Abstract

AbstractConventional learning methods such as lectures and discussions are still widely used, so they do not hone the 21st-century skills needed by students. The problems of less academic communication between students, low collaboration to solve certain problems, and low thinking skills can result in less-prepared graduates facing the 21st century. The study aims to investigate the effect of the team-based project learning method on (1) communication skills, (2) collaboration skills, and (3) critical thinking skills of PPKn students. The approach in this research is quantitative, and the method of quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group research design. The research sample was students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program at Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka who took the Penelitian Hasil Belajar course in the 2022/2023 academic year. Sampling was carried out using non-probability techniques and using total sampling. The results showed that the team-based project learning method positively influences students' communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills when completing a project given by lecturers as an alternative learning method that can be applied at the higher education level.-----------------------------AbstrakMetode pembelajaran konvensional seperti ceramah dan diskusi masih banyak digunakan sehingga kurang mengasah keterampilan abad 21 yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa. Persoalan komunikasi akademik mahasiswa yang kurang, kolaborasi yang rendah untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tertentu, dan keterampilan berpikir yang rendah dapat mengakibatkan lulusan yang kurang siap dalam menghadapi abad 21. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh metode pembelajaran team-based project terhadap: (1) keterampilan komunikasi, (2) keterampilan kolaborasi, dan (3) keterampilan berpikir kritis pada mahasiswa PPKn. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dan metode eksperimen semu (quasi-experiment) dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group. Sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka yang mengambil mata kuliah Penelitian Hasil Belajar pada tahun akademik 2022/2023. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas dan menggunakan total sampling (sampling jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran team-based project memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan berpikir kritis mahasiswa ketika menyelesaikan sebuah proyek yang diberikan oleh dosen sebagai salah satu alternatif metode pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan di tingkat pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

AbstractHuman Rights (HAM) are the nature of every human being and must continue to be upheld. Protection and enforcement of human rights are also proof of justice, including for victims of sexual harassment. Criminal acts of sexual harassment have also occurred in the jurisdiction of the Kendal Police, where, in recent years, there have always been cases of sexual harassment. This research aims to provide an overview of the efforts made by the Kendal Police to provide human rights protection to victims of sexual harassment in the Kendal area. The results of this research conclude that the protection and enforcement of human rights for victims of sexual harassment in the jurisdiction of the Kendal Police is, of course, appropriate by imposing penalties on perpetrators of sexual harassment as stated in Articles 414 to Article 422 of Law Number 1 of 2023. However, apart from that, the Government is also responsible for providing protection and upholding human rights for women who are victims of sexual harassment. The Kendal government assists in medical services, legal assistance, and recovery efforts carried out by various parties.-------------------AbstrakHak Asasi Manusia (HAM) menjadi fitrah setiap manusia yang harus terus dipegang dan ditegakkan. Perlindungan dan penegakan HAM juga menjadi sebuah bukti keadilan termasuk di dalamnya bagi korban pelecehan seksual. Tindak kriminal pelecehan seksual turut terjadi di wilayah hukum Polres Kendal yang pada beberapa tahun terakhir selalu terjadi kasus pelecehan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai apa saja upaya yang dilakukan oleh Polres Kendal untuk memberikan perlindungan HAM pada korban pelecehan seksual di wilayah Kendal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perlindungan dan penegakan HAM bagi korban pelecehan seksual di wilayah hukum Polres Kendal tentu saja sudah tepat. Dengan adanya pemberlakuan hukuman kepada pelaku pelecehan seksual seperti telah tercantum dalam Pasal 414 sampai pasal 422 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023. Namun selain itu, Pemerintah juga bertanggung jawab memberikan perlindungan dan penegakan HAM terhadap Perempuan korban pelecehan seksual. Pemerintah Kendal memberikan pemberian bantuan seperti layanan medis, bantuan hukum, dan upaya pemulihan yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this study is to ascertain the standards for pedagogical proficiency among civic education teacher in the 21st century, as well as to identify approaches for enhancing their competency. The research method chosen is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which uses data from international and national journal articles. The findings indicate that (1) the essential competencies that Civic Education Teachers in the 21st century must possess include life and career skills, encompassing self-regulation, social interaction, and a culture of leadership, productivity, and responsibility; (2) The acquisition of learning and innovation skills, encompassing critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and collaborative engagement in creative endeavors and information sharing; (3) The acquisition of skills in information media and technology, encompassing both information technology and media abilities, is of paramount importance. Teachers must have a comprehensive understanding of information literacy, media literacy, and ICT literacy. Digital pedagogy is a strategy to improve the competence of 21st-century PPKn teachers. Digital pedagogy presents not only digital learning but also digital ethics in utilizing digital resources or learning media.---------------------------------------Abstrak Penelitian menelaah standar kemahiran pedagogi di kalangan guru PPKn pada abad ke-21, serta mengidentifikasi pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan sumber data terdiri dari gabungan artikel jurnal internasional dan nasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi esensial yang harus dimiliki guru di abad 21 meliputi keterampilan hidup dan karir, meliputi pengaturan diri, interaksi sosial, dan budaya kepemimpinan, produktivitas, dan tanggung jawab, (2) perolehan keterampilan belajar dan inovasi, yang mencakup pemikiran kritis, kemampuan memecahkan masalah, komunikasi efektif, dan keterlibatan kolaboratif dalam upaya kreatif dan berbagi informasi, (3) perolehan keterampilan dalam media dan teknologi informasi, yang mencakup kemampuan teknologi informasi dan media, adalah hal yang sangat penting. Urgen bagi guru untuk memiliki pemahaman komprehensif tentang literasi informasi, literasi media, dan literasi TIK. Pedagogi digital hadir sebagai strategi upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru PPKn abad 21. Pedagogi digital tidak hanya menghadirkan pembelajaran digital, tetapi juga etika digital dalam menamfaatkan sumber daya atau sebagai media pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

