental Citizenship Forum (FKL) in the City of Banjarmasin are in two stages, namely socialization and participation. The socialization they carried out was by socializing Banjarmasin City Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2011 concerning Clean Waste Management which regulates the Rights and Obligations of Citizens in protecting and preserving the environment in several High Schools (SMA) in Banjarmasin City. Their participation is carrying out the "Babarasih Environment" program which they carry out regularly and continuously once a month with youth organizations (OKP) and student organizations in the city of Banjarmasin. However, it is realized that the involvement of the Ecological Citizenship Forum must create more and more varied programs in the future to invite people to be involved in the process of environmental preservation and management in the city of Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Kebudayaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) yang menonjol berasal dari nilai-nilai luhur Kerajaan Mataram Islam dan nilai-nilai filosofi Jawa yang adiluhung. Pentingnya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal (local wisdom) agar kearifan lokal sebagai lokal genius dapat menjadi salah satu pegangan utama dalam menghadapi hegemoni globalisme. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bentuk penguatan kearifan lokal di DIY berdasarkan Perdais DIY No. 3 Tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, dan didukung wawancara lapangan. Menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), yaitu mengkaji dan menganalisis semua peraturan yang bersangkut dengan objek. Analisis kualitatif deskriptif melalui langkah-langkah, reduksi data, klasifikasi data, penafsiran data, display data dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai kearifan lokal berdasarkan Perdais DIY No. 3 Tahun 2017 berupa falsafah Jawa yang berasal dari Kerajaan Mataram Islam dan petuah adiluhung bahasa Jawa untuk pedoman menjadi manusia baik terhadap diri sendiri, sesama maupun kepada Tuhan. Bentuk penguatan kearifan lokal di DIY dengan cara revitalisasi, adaptasi, reaktualisasi dan internalisasi, baik melalui pendidikan formal dari TK sampai Perguruan Tinggi, melalui kegiatan masyarakat dari tingkat Rukun Warga sampai Provinsi dan melalui keluarga dengan pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasehat, cerita

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the potential impact of implementing problem-based learning (PBL) textbooks on Population and Environmental Education (PKLH) courses on student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills in the PPKn Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Learning outcomes are seen from test results, while critical thinking skills are seen from the results of observations on the ability to identify, define, explore, and integrate problems. The results showed that there was an increase in the average student learning outcomes between before and after using PBL-based textbooks with a post-test score of 62.89 increasing to 87.63 during the post-test with a difference in score of 24.74 points. The results of observations on students' critical thinking skills before and after using PBL-based PKLH textbooks showed an increase in the critical thinking ability score, from 70.04 to 90.80 with an n gain value of 0.69 (high category).

