Abstract

This article aims to analyse the relationship between husband and wife in Muslim households with regard to financial support, highlighting the compatibility between Islamic legal norms and family economic practices in Wora Village, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The study focuses on how the economic role of wives is practised, negotiated, and interpreted in household life, as well as how it is positioned within the framework of financial obligations according to Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative method with a juridical-empirical approach, in which data is obtained through in-depth interviews with married couples, religious leaders, and community leaders, supported by observations and a study of literature on fiqh related to the concept of financial support. Data analysis is carried out descriptively and analytically by linking field findings to the principles of Islamic law. The results of the study show several key findings. First, the obligation of nafkah is still normatively understood as the responsibility of the husband, as confirmed in classical fiqh. Second, in socio-economic practice, wives contribute to meeting family needs through various productive activities, both in the domestic and public sectors. Third, the economic contribution of wives is generally understood as a form of family cooperation and solidarity, not as a transfer of the obligation of nafkah from the husband to the wife. Fourth, the relationship of nafkah in Wora Village shows flexible and contextual role negotiations, influenced by economic factors, local culture, and the community's religious understanding. These findings confirm that family economic practices are not always contrary to Islamic law, as long as the principles of justice, willingness, and moral responsibility are upheld.

Abstract

The goals of marketing in the digital era are to reach a wider audience with precision, build brand awareness, increase conversions and sales, build strong customer relationships through direct interactions, accurately measure campaign results, and improve cost efficiency by leveraging digital platforms such as social media, search engines, and email to promote products or services. The purpose of this study was to understand analysis of the marketing creativity training program in the digital era. This research was analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach. To assist in the presentation of this descriptive analysis approach, secondary data is required in the form of books containing theories and other sources, such as journals and media articles. The results of this study provide insight into the need to analyze the marketing creativity training program in the digital era, as they demonstrate an impact on improving sales performance and business competitiveness. An effective the marketing creativity training program in the digital era equips participants with core competencies in digital media mastery and the ability to adapt to market trends. An effective the marketing creativity training program in the digital era is achieved through mastery of digital platforms, creative content development, digital data analysis, and adaptation and innovation.

Abstract

The purpose of strategic management is to provide long-term direction, improve efficiency and effectiveness of performance, facilitate adaptation to environmental changes, create competitive advantage through innovation, maximize resources, and understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to achieve company goals optimally and sustainably. This ensures the business maintains focus, relevance, and competitiveness in a dynamic marketplace. This presentation aims to explain how to analyze strategic management in technology companies amidst technological disruption. This presentation uses a narrative analysis approach using secondary data to explain strategic management in technology companies amidst technological disruption. The research results show that strategic management in technology companies amidst technological disruption focuses on strategic agility, continuous innovation, and customer orientation for intelligent decision-making through the adoption of the latest technology, building an adaptive culture, and leveraging data to remain relevant and competitive amidst rapid change, involves transforming culture, business processes, and business models, while also addressing challenges such as resistance to change and high investment.

Abstract

A green marketing business strategy is a marketing approach that integrates environmental concerns into all aspects of a business, such as product, pricing, promotion, and distribution. It offers environmentally friendly products or services to build a positive brand image, consumer loyalty, and differentiation through the use of sustainable materials, low-pollution production processes, transparent promotions, recycling programs, and environmental partnerships. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine green marketing in comprehensive business strategy. The research method in this study uses qualitative research and secondary data, such as books and journals, to answer the analysis of green marketing studies in comprehensive business strategies. The research results show that green marketing is a comprehensive business strategy that integrates environmental sustainability principles into the entire marketing process. To implement an effective green marketing strategy, companies can conduct an internal environmental analysis, clear goal setting, innovative product and process development, and transparent communication.

