Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic work motivation that has been carried out by employees of the civil servant cooperative in Tanjun Peninsula pontianak. the research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. Data collection tools used in the form of check lists, interview guidelines, and documentation. From the results of the study, it is known that the type of intrinsic motivation that influences the performance of employees of the pomtianak tanjupura university civil servant cooperative based on its most dominant level of importance is responsibility, the second job itself, the third progress to develop, the fourth award and the fifth achievement. and the types of extrinsic motivation that affect the performance of employees of the pontianak tanjupura university civil servant cooperative, based on the most dominant level of importance is the basis of salary payments, the second is interpersonal relations, the third is working conditions, the fourth is cooperative administration and policy, and the fifth supervision.  Keywords:   Work Motivation, Employees of Pontianak Untan District.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan metode discovery terhadap keterampilan proses siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 31 Pontianak Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Bentuk penelitian eksperimen yang digunakan adalah desain quasi eksperimen dengan jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 31 Pontianak Barat yang berjumlah 64 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata keterampilan proses kelas kontrol 68,55 dan rata-rata keterampilan proses kelas eksperimen 79,7 diperoleh ( 5,38 ) > (2,04455). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode discovery terhadap keterampilan proses siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 31 Pontianak Barat.   Kata kunci: Metode Discovery dan Keterampilan Proses Abstract: This research aimed to analyze the effect from aplication of the discovery method of process skill of the students in the fourth grade on science study at Elementary School 31 West Pontianak. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Forms used experimental research is quasi-experimental design with type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study were all fourth grade students of Elementary School 31 West Pontianak totaling 64 people. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the average skills of process control class 68.55 and the average experimental class process skills gained 79.7 t_hitung ( 5.38 ) > t_tabel ( 2.04455 ). This shows that there are significant application of the method to the discovery process skills of students in Natural Sciences at Elementary School fourth grade 31 Pontianak West.   Keywords: Discovery Method and Skills Process

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the use of process skills in improving student learning outcomes in the fifth grade Mathematics learning at State Elementary School 04 Pontianak West. This study uses a descriptive method with a form of classroom action research. The nature of research is collaborative. The research took place at the State Elementary School 04 Pontianak Barat with the subject of the research were students of class V which numbered 34 people. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, direct observation techniques, measurement techniques. Data collection tool is the observation sheet. Data analysis uses calculation of percentages and averages. The ability of teachers to develop learning plans applying process skills has increased in each cycle, in cycle 1 which is 3.37 increased in cycle 2 to 3.58 and in cycle 3 has increased to 3.78. The ability of teachers to implement learning to apply process skills in class V has increased. In cycle 1 the average value was 3.41, cycle 2 increased to 3.58, and cycle 3 increased to 3.72. Student learning outcomes in mathematics learning apply process skills to increase, cycle 1 the average value of 65.88 and cycle 2 increases by 20.33 to 86.21.  Keywords:Learning Outcomes, Process Skills, and Mathematics

Abstract

Judul penelitian adalah Realisasi Kesantunan Berbahasa dalam Masyarakat Dayak Kanayatn di Desa Saham, Kec. Sengah Temila, Kab. Landak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah realisasi kesantunan berbahasa dalam MDK di Desa Saham, Kec. Sengah Temila, Kab. Landak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik langsung yaitu dengan teknik observasi, teknik catat dan teknik rekam. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kalimat yang mengandung Realisasi Kesantunan Berbahasa yang digunakan oleh masyarakat di desa Saham, dan cerita rakyat yang ada di desa Saham. Sumber data yaitu segala bentuk tuturan masyarakat yang ada di desa Saham. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat yang ada di desa Saham, Kecamatan Sengah Temila, Kabupaten Landak masih banyak menggunakan bahasa yang tidak sepantasnya diucapakan , seperti kata binatang, bodoh, sial setan, dan gila. Masyarakat di desa Saham juga melanggar prinsip kesantunan berbahasa Leech dan prinsip kerjasama Grace yaitu maksim kebijaksanaan, maksim kedermawanan, maksim penghargaan, maksim kesederhanaan, maksim pemufaktan, dan maksim kesimpatisan. Adapun saran penelitian ini adalah agar masyarakat santun dalam bertutur, jangan menggunakan bahasa yang kasar karena dapat meyakiti hati mitra tutur. Kata kunci : Realisasi, Kesantunan, Berbahasa Abstract: The title of this study is The Make Use of Language Politennes by Dayak Kanayatn People. This research was intended to find out the realization of the make use of language politeness in Saham village, Sub district of Sengah Temila, Landak Regency. The research was conducted by using qualitative method and well explained descriptively. The data were collected exclusively from observation, audiovisual recorded and written report. The data was focused to the make use of language politeness provided by all societies of Saham village both in daily activities and folklore. Based on the research investigation, the researcher found that there would be a conclusion that states too many inappropriate expressions used by the villagers over Saham societies such as beast, fool, nuts, idiot, and imp. Another finding showed us that the villagers broke the principal politeness of language Leech and Grace such as prudence maxim, generosity maxim, achievement maxim, simplicity maxim, conciliation maxim, and sympathy maxim. Therefore, the conclusions said that they should be a change in a way of villager to make a good and polite accepted language and avoid any other impoliteness expression of language. Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to know validity of student worksheet base on POE of biodiversity sub-material of the tenth grade of senior high school. The method that was used in this research was a development research consisted of 2 phase preliminary and formative evaluation. Techniques of data collection of this research was marking sheet. As the research result, student worksheet base on POE that was develop validation were a lecturer and teacher. According to the assessment that was given by the validators, student worksheet base on POE belongs to the very high validity category with value of Vc=1,00 for all criteria including content utility with value of Vc=1,00 very high validity category, language worthiness with value of Vc=1,00 very high validity category, display advisability with value of Vc=1,00 very high validity category, and graphical advisability with value of Vc=1,00 very high validity category, it was suitable to be used as a learning material. Keywords: Student Worksheet, POE, Development Research, Validity.