AbstractThis research discusses the implementation and challenges of Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to explore the importance of GCED in preparing individuals to face global challenges, as well as to identify the main challenges faced in the implementation of GCED. The research method used includes a literature review of various articles and research papers related to GCED obtained through the Google Scholar database. The results showed that GCED is an important concept to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to face global challenges. The implementation of GCED in various countries has been widely done, but in practice there are still obstacles and challenges such as lack of understanding of the concept, curriculum limitations, cultural barriers, and lack of resources and funds. GCED is important to prepare learners to be active and responsible global citizens. To overcome the challenges of GCED implementation, strategies such as raising awareness and advocacy, providing training and capacity, curriculum reform, creating partnerships and networks, and utilizing technology are needed. Thus, GCED has a crucial role in fulfilling the needs of global citizenship education in the 21st century.----------------AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas implementasi dan tantangan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Global (GCED) di abad ke-21. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya GCED dalam mempersiapkan individu menghadapi tantangan global, serta untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam implementasi GCED. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tinjauan literatur dari berbagai artikel dan paper penelitian terkait dengan GCED yang diperoleh melalui database Google Scholar . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCED adalah konsep penting untuk membekali individu dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan global. Implementasi GCED di berbagai negara telah banyak dilakukan, namun dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan hambatan dan tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman akan konsep tersebut, batasan kurikulum, hambatan budaya, dan kurangnya sumber daya dan dana. Mengingat GCED penting untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi warga global yang aktif dan bertanggung jawab. Untuk mengatasi tantangan implementasi GCED, diperlukan strategi seperti meningkatkan kesadaran dan advokasi, memberikan pelatihan dan kapasitas, reformasi kurikulum, membuat kemitraan dan jaringan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi. Dengan demikian, GCED memiliki peran yang krusial dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan kewarganegaraan global di abad ke-21.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is an effort to foster and develop human personality spiritually and physically. This study aims to assess the efficiency of employing Chromebooks with the Project-Based Learning model integrated with Tri N Teachings while examining the challenges faced and initiatives taken in Civic Education for fourth-grade elementary school students. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach and involves teachers and students from Class IV at Pakem Kalasan State Elementary School in Sleman Regency. Data collection encompasses interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be seen that 1) learning activities that utilize Chromebooks in integrated PjBL model Pendidikan Pancasila Learning with Tri N Teachings in Class IV of Pakem Kalasan Elementary School, Sleman Regency provide deeper understanding and experience and foster creativity in students, 2) obstacles in carrying out activities learning that utilizes Chromebooks in integrated PjBL model PKN Learning Tri N Teachings, namely the lack of teacher knowledge in utilizing Chromebooks that are available in educational units as well as the lack of teachers in implementing innovative learning models in the classroom, and 3) Efforts have been undertaken through the organization of In-House Training (IHT) sessions for teachers with the aim of enhancing their competence in effectively utilizing and implementing diverse and innovative teaching methods within the classroom.-------------Abstrak Pendidikan adalah usaha membina dan mengembangkan kepribadian manusia baik dibagian rohani atau dibagian jasmani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemanfaatan chromebook dengan model Project Based Learning terintegrasi Ajaran Tri N, hambatan dan usaha yang dilakukan pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Kelas IV siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pakem Kalasan Kabupaten Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa 1) aktivitas pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan Chromebook pada Pembelajaran Pancasila model PjBL terintegrasi Ajaran Tri N di Kelas IV SD Negeri Pakem Kalasan Kabupaten Sleman memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman yang lebih mendalam serta menumbuhkan kreativitas pada siswa, 2) hambatan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan Chromebook pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila model PjBL terintegrasi Ajaran Tri N yaitu  kurangnya pengetahuan guru dalam memanfaatkan chromebook yang telah tersedia di satuan pendidikan serta kurangnya guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif di dalam kelas, dan 3) usaha yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengadakan IHT (In House Training) kepada guru guna meningkatkan kompetensi dalam memanfaatkan dan menerapkan pembelajaran inovatif dan bervariatif di dalam kelas.

