Abstract

Abstract Research problem is whether any improvement to the students learning outcome if applied jigsaw learning method to fourth grade of State Elementary School 03th South Pontianak. Purpose of this research was to describe the applied of the jigsaw method in thematic learning which can improve learning outcomes to the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 03 South Pontianak. The research method conducted in descriptive, form of research is classroom action research with collaborative nature. As Subjects in this study were students in fourth grade 36 students in amount. Data collection techniques in this study was the direct observation and document examination of test results. While the data collection tool used in this study was the observation sheets and students learning outcome it selves. Research conducted in to two-cycle, from whole cycle of research obtained result as conclusions are  improvement in average ; the ability of teachers to design learning is 0.45 point, as well as to the ability of teachers in learning implementation is 0.42 point, finally the student learning outcomes increased to 10.86 point. Abstract

 Abstract This thesis entitled of "the influence of attitudes and subjective norms on entrepreneurship interest of students in class XI of vocational High School Immanuel II kec.sei raya kab.kubu raya". The problem in this research is "how the influence of attitude and subjective norm on entrepreneurship interest in the students of class XI smk Immanuel II kec.sei raya kab.kubu raya". This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study are 158 students of class XI smk Immanuel II kec.sei raya kab.kubu raya. The samples obtained by Cluster Random Smpling technique are 114 students. Methods of data collection are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis are descriptive analysis, linearity test, and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of research shows that: (1) there is partially influence of attitude toward entrepreneurship interest to 85,88%. (2) there is a partial effect of subjective norm to 81,70%. (3) there is influence of significance and positive simultaneous attitude and subjective norm to interest of entrepreneur 71%.Keywords: Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Entrepreneurial Interests

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to decrease elementary school student?s misconception about light using clinical interview in mother tongue. Purposive sampling was used in this research that involvied 22 students as sample. They are respectively divided into three level of knowledge such as high, middle, and low knowledge category based on teacher recommendations referring to study achievement of students. The instrument that used is multiple choice with three alternative option, and clinical interview guidelines.  Based on McNemar test showed that there significant misconception change with  >  with df=1 and ?= 5%.  Clinical interview in mother tongue can used as alternative to decrease student?s misconception about light. Keywords: clinical interview, decreasing misconception, light.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to explain the epistimological obstacles of students in determining the Domain and Range quadratic function in the class eleventh SMA Islam Al-Asy 'Arriyah Pontianak academic year 2017/2018. Subjects who participated in this study were four students of class eleventh who had obstacles in solving the problem Domain and Range. The method used in this research is case study. The instrument used test amounted to 12 questions. Based on the results of the tests and interviews by four students, had found some obstacles in determining Domain and Range quadratic function.They have not been able to write and understand the symbol used on the problem. Meanwhile, the subjects have not understood how to determine Domain that has two interval, they also have not been able to explain the proper procedure to seek the Range. The four subjects have not been able to determine the draw graph of quadratic functions procedure. Keywords: Epistimological Obstacles, Domains, Ranges, Quadratic Functions

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kesalahan siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Matematika Materi Pecahan Bentuk Aljabar di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 29 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil wawancara, dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan : siswa melakukan kesalahan konsep, kesalahan prinsip, dan kesalahan kecerobohan. Yang menjadi faktor penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan adalah siswa tidak dapat membedakan suku sejenis dan tidak sejenis, siswa tidak dapat menyamakan penyebut dengan menggunakan KPK, serta siswa kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan soal.   Kata kunci : Analisis Kesalahan, Pecahan Bentuk Aljabar This study aims to determine the types of errors of students in Solving Mathematical Problems Fractional Algebraic form of matter in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak in West Kalimantan. The method used is descriptive research with case study research form. Subjects in the study were 29 students. Based on the results of data analysis, interviews, and discussion, it can be concluded: students perform misconceptions, false beliefs, and errors of carelessness. Which become factors causing students to make mistakes is that students can not distinguish between similar and dissimilar parts, students can not equate the denominator by using the commission, as well as students are less rigorous in work on the problems.   Keywords: Error Analysis, Fractional Algebraic Form

Abstract

Abstrack“Le” and “Guo” are the examples of auxiliary words frequently appeared in mandarin language, and also an important point as well as the difficult point in the learning of mandarin language. In studying process, the frequency of the occurence of both words is quite high.The aim of this research is to know the differences and the similarities of the words “Le” and “Guo” and also to know the understanding condition of the students of University of Tanjungpura Chinese Language Major Batch 2016 about “Le” and “Guo”. This research used literature study and also used the test method to test the understanding of the students of University of Tanjungpura Chinese Language Major Batch 2016. The test results indicate that the total percentages of the understanding of students’ accuracy about “Le” and “Guo” are 68,75% and 72%. In conclusion, the results show the positive attitude towards the students’ mastery in the use of the words “Le” and “Guo”.Keywords : “Le” and “Guo”, the condition of student’s understanding

