Abstract

The ability to speak in public is very important to be owned and mastered by students so as to produce the right graduate performance in the work environment. The reality on the ground turns out that not a few people are embarrassed to speak in public, causing inappropriate behavior such as experiencing symptoms of public speaking anxiety. This study aims to determine trends in anxiety about speaking in front of general students at the Indonesian University of Education Batch 2021. The research method used was a questionnaire in the form of a package arranged in the form of a Google Form. Data processing in this study used data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive statistical techniques to reveal the level of public speaking anxiety tendencies among students. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis regarding public speaking anxiety of Indonesian University of Education students Class of 2021 with an average score of 76.28 are in the interval 65.5 £ X < 87.1, which is in the medium category.

Abstract

Siswa mengalami masalah motivasi belajar yang berasal dari faktor internal yaitu merasa malas untuk belajar. Teknik yang tepat untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar adalah Bibliokonseling karena merupakan bentuk dukungan terapi lewat bahan bacaan untuk membantu siswa yang memiliki masalah. Pengembangan yang dilaksanakan menggunakan model ADDIE. Melalui empat instrumen penelitian yaitu, angket kebutuhan, pedoman wawancara, skala motivasi belajar, dan format penilaian buku Bibliokonseling. Terdapat tiga tahap dalam menilai validitas dan reliabilitas Bibliokonseling yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas ahli materi BK, media, dan bahasa. Data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang diperoleh, kemudian dilolah, kemudian dijadikan sebagai dasar nilai untuk melanjutkan pengembangan Bibliokonseling. Dari penilaian validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dibuat valid dan reliabel karena sudah memenuhi segi kegunaan, kemenarikan kemudahan, dan ketepatan sehingga harapannya dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan mental menjadi hal yang esensial di era VUCA. Tuntutan perkembangan di era VUCA dapat membuat individu menjadi cemas dan tertekan sehingga dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental mereka. Agar individu terhindar dari permasalahan kesehatan mental, maka perlu ada solusi untuk mencegahnya. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan konseling online (cyber counseling) berbasis nilai agama sebagai upaya mengembangkan kesehatan mental siswa. Metode yang diganakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode eksperimen, tepatnya quasi pre-post eksperiment design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling online (cyber counseling) berbasis nilai agama dapat megembangkan kesehatan mental pada individu. Cyber counseling dimaksudkan sebagai alternatif model konseling virtual dalam mengembangkan kesehatan mental individu dan tentunya kesehatan mental juga.

Abstract

A person's happiness is not only influenced by material completeness, but is also very much determined by religious attitudes. While the real conditions in the field found students to have a low religious attitude. For this reason, the religious attitude of students needs to be improved. One of the efforts to improve religious attitudes is through group guidance with a muhasabah approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the muhasabah approach group guidance in improving students' religious attitudes. This type of research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pee-test-post-test design. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling with a sample of 56 students. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique using a liker scale, namely the scale of religious attitudes. The results showed that group counseling with the muhasabah approach was effective in increasing students' religious attitudes as seen from the dimensions of belief, the dimensions of religious practice, the dimensions of appreciation, and the dimensions of the consequences of practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the career interests of junior high school students in the city of Gresik. Data collection used career interest instruments based on Holland's career theory (RIASEC) which was then developed by researchers. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Sampling used random sampling of 476 students in SMPN Gresik city area (Sunan Giri Gresik Middle School with 88 students, Gresik 2nd Middle School with 298 students, and Gresik 15th Middle School with 90 students). The research instrument was tested for the validation and reliability of Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that the career personality type of junior high school students in Gresik district was the highest, namely the social career personality type, which was 32.8%. Next, namely the career personality type towards the conventional type as much as 18.7%. As many as 14.9% of junior high school students in Gresik district have a realistic career personality type. As many as 11.1% of junior high school students in Gresik district have the investigative career personality type. 12% of junior high school students in Gresik Regency and 10.5% of students have artistic career personality types.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program tes psikologi yang dilakukan oleh laboratorium dan pusat layanan Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Pendidikan Islam IAIN Madura sebagai upaya pengembangan pusat layanan program studi tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan CIPP, Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Penelitian ini merupakan qualitative research dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; implementasi tes psikologi di SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan dilakukan melalui 3 tahap, yaitu; pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan yang dalam spektrum CIPP menggambarkan context, input dan process. Context berkaitan dengan latarbelakang yang dimulai dari sosialisasi dan komunikasi. Input menunjukkan kompetensi pengelola yang rata-rata memiliki gelar magister bidang psikologi dan BK. Adapun implikasi yang muncul dari pelaksanaan tes psikologi ini meliputi; adanya identifikasi bakat dan minat siswa, program pengembangan diri serta orientasi lomba-lomba olimpiade, yang dalam kacamata CIPP masuk pada product.