Abstract

Character education is so important to teach in schools and in universities, because it relates to civic virtue, character education is a vehicle for transforming the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution to the younger generation, this research aims to analyze substance, realization, policy support , obstacles are also the potential of character education in schools and in tertiary institutions, because it is mandated through the constitution, government regulations, and curriculum, so that all schools and tertiary institutions are required to carry out character education to form superior or Pancasilaist character of the younger generation. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with the method of literature study, data analysis was: reduction, display and verification. Research results: 1) the application of character education in schools is emphasized by the Merdeka Curriculum 2022, through the Pancasila student profile program, which contains the values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, creativity, critical thinking, and self-reliance, is closely related to character education, the model of character education in schools are: autonomy, integration, extracurricular, and collaboration, the goals of character education need to become the vision of the institution, so that the curricular and instructional goals of each subject in schooling accommodate strengthening the character of students, to overcome obstacles and challenges of character education, schools need to consistently innovate on the curriculum and learning, strengthening teacher qualifications, optimizing extracurriculars, optimizing technology, information and communication, and increasing students' attention, 2) character education policies in tertiary institutions, are heavily influenced by university autonomy, because they are authorized to compile and develop curricula on character education, realization of character education in tertiary institutions, can be through MKWK, special courses, student activity units, service learning models, as well as student character development activities, to overcome obstacles as well as challenges to character education, tertiary institutions need to: develop science and knowledge, innovate in curriculum and learning, strengthening lecturer qualifications, optimizing technology, information and communication, and realizing pentahelix collaboration. The conclusion of the research is that the existence of character education in schools and in tertiary institutions accommodates the vision of forming a superior young generation, supported by the concept of character education which is holistic and integrative, but must be accompanied by commitment, consistency and exemplary of each party.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the efforts of PAUD teachers in forming children's national character from an early age through citizenship education. In this research, researchers used library research by collecting and analyzing various sources such as journal articles, PDF drives and books related to the problems that will be solved through this research. In the process of collecting data from various related sources, the researcher did it carefully in order to ensure that the information or data obtained was truly accurate so that the results of this research show that: (1) Early childhood education is a valuable opportunity to develop an attitude of love. peaceful, responsible and with national character such as love of the homeland, respect for the values ​​of Pancasila and diversity; (2) PAUD teachers have a very strategic role in forming national character in early childhood through instilling civic values ​​in order to prevent children from committing criminal acts in the future. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach, with a focus on identifying patterns, main findings or previous research, and relationships between concepts that emerged from the sources collected. Researchers evaluated information to form an in-depth understanding of PAUD Teachers' efforts to instill or shape national character through Citizenship Education for early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran blended learning dengan sistem asynchronous dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kewarganegaraan (civic knowledge) mahasiswa Universitaas Pasundan. Metode penelitian yang dipilih yaitu metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena dianggap lebih tepat untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian tersebut yang diimplementasikan pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewargaengaraan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa program studi teknik lingkungan sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan mahasiswa program studi teknik pangan sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran blended learning dengan sistem asynchronous lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan civic knowledge mahasiswa dengan rata-rata skor hasil postestnya yaitu 91,50. Model pembelajaran blended learning dengan sistem Pembelajaran asynchronous terbimbing sangat direkomendasikan dalam sistem pembelajaran daring karena terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kewarganegaraan (civic knowledge) mahasiswa

Abstract

The progress of the digital era has become increasingly rapid in recent years, including its impact on the world of education which must prepare competent human resources. Students are expected to have competencies that can meet the demands of the times. This research aims to identify the relationship between men's and women's self-efficacy towards their mastery of digital competencies. Using Systematic Literature Review (SLR), guided by the PRISMA review protocol using three databases, namely Scopus, Doaj and Eric, related to digital competence, self-efficacy and socio-demographic gender. In this study, 265 articles were screened, then 20 articles were obtained that met the predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. After that it is filtered with open journal access options and some restrictions. The results of this systematic literature survey show that the self-efficiency of digital competence between men and women is equal. Self-effectiveness of digital competencies plays a key role in student learning performance as it greatly affects student confidence in problem-solving, interpreting and understanding digital learning materials and performing well in digital learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam mengembangkan sikap cinta tanah air pada kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakn di SMAN 2 Trenggalek dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Dari hasil observasi penelitian, peneliti menemukan terdapat beberapa strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada kurikulum merdeka, yaitu pelaksanaan P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) yang didalamnya terdapat projek dengan mengangkat tema kearifan lokal di Trenggalek dan juga kegiatan pembiasaan baik itu terencana maupun tidak terencana yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, guru sudah melaksanakan strategi ini dengan baik.

Abstract

Penilaian Afektif adalah salah satu aspek yang ditekankan dalam setiap kurikulum. Dalam pembelajaran PPKn, Penilaian Afektif tidak terpisahkan seiring dengan tujuan pembelajaran PPKn yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan warganegara yang berkarakter dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mendeskripsikan penilaian afektif dalam pembelajaran PPKn sesuai dengan persepsi dan implementasi guru. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 3guru  SMK Swasta Budi Agung Medan, SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Masa (Nias), dan MAN Batubara. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan angket Googleform, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah guru memahami pentingnya penilaian afektif terhadap siswa; guru telah mengimplementasikan penilaian afektif dengan dua metode yakni observasi dan penilaian diri. Penilaian dilakukan setiap pembelajaran berlangsung, akhir materi pembelajaran, dan tergantung pada Buku Guru. Guru belum mengembangkan instrumen sendiri dan menggunakan apa yang disediakan dalam Buku Guru. penelitian ini perlu untuk diteliti lebih mendalam agar kesulitan guru-guru dalam penilaian afektif bisa digali lebih mendalam.
