Abstract

Digital transformation in education has increased expectations for teachers’ professional competencies, yet empirical evidence on targeted interventions that enhance primary school teachers’ scholarly writing through AI remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of an AI-Assisted Writing training program implemented at SD N Banjarsari 5 on teachers’ scientific writing productivity and digital literacy. A descriptive-intervention design with purposive sampling was employed; in-service primary teachers (n recorded) participated in a participatory, hands-on training covering ChatGPT, QuillBot, Grammarly, and Canva. Data were collected via pre- and post-training questionnaires, observation rubrics, structured interviews, and writing artifacts, and were analyzed using paired-sample t-tests for quantitative measures and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The results showed that participants exhibited significant improvements in self-reported writing competence and satisfaction, produced more structured draft manuscripts, and demonstrated enhanced ability to generate ideas, paraphrase academically, and apply digital tools to develop instructional media. Observational and thematic findings also identified persistent gaps in baseline digital skills and ethical awareness regarding AI use. The study contributes empirical evidence that AI-assisted writing interventions can strengthen teachers’ scholarly productivity and digital literacy, and it highlights the need for ongoing capacity-building and clear ethical guidelines to support sustainable implementation in school contexts

Abstract

Digital transformation presents opportunities for womenled micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) but persistent gaps in AI literacy and networked collaboration limit their competitiveness. Prior empowerment programs emphasized basic digital skills without integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a core marketing instrument or fostering sustainable business networks. This study evaluated the SHEAI Preneur intervention designed to increase AI literacy, AIbased digital marketing competence, content production quality, and business networking among women MSME entrepreneurs in Serang Regency, Indonesia. A threemonth participatory program was implemented with 30 purposively sampled women entrepreneurs; the mixedmethods evaluation employed pre and posttests, structured surveys, observation checklists, semistructured interviews, and activity documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and percentage change of competency scores, while qualitative data underwent thematic analysis. The results showed marked improvements across all measured domains: AI literacy, digital marketing skills, content creation, and business networking increased substantially after the intervention, attendance and engagement rates were high, and participants produced AIgenerated promotional materials independently. The program also yielded emergent collaborative practices and a sustained digital community for ongoing exchange. Theoretically, the study advances empowerment and digital transformation frameworks by demonstrating how practicebased AI training plus mentoring and network formation convert digital skills into applied entrepreneurial capacity. Practically, the SHEAI Preneur model offers a scalable template for inclusive AI adoption among women MSMEs, with implications for policy, incubator design, and future longitudinal impact assessments.

Abstract

Women-owned Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in strengthening household and local economies. However, many women entrepreneurs still face challenges in managing business operations, particularly in digital inventory recording, production cost calculation, and the utilization of digital marketing. This community engagement program aims to empower women-owned MSMEs through the development and implementation of a smartphone-based application for inventory management and digital marketing within the Red and White Cooperative ecosystem. The program was conducted with members of IPEMI PC Bojongsari through participatory training, hands-on application practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The activities introduced Smart-POS UMKM to support digital inventory recording, sales transactions, cost management, and business reporting, complemented by training on production cost and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation and data-driven digital marketing. The program emphasizes the integration of inventory and sales data to support pricing, promotional strategies, and business decision-making. Through this integrated approach, participants are expected to improve their digital financial literacy, operational efficiency, inventory management, pricing accuracy, and digital marketing capabilities. The program also strengthens the role of the Red and White Cooperative as a community-based ecosystem for supporting women-owned MSMEs through digital innovation. This initiative contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).

Abstract

Improving corporate tax compliance is one of the key factors in optimising state revenue. However, many companies still encounter difficulties in understanding the technical aspects of Corporate Income Tax reporting, particularly fiscal corrections, determination of Taxable Income, and preparation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return in accordance with prevailing tax regulations. This community service program aimed to enhance companies' knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in preparing Corporate Income Tax reports through a technical guidance program. The program was conducted at four companies in Southeast Sulawesi Province, involving approximately 25 participants, including company managers, administrative staff, finance officers, accountants, and employees responsible for tax administration. The program adopted a participatory-educational approach consisting of preparation, lectures, demonstrations, simulations, discussions, consultations, and evaluation. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants' understanding of basic taxation concepts, fiscal corrections, determination of taxable income, Corporate Income Tax calculation, and preparation of Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns. Participants also demonstrated improved practical skills in applying tax regulations through simulations based on real business cases. The high level of participant engagement indicates that participatory technical guidance is an effective approach for strengthening corporate taxation competencies. Furthermore, the program contributed to improving corporate tax administration, promoting the implementation of good corporate governance, and supporting higher corporate taxpayer compliance. Continuous mentoring programs are recommended to assist companies in adapting to changes in tax regulations and the ongoing digital transformation of Indonesia's tax administration system.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia remains a major public health problem among adolescent girls in Indonesia, which can negatively impact reproductive health, learning concentration, and productivity. Anemia prevention efforts need to be conducted through health education and the utilization of functional foods that adolescents easily accept. This community service activity aims to increase adolescent girls' knowledge of anemia and introduce NABICHI CERIA (red dragon fruit, beetroot, and chia seed juice) as a functional food that supports anemia prevention efforts. The activity was carried out at the Sabilulungan Art Dance Studio, West Bandung Regency, involving 36 adolescent girls aged 11–16 years. The methods used included a pretest, interactive counselling regarding anemia and reproductive health, a demonstration of making NABICHI CERIA, education on the recommended consumption of NABICHI CERIA, and a posttest to evaluate the participants' knowledge improvement. The pretest and posttest instruments consisted of five questions, with each question weighted at 20 points. The pretest results showed that 20 participants (55.6%) scored 100, six participants (16.7%) scored 80, and ten participants (27.8%) scored 60, with an average score of 85.6. Following the implementation of the educational activity, all participants (100%) scored 100 on the posttest. These results indicate a significant increase in the participants' knowledge regarding anemia, its prevention, and the utilization of NABICHI CERIA as a functional food. This activity is expected to serve as a promotive and preventive effort to support anemia prevention in adolescent girls by improving knowledge and encouraging the adoption of nutritious food consumption patterns.

Abstract

The limited availability of community-based learning spaces that integrate character education, creativity, environmental awareness, and digital literacy remains a challenge in supporting sustainable early childhood learning. This community service program aimed to strengthen the early childhood learning ecosystem through the establishment of the ”ruang masa depan”, a collaborative learning environment involving schools, families, and the local community. The program was implemented on 25 July 2026 in Pasuluhan Village, Walantaka District, Serang City, Banten Province, using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Participants included 41 children, 20 university students, 2 lecturers, 8 village youth volunteers, early childhood education teachers, village officials, and community members. The implementation consisted of four stages: needs identification, establishment of the ruang masa depan, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The ruang masa depan was developed into four learning zones: the mini cinema for environmental character education, the creativity zone for artistic and creative activities, the hope tree for strengthening children's motivation and aspirations, and the digital literacy zone for introducing age-appropriate digital reading and writing activities. The program successfully established a community-based learning centre that increased children's participation in contextual learning while strengthening collaboration among schools, families, universities, and the community. The ruang masa depan demonstrates the potential to serve as a sustainable community empowerment model that supports holistic early childhood development and can be replicated in other communities with similar characteristics.