Abstract

Siswa SMP kelas 8 berada pada masa remaja awal yaitu berada pada usia 12-15 tahun yang dimana siswa perlu memenuhi tugas perkembangan masa remaja. Kepercayaan diri menjadi salah satu yang harus dipenuhi remaja dalam memenuhi tugas perkembangannya serta dapat menerima dirinya sendiri dan bagaimana cara bersikap dan bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan Mendeskripsikan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas delapan di SMP Negeri 9 Bandung, Mendeskripsikan kepercayaan diri siswa perempuan dan laki-laki kelas delapan di SMP Negeri 9 Bandung, Serta rancangan program bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam mengembangkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas delapan di SMP Negeri 9 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deksriptif dengan variabel kepercayaan diri. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 329 siswa dengan teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan nonprobability sampling atau teknik sampel jenuh yang dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitan terlihat bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa kelas 8 SMPN 9 Bandung berada pada kategori sedang, siswa perempuan dan laki-laki tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Program bimbingan dan konseling dibuat berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai kepercayaan diri.

Abstract

Professional competency is the basic foundation for prospective counselors. This research aims to examine the urgency of professional competence for prospective counselors. The data source in this library study research was obtained from research articles found on google scholar in the period 2018 - 2023. Data was obtained through Harzing's publish or perish application. By using the keywords professional competence of counselors and professional competence of prospective counselors, 400 articles related to these keywords were obtained. Based on the sorting of data analysis, 13 articles were relevant to the objectives of this research. The research results show that seven aspects of competency must be mastered, including 1) being able to carry out assessment activities; 2) mastering the theory of counseling well and being able to implement it; 3) able to develop guidance and counseling programs; 4) able to implement the designed guidance and counseling program; 5) master the process assessment instruments and counseling results assessment; 6) Understand and be able to maintain professional ethics; 7) able to carry out research in developing the science of guidance and counseling. These results are important for prospective counselors to improve their professional competence so they can compete with current global challenges. This research recommends that future researchers provide interventions to prospective counselors to improve professional competence.

Abstract

Counseling services are an integral part of education in helping students fulfill their developmental tasks and solve problems that hinder them. However, there are problems that hinder the performance of counseling teachers, including the proportion of counseling teachers' duties exceeding the limit, the complexity of students' problems, the conventional counseling service process, and the lack of documentation of the counseling process. This requires a solution, one of which is the digitization of counseling services. The focus of this research is the development of a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) based counseling service application at SMK Negeri (SMKN) 1 Kademangan Blitar. The research procedure uses the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Data collected by forum group discussion, interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the developed counseling service application was able to detect the tendency of the counselee's modality and determine the sub modality map quickly and accurately. This makes it easier for counselors to carry out the stages of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation and follow-up of counseling process, as well as documenting the counseling record. Based on the results of the application testing and implementation, counseling teachers feel helped by the digital counseling service application.

Abstract

Fear of missing out, which is defined fear of losing valuable moments of another individual or group where the individual cannot be present and is marked by the desire to remain connected to what others are doing over the Internet. The factors that influence the level of fear are self-regulation and self-esteem. The aim of the study was to find out the effects of self-regulation on fear of being left behind through self-esteem mediation variables in students. This research uses quantitative with explanatory correlation types. This research has one independent variable, namely self-regulation, one mediator variable that is self-esteem, and one dependent variable which is fear of loss. Subject picking using random sampling. Respondents in the study were 75 people. Data collection using 3 instruments; scale fear of missing out, scale self regulation and scale of self-esteem. Data analysis using analytical path based regression and mediation using bootstraping bias corrected with confidential intervals of 95%. Results of the study show that there is an effect of self - regulation on fear of Missing out through self - estiem mediation variables in students