Abstract

AbstrakGlobalisasi telah mendorong masuknya Korean Wave ke Indonesia yang menantang kesadaran nasionalisme dan kecintaan terhadap budaya bangsa. K-pop telah menjadi ciri khas Korean Wave karena persaingan yang signifikan antara girl band dan boy band, khususnya boy band BTS. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pentingnya pendekatan kewarganegaraan dan kesadaran nasionalis di kalangan K-Popers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi dengan teknik pengumpulan data survei, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terhadap lima orang wanita fans BTS di Solo, Jawa Tengah yang disebut dengan komunitas Solo Army. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa pendekatan kewarganegaraan yang diterapkan oleh masyarakat Tentara Solo mendekati komunitarian. Namun para K-Popers menunjukkan fanatisme tanpa mengurangi rasa nasionalismenya dengan menyukai BTS sebagai hiburan sedangkan nasionalisme adalah sebuah kewajiban. K-Popers Army Solo juga membentuk nasionalisme dengan mengadakan kegiatan sosial yang ditujukan kepada sesama manusia yang harus saling membantu dan menghormati tanpa membeda-bedakan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memiliki pendekatan sipil dan kesadaran nasionalis di kalangan K-Popers agar budaya Korean Wave tidak mudah mempengaruhi mereka.--------AbstractGlobalization has encouraged the entry of the Korean Wave into Indonesia, which challenges the awareness of nationalism and love for the nation's culture. K-pop has become a hallmark of the Korean Wave due to the significant competition between girl and boy bands, especially the boy band BTS. This research identifies and describes the importance of a civic approach and nationalist awareness among K-Popers. This study used ethnographic methods with survey data collection techniques, observation, documentation, and interviews with five female BTS fans in Solo, Central Java, called the Solo Army community. The results of the study illustrate that the civic approach adopted by the Solo Army community is close to communitarian. However, K-Popers show fanaticism without reducing their sense of nationalism by liking BTS as entertainment while nationalism is an obligation. K-Popers Army Solo also forms nationalism by holding social activities aimed at fellow humans who must help and respect each other without discriminating. Therefore, it is essential to have a civic approach and nationalist awareness among K-Popers so that Korean Wave culture does not easily influence them.

Abstract

AbstrakSikap dan keterampilan kewarganegaraan merupakan hal yang krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Dengan pendekatan Model Problem-Based Learning lulusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Ambon dapat mengembangkan sikap dan keterampilan secara konkret melalui pengalaman praktis. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memiliki relevansi yang signifikan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan dalam menghadapi perubahan zaman dan tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu penggabungan data penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif,  Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu dari 19 mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran nilai rata-rata (Mean) hasil belajar mahasiswa pada variabel sikap sebesar 3,47 selanjutnya variabel keterampilan sebesar 3,53. pembelajaran dengan pendekatan model project based learning menunjukkan dampak positif dengan penilaian baik dan baik sekali, pada sikap mahasiswa mampu menggagas alternatif solusi, kontribusi dan menunjukkan integritas. Pada keterampilan mahasiswa mampu membangun jejaring merefleksikan hal-hal selama proses, memiliki semangat untuk terus memperbaiki lebih baik, mengimplementasikan solusi dan memiliki inisiatif untuk perbaikan bersama.--------------------AbstractHaving the right attitudes and abilities related to citizenship is essential when it comes to dealing with the problems of the professional sphere. The Problem-Based Learning Model enables Civil Engineering graduates from Politeknik Negeri Ambon to cultivate tangible attitudes and abilities via hands-on experience. Therefore, this research holds great importance in equipping graduates to confront the evolving circumstances and the progressively dynamic requirements of the professional sphere. The study employed a hybrid methodological approach, specifically integrating both quantitative and qualitative research data. The research findings were derived from a sample of 19 participants who participated in the study. The mean value of student learning outcomes for the attitude variable was 3.47, while for the skill variable it was 3.53. Implementing a project-based learning paradigm has been found to have a favourable effect on students' attitudes, as evidenced by their ability to provide innovative ideas, actively contribute, and demonstrate integrity, leading to positive assessments. Regarding talents, students possess the ability to establish connections, engage in reflective thinking, have a persistent drive for self-improvement, effectively execute solutions, and exhibit proactive behaviour towards mutual enhancement.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is interesting because it aims to photograph the efforts of educational units implementing the mobilization school program to achieve program objectives. The review was carried out on the conceptual research gap, namely the citizenship behavior of program implementers in their educational unit organizations. This qualitative research was carried out with a descriptive design. The research was conducted at SMAS An-Nizam Medan because it had been designated as a driving school, with a technique for determining respondents using purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using an interactive model. Efforts to transform education through driving schools at SMAS AN-Nizam Medan to create conditions and work environments that support: first, the implementation of the Pancasila student profile. Second, improving and equalizing the quality of driving school administrators. Third, create a collaborative climate between the driving school organizing elements in the school. The driving school organizing element is reflected in the school's elements to show concern and commitment in working highly dedicated to the transformation of education in schools. This reflection is a picture of the citizen good of an educational unit and the organizational citizenship behavior at SMAS AN-Nizam Medan.------------------AbstrakPenelitian ini menarik karena bertujuan untuk memotret upaya satuan pendidikan pelaksana program sekolah penggerak untuk mencapai tujuan program. Tinjauan dilakukan pada konseptual gap penelitian yaitu perilaku kewarganegaraan pelaksana program dalam organisasi satuan pendidikannya. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan desain deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAS An-Nizam Medan karena telah ditetapkan sebagai sekolah penggerak, dengan teknik penentuan responden menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Upaya transformasi pendidikan melalui sekolah penggerak di SMAS AN-Nizam Medan untuk menciptakan kondisi dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung: pertama, implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila. Kedua, peningkatan dan pemerataan kualitas penyelenggara sekolah penggerak. Ketiga, menciptakan iklim kolaboratif antar unsur penyelenggara sekolah penggerak di sekolah. Unsur penyelenggara sekolah menggerak tercermin dari unsur-unsur sekolah untuk menunjukkan kepedulian dan komitmen dalam bekerja yang berdedikasi tinggi untuk transformasi pendidikan di sekolah. Abstract

