Abstract

Operasional haji tahun 1445 H/ 2024M masih mengusung Tema Haji Ramah Lansia. Sebagai bentuk optimalisasi layanan kepada jemaah khususnya jemaah lansia diterbitkan Kepdirjen PHU 185/2023 yang mengamanatkan pelaksanaan pelayanan satu atap pada penerimaan jemaah haji. untuk pelaksanaan regulasi tersebut dibutuhkan kolaborasi dari berbagai lembaga diantaranya Kantor Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat, Balai Kekarantinaan Kesehatan (BKK) Kelas I Bandung, Petugas imigrasi, UPT Asrama Haji Embarkasi Bekasi, dan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab/ Kota. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dinamika kolaborasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kolaborasi dimulai dari kajian yang diinisiasi Kepala Subdirektorat Asrama Haji. Setiap unit memiliki peran yang terdefinisi dengan jelas dengan terbitnya SOP, Juklak, Juknis dari semua bidang PPIH. Kepemimpinan yang konstruktif dalam menyelesaikan konflik serta sistem pelatihan yang komprehensif membantu dalam membangun sinergi yang kuat antar pihak. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA, khususnya pada materi rantai makanan, melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan menggunakan media diorama dan permainan ular tangga di kelas V SDN 192 Barru. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan masing-masing empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah 13 orang siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa dari prasiklus hingga siklus II. Nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 28,61, meningkat menjadi 47,77 pada siklus I dan 74,92 pada siklus II. Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 2,67 pada siklus I menjadi 3,51 pada siklus II. Penggunaan media diorama pada siklus I dan permainan ular tangga pada siklus II efektif meningkatkan keaktifan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep rantai makanan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri yang dipadukan dengan media pembelajaran yang tepat dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Iceberg Analysis and U-Process methods in training programs designed to strengthen religious moderation, using the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate reaction and learning levels. A survey and descriptive analysis were employed to measure training effectiveness. The study involved a population of 90 participants, with a sample size of 73 determined using the Morgan and Krejcie sample formula. The instrument's validity and reliability were tested, and a Paired Sample T-Test was used to analyze learning outcomes. Descriptive analysis was conducted based on the Iceberg Analysis and U-Process learning models. The findings indicate that the training evaluation at the reaction level falls into the "very good" quadrant, with all aspects of the organizers and instructors rated positively. Learning outcomes show a significant improvement, and at the results level, the learning processes involving the Iceberg and U-Process methods significantly enhanced participants' knowledge and skills. Overall, the training is deemed effective.

Abstract

Allowances are computed based on individual performance successes, such as workload, task difficulty, and contribution to corporate goals. The purpose of this article is to describe how performance allowance is paid depending on performance burden in the work unit (case study at the Ministry of Religious Affairs). The research method is qualitative, and the research type is descriptive. The findings revealed that paying performance-based performance allowances in Ministry of Religion work units is a strategic step toward encouraging better employee performance. However, its execution is fraught with difficulties, such as a lack of clarity in defining performance measures and uneven workload distribution. Allowance inequity can lower employee morale and negatively impact organizational productivity. As a result, inequity necessitates periodic reviews and revisions to make the allowance system more equal and efficient.

