The data collection process used questionnaires, discussion forums, and documents. Results: The results of the study indicate that 1) the clarity and structure aspects require improvement in the ability to develop teaching that combines material content with relevant character values in the digital era, 2) the practical relevance aspect requires the development of teaching skills that combine student learning experiences with learning objectives, 3) the cognitive activation aspect has been carried out by teachers well through periodic teaching evaluations, and 4) the collaboration interest aspect needs to be improved so that the problems faced by each teacher have more varied input for resolution. From the findings, it can be concluded that the cognitive activation aspect of interest development has affected the quality of teacher teaching. However, interest development is essential in achieving educational quality because, in professional development, teachers make various efforts to improve their skills or competencies to carry out teaching tasks. Novelty: The findings show novelty that contributes to the understanding of knowledge about the interesting aspect of teacher development as the most important part of improving the quality of teaching. Two important points of novelty are self-reflection and self-competence. Improvement must be carried out by developing science and technology so that the teaching can utilize digital technology as a learning resource.

Abstract

Objective: Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years of age because of chronic malnutrition. This results in children needing to be longer for their age. Malnutrition in children who experience stunting occurs from when the baby is in the womb until after birth co, commonly called the First 1,000 Days of Life (HPK). Children who experience stunting until the age of five will find it difficult to correct so that it continues into adulthood and can increase the risk of offspring with LBW. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Audiovisual Media on stunting on the knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers. Method This study used a Quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design approach. The sample taken in this study were all postpartum mothers on days 1-14 and met the inclusion requirements in Setia Negara Village, Siantar Sitalasari District, amounting to 30 respondents. Results: The study showed that respondents' knowledge increased by 7.27 and attitudes by 23.7. The statistical test results showed a significant effect of audiovisual media on knowledge and attitudes (p <0.001). Audiovisual media can increase mothers' knowledge by attracting respondents' attention and increasing understanding in mothers with toddlers. Providing health education to the community can increase knowledge and skills in health behavior. Novelty: Providing education using modern technology through audiovisuals can provide new scientific contributions to maternal health education.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the role of the supervising teacher in non-academic guidance in the Teaching Assistance Program in Senior High Schools. As with technical guidance in the learning process of prospective teachers, non-academic aspects are no less important in the success of the teaching assistance program, but there are still few studies that reveal these aspects. Method: The study was conducted using a qualitative method with data collection through in-depth interviews with supervising teachers and prospective teachers. Results: The results of the study indicate that supervising teachers play a significant role in the development of interpersonal skills, professional ethics, guidance on school environment adaptation, leadership character, and stress management needed by prospective teachers. This non-academic guidance has improved the professional readiness of students, preparing them to face educational challenges. However, there are challenges in implementing this guidance, namely limited time and workload of supervising teachers. This study recommends training for supervising teachers in non-academic guidance aspects and the need for institutional support to improve the effectiveness of the teaching assistance program. Novelty: These findings emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in the education of prospective teachers, which focuses on academic aspects and the development of social and emotional skills.

Abstract

Objective: This study is to evaluate the influence of lecturers' personal branding and community conversations on the attractiveness of the Entrepreneurship Study Program and the reputation of Pelita Bangsa University. Method: The sample surveyed was 150 students of the Pelita Bangsa University Entrepreneurship Study Program. With the help of the SmartPLS program, research data were collected from filling out questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively using the SEM PLS analysis technique. Results: This study shows that (1) Personal branding of lecturers has a significant effect on the attractiveness of study programs, (2) positive WOM increases the attractiveness of study programs, (3) Personal branding of lecturers does not have a significant direct effect on university reputation, (4) WOM has a significant effect on university reputation, (5) The attractiveness of study programs functions as a mediator that connects personal branding of lecturers and WOM with university reputation. Novelty: This study creates an integrative model that links lecturer personal branding, word of mouth (WOM), study program attractiveness, and university reputation. Unlike previous studies that addressed each of these factors separately, this study emphasizes that lecturer image and WOM do not directly improve university reputation. In addition, this study incorporates the concept of academic marketing into higher education, which was previously used more in business studies. This opens new eyes.

Abstract

Objective: Low human resource levels, particularly with relation to teacher quality, are one of the issues facing Indonesian education. In order to provide aspiring teachers with the knowledge and abilities necessary to become professional teachers, the Indonesian government has recently established a policy through a professional teacher education program. Professional teacher education students must submit assignments as part of their coursework, and they must transmit their completed assignments to the Learning Management System by the deadline. Students experience academic procrastination, or the inability to finish tasks on time, due to the workload of their integrated practical learning at school. The purpose of this study is to look at professional teacher education students' academic procrastination. Method: This study employs a quantitative methodology that includes the examination of descriptive data and the survey technique. Purposive sampling was the approach employed, and the sample consisted of ninety-seven pupils. The academic procrastination scale was utilized to collect data. Results:The analysis's findings demonstrate that students' levels of academic procrastination are quite high. Most participants scored highly on the feature of the desire to avoid labor and uncomfortable situations because they found it difficult to accomplish anything unpleasant. Novelty: Academic procrastination has been widely studied, but many problems of academic procrastination are still found in students. This study provides an overview that students in the teacher professional education program are still procrastinating so that, in the future, appropriate interventions can be given.