AbstractThe effect of grouping robotics research classes on learning achievement in Pancasila education has become an interesting research focus in the context of modern education. This article discusses the background to the integration of technology in education, the relevance of combining robotics and Pancasila Education, and the importance of understanding the relationship between the two. This research method involves descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression with a population of 382 students and a sample of 192 students. Data was obtained from questionnaires and documentation through report cards from robotics research classes at MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. The results of the analysis show that the instruments used are valid and reliable, and there is a significant relationship between the robotics research class grouping and Pancasila Education learning achievement. The results of simple linear regression show that around 73.1% is significant and 26.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. In conclusion, there is a significant influence of the robot research class grouping on Pancasila Education learning achievement. These findings show the potential for using technology such as robotics to improve learning of traditional subjects such as Pancasila Education at MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta.-------------------------AbstrakPengaruh pengelompokkan kelas riset robotika terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila telah menjadi fokus penelitian yang menarik dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Artikel ini membahas latar belakang integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan, relevansi penggabungan antara robotika dan Pendidikan Pancasila, serta pentingnya memahami hubungan antara keduanya. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis deskriptif statistik dan regresi linier sederhana dengan populasi 382 siswa dan sampel 192 siswa. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner dan dokumentasi melalui nilai rapor kelas riset robotika di MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan valid dan reliabel, serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengelompokkan kelas riset robotika dan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila. Hasil regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 73.1% signifikan dan 26,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengelompokkan kelas riset robotika terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi penggunaan teknologi seperti robotika dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran mata pelajaran tradisional seperti Pendidikan Pancasila di MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the application of digital poster media based on the Tri-N integrated Project Based Learning model on students' active learning in Pancasila Education subjects in 4th of Karangnongko 1 State Elementary School. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 4th students. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The importance of implementing the Tri-N integrated Project Based Learning model with digital poster media means that students have no difficulty in asking, answering and thinking activities. The research results based on interviews with teachers say that students are more active with the application of digital poster media based on the Tri-N integrated Project Based Learning model. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the application of digital poster media based on the Tri-N integrated Project Based Learning model can increase student learning activity in Pancasila Education subjects. The teacher made the digital poster media entitled "Aku Peduli Diriku" using the Canva application to create an attractive digital poster for students.---------------------Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media poster digital berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi Tri-N terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SD Negeri Karangnongko 1. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode: wawancara, observasi, kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini ialah display data, reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Pentingnya penerapan media poster digital berbasis Project Based Learning terintegrasi Tri-N menjadikan siswa tidak kesulitan dalam aktivitas bertanya, menjawab, dan berdiskusi. Hasil penelitian berlandaskan wawancara dengan guru mengungkapkan yakni siswa lebih aktif dengan implementasi media poster digital berbasis model pembelajaran PjBL terintegrasi Tri-N. Berlandaskan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan media poster digital berbasis Project Based Learning terintegrasi Tri-N mampu menaikkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Media poster digital yang berjudul œAku Peduli Diriku dibuat guru melalui aplikasi canva sehingga terwujud poster digital yang menarik untuk siswa.