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui struktur dan makna pada cerita rakyat Pulau Belumbak. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripstif, bentuk penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan struktural dan sosiologi sastra. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pertama: cerita Pulau Belumbak adalah alur maju. Kedua: tokoh utama yaitu Amat Selamat dan Amat Berkat; sedangkan tokoh tambahan yaitu Mak Rindah. Ketiga: penokohan, Amat Selamat dan Amat Berkat memiliki watak yang sama yaitu sombong dan rajin bekerja. Sedangkan Mak Rindah memiliki watak penyayang, bekerja keras, dan penyabar. Keempat, latar cerita ini terbagi tiga yaitu latar tempat, latar waktu, latar sosial. Kelima, makna cerita terbagi tiga yaitu makna keagamaan meliputi berdoa dan pemujaan, makna kemasyarakatan meliputi tolong menolong dan kepedulian dan makna kepribadian meliputi berpengharapan, kerja keras, pantang menyerah, kegelisahan, dan kesedihan. Cerita rakyat Pulau Belumbak ini menggunakan KTSP. SKyang digunakan yaitu memahami sastra Melayu Klasik, dengan KD mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan unsur intrinsik sastra Melayu klasik. Kata kunci: Struktur, Makna, Cerita Rakyat Abstrack: This study aims to determine the structure and meaning of the folklore of the Pulau Belumbak. the theory used in this research is the method deskriptif, a form of qualitative research, with using a structural approach and sociology of literature. Results of this study is the first, the strory is the plot forward Pulau Belumbak. socond, the main character is Amat Selamat and Amat Berkat. While the additional figure that Mak Rindah. Third, characterizations, Amat Selamat and Amat Berkat has the same character that is arrogant and diligent work. While Mak Rindah temperament compassionate. Fourth, the background of the story is divided into  three, a background, the background of the time, and social background. Fifth, the meaning of the story is divided into three, bamely religious meaning incluse prayer and worship. Societl meaning include helping and caring, and the meaning of personality include hopelessness, work hard, unyielding, anxiety and sadness. Pulau Belumbak’s folklore using KTSP. SK used is to understand the Malay literrary classic, with KD identifying characteristics and intrinsic elements of classical Malay literatur. Keywords: Structure, meaning, Folklore

Abstract

AbstractThe limitations of learning media result in less satisfying learning outcomes. This encourages researchers to carry out development research with a focus on developing learning modules to achieve learning outcomes of concepts and solving problems in the human reproductive system. Research questions are how module development is carried out, elaboration of learning material, module display and student responses. The research method used is a qualitative method with research subjects being 9th grade students in SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak 2017/2018 Academic Year. The module development process involves media experts and material experts to provide an assessment of the module before being evaluated and tested. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and learning outcome tests. The results of the module evaluation include material aspects, presentation and language by media experts 76.57 (good). and material expert 83.52 (very good). The response of students to the modules developed in the form of learning outcomes in individual trials and limited trials showed that 100% of students achieved completeness. Furthermore, the learning outcomes of 36 students during field trials were 32 students or 88.89% achieved completeness. Thus the learning modules developed are suitable for use in learning. Keywords : Research of Development, Learning Module, Elaboration Theory

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to obtain an overview of the level of learning motivation of class VII students of SMPN 11 Kota Pontianak. The instrument of this study was a student motivation motivation questionnaire. The method used in this study was the descriptive method of the purpose of this method to make a systematic description or description of the facts. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study was class VII students, amounting to 20 students. Questionnaire consists of 20 items that contained 5 indicators, namely: The desire to succeed, there was encouragement and need for learning, there was appreciation in learning, there was a conducive learning environment, there were interesting activities in learning. The data analysis technique used was student learning motivation questionnaire. The results of this study indicated that there are 11 (61.2%) students who have very high learning motivation, 5 (19.5%) students who have high learning motivation and 4 (19.3%) students who have moderate learning motivation. Based on the results of the score per item there was a desire to succeed at 75.00%, the encouragement and learning needs of 80.00%, there was an appreciation in learning at 81.25%, there was a conducive learning environment of 87.50%, the existence of activities interesting in learning was 82.50%. It is known that there was an increase in the results of learning motivation of class VII students of SMP 11 Kota Pontianak. Keywords:Class VII Students,IPS Learning, Motivation

Abstract

Abstrak :Secara umum tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik observasi langsung, dan teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah persentase. Hasil penelitian terhadap aktivitas fisik siswa dari penelitian awal, Siklus 1 dan Siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan dilihat dari rata-rata tiap aspek yaitu 37,96%, siklus 1 rata-rata sebesar 75,46% terjadi peningkatan sebesar 37,5% kemudian meningkat lagi pada siklus 2 rata-rata 93,99%terjadi peningkatan sebesar 18,53%.Dengan demikian selisih peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa pada penelitian awal dikategorikan rendah, siklus I sedang dan siklus II tinggi. Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Belajar, Metode Demonstrasi, IPA   Abstract: The general objective of this research is to describe the improvement of student learning activities using the method demonstration on science teaching in elementary school third grade . Forms of research is descriptive research , data collection techniques such as direct observation techniques , and analytical techniques performed is a percentage . The study of physical activity students from early research , Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 has increased the average seen from every aspect , namely 37.96 % , 1 cycle average of 75.46 % an increase of 37.5 % and then increased again in cycle 2 93.99 % on average an increase of 18.53 % . Thus the difference in students' increased activity in early studies categorized as low , medium first cycle and the second cycle high.  Keywords: Activity Learning, Methods Demonstration, IPA
