Abstract

Pace Village is one of the largest coffee producers in Jember Regency. The majority of the population of Pace village are coffee farmers who are members of a combined farmer group consisting of 10 farmer groups with each group having approximately 10-20 farmers. During the coffee harvest season, the remaining coffee husk waste products are still not utilized optimally, generally the remaining coffee farming products are sold at a very cheap price, namely around 8 thousand per/large bag. This is our main reason as a service team to provide added value to coffee skin waste by providing training and practice in improving the skills of coffee farmers in managing and processing coffee skin waste. The activity began with a request from partners to provide counseling, practice and assistance in managing and processing post-harvest coffee skin waste. Participation in service activities involves an active coffee farming community of 50 farmers. The result of this activity is that Gapoktan members have knowledge and skills in managing and processing coffee husk waste into raw material for coffee husk flour which can later be further characterized into bio plastic, bio pellets, animal feed mixture, block compost, cascara peat, bio pop, bio briquettes and other processed products that have added value so that they can provide additional income, especially for coffee farmers in Pace village, Silo sub-district, Jember district. Through the community service activities carried out, the hope is to increase the skills and income of partners in managing and processing coffee skin waste into raw material for coffee skin flour.

This aims to help people's lives improve and develop, including owners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This community service and assistance was carried out at Mbak Nur's Culinary MSMEs located in Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra with the theme of creating a Business Model Canvas (BMC). The activity aims to obtain the right business model to support the sustainability of Mbak Nur's Culinary, whose main product is shrimp sweet potato crackers. Apart from that, it is hoped that new ideas will be found to support business development. Activities are carried out in a hybrid manner, namely online and offline. Overall, the implementation of service and mentoring activities for Culinary Mbak Nur was carried out through several stages which included socialization, tutorials, implementation of focus group discussions, direct practice, and evaluation of BMC preparation activities. During the Zoom Meeting, it appeared that MSME owners were enthusiastic about listening to the material presented and the discussion also went well. Abstract

Litopenaeus vannamei commonly known as Vannamei shrimp or white leg shrimp, is a species of shrimp that originates from the waters of Central and South America, including Ecuador, Venezuela, Panama, and Brazil. It was introduced for cultivation in Indonesia in 2001, replacing the Litopanaeus monodon species, which experienced a decline in production due to poor water quality management and susceptibility to disease. The purpose of this internship service is to investigate water quality management techniques for vannamei shrimp larvae cultivation at PT Esaputlii. The methodology used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The obtained results demonstrate that the water quality management system is suitable for cultivating vannamei shrimp larvae (Litopenaeus vannamei) with oxygen levels of 31°, pH 7.3, salinity of 31 ppt, and alkalinity of 160 ppm. This indicates that the water quality management system can be applied to small-scale aquaculture businesses, such as companies, for the cultivation of vannamei shrimp larvae (Litopenaeus vannamei).

Abstract

The development of small and medium enterprises into sustainable business entities is a necessity, because the contribution of these entities is very significant to Indonesia's economic development. Building the sustainability of a business entity, in today's turbulent era, requires primary strength that comes from business actors, which reflects the power of virtual capital ownership. Based on empirical evidence so far, the ability of MSMEs to survive exceeds ten years, because the perpetrators utilize the power of virtual capital, including intellectual, social and trust capital. Proving a model for utilizing virtual capital for MSME players that is capable of providing business resilience beyond ten year operating period. Development and empowerment by introducing and utilizing virtual capital for MSME players, including intellectual capital, social capital and trust capital in a synergistic manner. The results of a study of small and medium enterprises in NTB confirm that the business actors who have post-Covid resilience are those who have succeeded in utilizing virtual capital, which includes intellectual capital, social capital and the credibility capital of the actors themselves, in a synergistic manner. Building the sustainability of creative small and medium businesses that have a long operating life (business longevity) needs to rely on the use of virtual capital.

Abstract

Bullying is a problematic case in the school environment, and usually this bullying action is carried out by peers, which involves physical and psychological violence. This action occurs because of the urge to achieve and maintain a high social status among peers. The impact of bullying can range from physical to psychological disorders. Abstract

The Mandalika Central Lombok Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is one of the world-class national priority tourist destinations. However, until now there has been no branding of the village's superior woven products that can contribute significantly to the Mandalika SEZ. So it is important to carry out this service activity, to give birth to entrepreneurial pioneer weaving craftsmen towards "LOMBOK WEANING, LOCAL GOING GLOBAL". To achieve this goal, the craftsmen group experienced several problems (1) limited insight into the importance of developing weaving for the tourism sector towards international tourism and (2) the dyeing process was still using conventional methods which took a long time and was impractical. This problem arose due to a lack of human resources owned by the village, even though the natural resource potential it has really supports the songket weaving industrial center. Therefore, the role of academics is really needed to innovate to provide solutions to problems based on green technology. The solutions to the problems that will be offered are (1) activities to open people's insight into the importance of the tourism sector (2) dissemination of green synthesis technology using a modified steam extraction method to produce natural dye powder accompanied by students of the material characterization method course (3 credits). So that both solutions can be delivered appropriately, a systematic flow of activities needs to be carried out consisting of (a) socialization, training, (c) mentoring, and (d) monitoring and evaluation. A series of activities have been carried out, it is hoped that the craftsmen's skills will increase so that they are able to independently produce coloring powder from various existing local natural resources and be able to compete internationally. In addition, different types of leaves will produce different color pigments. Differences in dyeing processes and techniques will produce cotton threads with different qualities. In general, natural dyes always produce soft colors.