Abstract

This paper explores the development of AI-powered Android-based learning media to enhance immersive learning experiences. Utilizing Design-Based Research (DBR), the study involved the iterative design, development, and evaluation of an interactive Android application. AI tools, including ChatGPT, Quizziz AI, and various image generation software, were embedded to personalize and support the learning process. The app's interactive features, such as quizzes and instant feedback mechanisms, aim to increase learner engagement and motivation. Preliminary testing among trainers highlighted the app's effectiveness in improving user experience and the potential for broader adoption in educational settings. The results suggest that integrating AI into mobile learning platforms can enhance the accessibility and adaptability of educational content. Future research will focus on further app refinements and assessing its long-term impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of spirituality in facilitating psychological adjustment and coping among women who lost their parents due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved three female participants aged 20–40 who experienced the loss of one or both parents during the pandemic. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic coding. The findings reveal that spirituality significantly contributes to psychological resilience by fostering inner connection, social awareness, and transcendental experiences. From a Sufi perspective, the participants' experiences reflect spiritual stages (maqāmāt), such as patience (ṣabr), acceptance (riḍā), and trust in God (tawakkul), which enhanced their emotional stability and helped them cope with grief. The study concludes that spirituality—both theistic and non-theistic—functions as an adaptive coping mechanism, promoting psychological recovery and resilience. It is recommended that grief-support interventions integrate spiritual approaches, particularly in culturally and religiously diverse contexts, to support emotional healing after trauma.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of sukuk (Islamic bonds) in advancing the performance of Indonesia's halal industry, which holds vast potential given the country’s large Muslim population. The purpose of this research is to identify how sukuk can be utilized as an effective Islamic financial instrument to support the growth of various halal sectors, including food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, and fashion. Employing a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review, this study synthesizes data from scholarly journals, institutional reports, and regulatory sources. The findings show that sukuk significantly contributes to the financing needs of the halal industry, particularly in infrastructure development, production capacity expansion, and market competitiveness. Furthermore, the integration of sukuk-based financing supports Indonesia’s vision to become a global hub for the halal economy. The study concludes that optimizing sukuk issuance and public awareness through multi-stakeholder collaboration—including government, Islamic scholars, financial practitioners, and industry players—is essential for accelerating the industry's performance. It is recommended that Indonesia strengthen policy frameworks, enhance halal certification efficiency, and encourage sukuk-backed investment mechanisms to boost national halal industry competitiveness.

Abstract

Perencanaan atau al-takhtīṭ merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam manajemen pendidikan, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali secara mendalam fungsi perencanaan dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam berdasarkan perspektif al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penulis mengkaji teks-teks al-Qur’an dan hadis serta literatur klasik dan kontemporer yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan bukan hanya aspek teknis dalam dunia pendidikan, melainkan bagian integral dari ajaran Islam yang memiliki dimensi spiritual, moral, dan strategis. Al-Qur’an memberikan banyak isyarat mengenai pentingnya perencanaan dalam kehidupan manusia, seperti yang tergambar dalam kisah Nabi Yusuf dan kisah penciptaan alam semesta. Demikian pula Sunnah Nabi Muhammad ﷺ menunjukkan praktik perencanaan yang sistematis dan bijaksana dalam mengelola umat. Artikel ini mengajak para praktisi dan akademisi untuk memahami al-takhtīṭ dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai bagian dari ‘ibādah dan bentuk tanggung jawab terhadap amanah pendidikan. Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the level of critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students in solving mathematical word problems to support the Pancasila Student Profile at SDN Pejaten Barat 11. A qualitative descriptive method was applied. Data collection techniques included written tests, conversation, and evidence involving students and the fifth-grade homeroom teacher. The results of the study signify that utmost fifth-grade students still demonstrate a low level of critical thinking capability, with the highest achievements in the indicators of interpretation, analysis, and evaluation. Both inter and outer factors impress students' critical thinking skills, including learning motivation, literacy and numeracy abilities, and the learning environment. The critical thinking abilities of fifth-grade students in solving word problems have been shown to support the execution of the Pancasila Student Profile, particularly in the dimensions of critical reasoning and independence.

Abstract

The transformation of 21st century education demands assessments that not only measure basic cognitive learning outcomes but also encourage deep engagement of higher-order thinking. Computational Thinking (CT), as a systematic and logical thinking approach to problem solving, offers great potential to be integrated in learning assessment design. Thus, this study aims to explore the development of CT-based assessments in promoting deep learning through analyzing relevant scientific literature. The method used is a descriptive qualitative literature review, by analyzing articles from various scientific sources that discuss CT theory, components, and implementation in the context of education and assessment. Data were collected from articles indexed in Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and other academic sources, then analyzed thematically and comparatively. The results of the discussion show that CT-based assessments, which involve the components of decomposition, abstraction, pattern recognition, algorithms, and generalization, are able to reveal students' thinking processes in depth. This assessment not only measures knowledge, but also encourages reflective, creative, and transdisciplinary skills. In the context of project-based learning, such as the design of an AI-based automatic air purifier system, CT assessments can serve as a tool that encourages students to contextually understand, design, and evaluate solutions. In conclusion, CT-based assessments contribute significantly to deep learning and need to be systematically developed in educational practice. This is in line with the need to form a generation of adaptive, critical, and solutive learners in facing the challenges of a complex and technology-based modern world.
