Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study is to find out how the pattern of communication as an action, communication pattern as an interaction and communication pattern  as a transaction in the process of learning in sociology. This study employs descriptive method. The techniques that are used for collecting data are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that communication pattern as an action is one-way communication, in which the teacher was more active while the students tended to be more passive, this type of communication was done at beginning of the class, conveying material and question and answer section. The pattern of communication as an interaction is two-way communication in which the teacher and the students were equally active in learning activities, this communication was done when giving feedback as well as question and answer section. The pattern of communication as a transaction was found as a multiple-way communication, which was not only between the teacher and the student, but also among the students one another, this communication was done during group discussion and question and answer section. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menigkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam menggunakan tipe jigsaw pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas VB Sekolah Dasar Negeri 27 Pontianak Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitiannya penelitian tindakan kelas, dan sifat penelitian adalah kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa (1). Kinerja guru/peneliti dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dari siklus I yaitu 3,00,  siklus II yaitu 3,21, siklus III yaitu 3,49 dan siklus IV 3,76 (2). Kinerja guru/peneliti dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dari siklus I yaitu 3,05, siklus II yaitu 3,16, siklus III yaitu 3,54 dan siklus IV yaitu 3,79 (3). Aktivitas siswa dari siklus I yaitu 60,75%, siklus II yaitu 69,25%, siklus III yaitu 79,75% dan siklus IV yaitu 87,25%. Dengan menerapkan tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas VB Sekolah Dasar Negeri 27 Pontianak Timur.   Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Belajar, Pembelajaran IPS, Tipe Jigsaw   Abstract: The purpose of this research is to boost the activity of students in using the type of the jigsaw in the Social Sciences classroom learning VB State Elementary School 27 East Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method, the form of classroom action research study, and the nature of research is collaborative. The results obtained that (1). The performance of teachers / researchers in planning the lessons learned from the first cycle is 3.00, which is 3.21 second cycle, cycle and cycle III, IV 3.49,  3.76 (2). The performance of teachers / researchers in implementing the lessons learned from the first cycle is 3.05, which is a 3.15 second cycle, the third cycle is 3.54 and cycle IV is 3.79 (3). Activities of students of the first cycle is 60.75%, the second cycle is 69.25%, the third cycle is 79.75% and cycle IV is 87.25%. By applying the jigsaw type can increase the activity of students in the Social Sciences learning VB class State Elementary School 27 East Pontianak.    Keywords: Activities Learning, Social Learning, Jigsaw Mode

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research was describe (1) the influence of the academic supervision of the school head teacher Against boarding costs in primary schools in the district of Pontianak City, (2)  the influence of the principal effect of situational Leadership Against boarding costs at primary school teachers in the district of Pontianak City, (3) the influence of academic supervision and situational leadership principals simultaneously influential on teacher performance District of Pontianak City Elementary School Teacher. The method used was a survey method with the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study amounted to 171 teachers. Data measurement techniques using a likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistical of multiple regression. The result showed that : (1) there is the influence of Academic Supervision on teacher performance SDN District of Pontianak City by 57.90 percent; (2) there is the influence of situational leadership to the school head teacher performance SDN District of Pontianak City by 55.10 percent; (3) Academic supervision, Situational Leadership Principal simultaneously to variable performance District of Pontianak City Elementary School Teacher of 53.10 percent, amounting to 53.10 percent. Abstract

AbstractVocabulary problem is the common problem faced by many students in writing. The restricted vocabulary will affect the students’ English skill. The purpose of this research is to investigate the use of boggle game can improve the students’ vocabulary mastery in descriptive text to the VII C grade students’ of SMP Negeri 1 MempawahHilir in academic year 2015/2016. The method in this research is classroom action research. The research was conducted in three cycles. The subject of this research consisted of 28 students who belonged to VII C grade of SMP Negeri 1 MempawahHilir in academic year 2015/2016. In collecting the data, the writer used observation checklist and field notes. By conducting the classroom action research, it is found that the use of boggle game improved students’ vocabulary in spelling aspect by linking the letters. Boggle game also improved meaning aspect by translate and re-write. The improvement showed in every cycle. On the first cycle there were 32,2% of students who had passed KKM score. On the second cycle improved to 67,8%. On the third cycle improved to 92,9%. In conclusion, the student’ vocabulary in descriptive text had improved by using boggle game. In other words, boggle game can help the students in spelling and meaning aspect which help them in writing descriptive text.Keywords : Boggle game, Improve, Vocabulary, Descriptive Text

Abstract

AbstractThe problems in this research are the casual factors of social conflict among grade IX students in SMPN 3 Sungai Raya. The research method is descriptive qualitative form. The research used documentation technique with data collection tool in the form of interview guideline. The interview result concluded that communication is the factor of social conflict among students grade IX in SMPN 3 Sungai Raya. Students tend to be wrong in communicating and interacting. The class structure is a casual factor of social conflict among students’ grade IX students in SMPN 3 Sungai Raya. The factor of structure in the classroom are still part of the factors causing conflict among students in the classroom, judging by the attitude of students who prefer to get along with who can help in school affairs. Personality factors causing social conflicts among students grade IX in SMPN 3 Sungai Raya. Different personality with others, who have a quiet personality difficult in socializing, other than that there is a personality who likes to seek attention in school because of lack of attention from family and school.Keywords: Social Conflict, Junior High School Students