Abstract

How does the quality of Islamic financial reporting affect investment decisions, in running a company it can be ensured that there are several goals that both management and owners want to achieve to attract the attention of investors. This research is a type of quantitative research using descriptive statistical methods and simple linear regression for hypothesis testing, Constanta 1.374 means that if the quality of presentation of Islamic financial statements is constant or fixed, then the decision in investment is 1.374. Regression direction coefficient 0.599 (positive value) means that if the quality of presentation of Islamic financial statements increases by 1 (unit), then the investment decision will increase by 0.599. The application of Islamic accounting in companies plays an important role in maintaining financial integrity and meeting the requirements set by Islamic principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan organisasi untuk mengelola manajemen kinerja secara lebih efektif di tengah transformasi digital, karena proses yang masih manual cenderung menjadi beban administratif dan rentan bias subjektif yang berdampak pada motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) terhadap kinerja organisasi berdasarkan bukti empiris yang telah dipublikasikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan, menggunakan protokol seperti PRISMA. Artikel dikumpulkan melalui Google Scholar dengan bantuan aplikasi Publish or Perish, menggunakan kata kunci kombinasi “AI or Artificial Intelligence and HRIS or Human Resource Information System”, dibatasi pada artikel jurnal berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang terbit periode 2020–2024. Seleksi dilakukan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang jelas, menghasilkan 30 artikel sebagai sampel yang dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan dukungan Covidence untuk penyaringan, Elicit untuk komparasi temuan, dan Zotero untuk manajemen referensi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara konsisten penggunaan HRIS yang terintegrasi AI berdampak positif terhadap berbagai dimensi kinerja organisasi, antara lain efisiensi proses HR, kualitas pengambilan keputusan, produktivitas, serta dukungan terhadap peran strategis fungsi SDM di berbagai sektor industri. Variasi metodologi yang digunakan dalam artikel (kuantitatif, kualitatif, studi kasus, dan literature review) menguatkan temuan bahwa integrasi AI dan HRIS berpotensi menjadi kapabilitas digital strategis bagi organisasi.

Abstract

Document archiving management is an important aspect of administrative activities in institutions. Manual archiving processes often cause problems such as delays in document retrieval, risk of data loss, and inefficiency in report preparation. This study aims to design and develop a web-based document archiving application that can manage incoming and outgoing documents in a structured and integrated manner. The research method consists of data collection, system requirements analysis, system design, application implementation, and functional testing. The application is developed using PHP as the server-side programming language, MySQL as the database management system for data storage, and the Bootstrap framework to create a responsive and user-friendly interface. The results show that the developed application is able to store, manage, and display document data properly, as well as provide document recap features based on specific periods. Therefore, this web-based document archiving application can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of document management.

Abstract

This study explores the intellectual development of research on financial governance and management strategies within startup ecosystems through a bibliometric analysis of Scopus-indexed publications from 2019 to 2025. Using VOSviewer, this study maps citation networks, co-authorship collaborations, keyword co-occurrence, and thematic evolution to identify dominant research patterns and emerging financial topics. The results reveal a significant growth in scholarly attention to financial management issues, including funding strategies, financial sustainability, governance mechanisms, and resource allocation in startup ecosystems. Network visualization identifies three major research clusters focusing on financial governance frameworks, strategic financial management and investment decisions, and sustainability-oriented financial practices. Overlay visualization indicates a temporal shift from early studies emphasizing startup financing and growth models (2019 - 2021) toward more recent themes such as financial resilience, sustainable finance, and digitally enabled financial management (2022-2025). Density visualization further highlights the concentration of influential contributions from developed economies, alongside increasing research participation from emerging and developing regions. Overall, this study offers a comprehensive mapping of the financial knowledge structure within startup ecosystem research and provides valuable theoretical insights and managerial implications for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners.

Abstract

Ongoing digital transformation has reshaped the way Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operate, requiring business actors to adjust their strategies in order to sustain competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market. This research explores how digitalization and e-commerce adoption contribute to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, particularly in terms of business effectiveness, operational improvement, and market expansion. A qualitative research design was applied through a literature-based approach by examining and synthesizing findings from prior studies and academic sources. The analysis reveals that digital technology adoption supports MSME growth by expanding market opportunities, streamlining transaction processes, and enhancing marketing activities. However, several obstacles remain, including limited digital capabilities, uneven internet infrastructure, financial constraints related to technology investment, and concerns over data security. Accordingly, collaborative efforts involving government institutions, private sectors, and educational organizations are necessary to establish an inclusive digital environment that strengthens MSME competitiveness in the digital economy.

Abstract

Digital micro, small, and medium enterprises are micro, small, and medium enterprises that adopt digital technology in their operations, such as online sales through e-commerce, social media promotions, digital payments like QRIS and e-wallets, and digital business management. This technology aims to expand market reach, improve efficiency, competitiveness, and business growth in the digital economy era. This program is supported by national programs such as micro, small, and medium enterprises go digital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the external and internal environmental of strategic management in the digital era in small, micro, and medium enterprises. This research uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature analysis using secondary data such as books, journals, and other related sources. The research shows that small, micro, and medium enterprises in the digital era dynamically formulate adaptive strategies based on the internal environmental, such as strengths, weaknesses, resources, and culture, as well as the external environmental, such as opportunities, threats, technological trends, and competitors. The digital era is transforming the way small, micro, and medium enterprises interact, conduct business, and create new business models that leverage data and connectivity for competitive advantage.