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the error form students grade of VII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari on material changes. The research method was descriptive. The subjects of this study were students grade of VII A SMP Kemala Bhayangkari. As well as twenty two students were used as subject in this research. Data collection tools are a cause-and-effect test and interview guide. The result show that the average error in understanding the essential concepts, the errors in understanding the relationship between concepts, and the errors in understanding the use of concepts to solve problems are 38%, 28%, and 25% respectively. The student is wrong in understanding the concept of change of being, unable to determine the physical and chemical properties, physical changes and chemical changes, and the characteristics of chemical reactions. Students are wrong in understanding the relationship between the concept of temperature and phase change, the characteristics of objects with physical properties and chemical properties, color changes with chemical reactions, solubility with ionization power. Students are wrong in analyzing the physical and chemical properties of an event, analyzing the physical changes and chemical changes in an event. Errors that students do due to less of attention during the learning process, less of note complete, less of material understanding and less of order in the classroom.Keyword: Form of Error, Substance Changes

Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the fact that Hadrah art is rarely heard among the public. The phenomenon is characterized by a lack of interest of teenagers to the Hadrah arts. The method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The approach used is an ethnographic approach. Source of data obtained through informants who know about Hadrah art in the Sekuduk village Sejangkung sub-district of Sambas district. Data collection techniques were observation, interview techniques, and technical documentation. Technique of validity the data was extension of the observation and triangulation sources techniques. The results of the research were: 1) the musical function of Hadrah art as the atmosphere carrier, as a means of communication, as a eans of education, as a means of survival and stability of culture, and as a means of entertainment. 2) the way of presenting Hadrah art such as percussion ensembles using seven kinds of musical instruments, which is 3 pieces of tambourines, drums, bongos, tambourines and maracas. The implementation of Hadrah arts besides performed at the Maulud Prophet, it was also commonly carried out at the marriage, circumcision, plain flour, halal bi halal, moved a new home, and salvation Umrah / Haj. Keywords:  Function, Forms of presentation, Hadrah arts

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve students' skill in writing descriptions by utilizing environmental media as a learning resource.This research uses descriptive method with form of action research class (PTK) and it is a collaborative research. Subjects in this study were teachers as researchers and students of class III A which is amounted to 32 students. Technique used in this research is observation and study of document and to collect the data, researcher used observation sheet and document study sheet. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it showed that the skill of writing the essay description of students in the first cycle was seen from 32 students who could pass it were 40.63% (13 students) while students who did not pass it were 59.37% (19 students) with the average score of 70, 74. Experienced improvement in cycle II of 32 students who could pass it were 62,5% (20 students) while students who did not pass it were 37,5% (12 student) with average score 73,43.In this study, the student learning outcomes increased cycle of 70.74. In the second cycle, the average increased to 73.43. From the data obtained shows that using the environmental media as a learning resource can improve the skills of writing essay students in class III A State Elementary School 20 South Pontianak.Keywords: Descriptionessay, Surrounding environmental media

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Primkop Polda Kalbar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi anggota pada Primer Koperasi Kepolisian Daerah Kalimatan Barat yang ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y=20,519+0,297X. berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 22, t hitung sebesar  4,830. Sedangkan t tabel dengan responden 94 anggota sehingga derajat kebebasan df = 94 – 2 – 1=  91, maka t tabel sebesar 1,9864 dari hasil tersebut, dibandingkan antara t hitung dengan t tabel. Dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (4,830 > 1,9864) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Koefesien determinasi (R2) dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel (x) yaitu kinerja pengurus  terhadap motivasi menabung anggota sebesar 20,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.   Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pengurus, Partisipasi Anggota Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the board's performance against the participation of members of the Cooperative Primkop West Kalimantan Police. The method used is descriptive quantitative method to form a relationship study research results showed that performance management has a significant influence in increasing the participation of members of the Cooperative League West Kalimantan Regional Police indicated by formulations Y = 20.519 + 0,297X. based on calculations using SPSS 22 t count equal to 4.830. While t table with respondents 94 members so that the degrees of freedom df = 94 - 2 - n 1 = 91, then t table amounted to 1.9864 from these results, compared to between t arithmetic with t table. Produced that t> t table (4.830> 1.9864) then Ha Ho accepted and rejected. Coefficient of determination (R2) of the results of this study show the contribution of the effect of the variable (x) is the performance of the board on the motivation of saving members by 20.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

AbstractThe Image of Women in an Unwanted Heavenly. The method in this research is the reading method. The data source of the research was obtained from the Heavenly Unwanted novel 2 Asma Nadia's work published by Asma The first printed publishing house November 2016 with data in the form of words, phrases, clauses and sentences in SYTD2, which were grouped based on the form of the female image of the domestic and public domains of Arini and Mei Rose, the meaning of women's image, and the form of the implementation plan of the study results. Based on the results of data analysis, this study produced 12 forms of female image of the domestic realm of Arini figures, 7 manifestations of domestic realm images of Mei Rose. Also found is the form of the female image of the public domain of Arini's figure, 3 the form of the female image of the public domain of Mei Rose's figure. The results of research on the meaning in the SYTD2 novel found 2 forms of meaning. The results of the analysis produce RPP that can be implemented in Indonesian language class XII even semester 2013 curriculum in KD 3.3 Analyze history, news, advertising, editorial / opinion stories, and fiction stories in the novel both through oral and written and and Basic Competencies (KD): 4.2 Producing a novel text that is coherent according to the characteristics of the text both orally and in writing.Keywords:the image of women, the domestic realm, the public sphere, meaning