Abstract

Abstract: The title of this research is the relationship between self-efficacy with self-regulated learning in chemistry at senior high school. The aims of this research are to know: 1) level of students self-efficacy class XI IPA in chemistry at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya; 2) level of students self-regulated learning class XI IPA in chemistry at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya; 3) relationship between self-efficacy with self-regulated learning in chemistry. The research method that used in this study is descriptive which is correlation. The subject of this research were 36 students in class XI IPA SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya. The results show that 55,6% students have low self-efficacy and 58,3% students have high self-regulated learning in chemistry. There is a strong relationship between self-efficacy with self-regulated learning in chemistry at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya with correlation coefficient is 0,78. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat self-efficacy siswa kelas XI IPA dalam mata pelajaran kimia di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya; 2) tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XI IPA dalam mata pelajaran kimia di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya; 3) ada tidaknya hubungan antara keduanya dalam mata pelajaran kimia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 55,6% siswa mempunyai self-efficacy yang rendah dan sebanyak 58,3% siswa mempunyai kemandirian belajar yang tinggi dalam mata pelajaran kimia. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara self-efficacy dan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XI IPA dalam mata pelajaran kimia di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya dengan koefisien korelasi 0,78. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan proses belajar peserta didik menggunakan media bangun datar dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas III SD Negeri 24 Bokak penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan bentuk PTK. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa dan guru kelas III SD Negeri 24 Bokak. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi IPKG 1 dan IPKG 2 lembar observasi aktivitas data tersebut dianalisis dan direfleksikan. Pada hasil pengamatan peningkatan proses belajar dinyatakan meningkat. Pada perencanaan pembelajaran siklus I 2,63%, siklus II 2,93% dan siklus III 3,36% dengan rata-rata 2,97% (baik). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus I 2,82%, siklus II 2,87% dan siklus III 3,06% rata-rata 2,91% (baik). Dari segi aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa siklus I aktivitas 57,33%, hasil belajar 66,00% siklus II aktivitas 65,66% dan hasil belajar 71,50%, dan siklus III aktivitas 86,99% dan hasil belajar 80,50% dan rata-rata aktivitas 69,99% dan hasil belajar 72,66% (baik)   Kata Kunci: Media Bagun Datar, Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Belajar   Abstract The study aims to describe the increase in the learning process of learners using instructional media in the wake Flat Elementary School third grade math 24 Bokak this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach to shape PTK. Research subjects are students and teachers of class III SD Negeri 24 Bokak. Data collection techniques are observation techniques IPKG IPKG 1 and 2 sheets of observation activities were analyzed and reflected. In observations revealed an increase in the learning process increases. In the learning plan the first cycle of 2.63%, 2.93% the second cycle and the third cycle of 3.36% with an average of 2.97% (good). Implementation of the first cycle of learning of 2.82%, 2.87% the second cycle and the third cycle on average 3.06% 2.91% (good). In terms of activity and student learning outcomes first cycle activity 57.33%, 66.00% results of the second cycle of learning activities and learning outcomes 65.66% 71.50%, and 86,99% third cycle activities and learning outcomes 80,50 % and the average activity of 69,99% and 72,66% of learning outcomes (good)   Key Words: Media Bagun Flat, Increased Activity and Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) melalui media pada pembelajaran Fisika dengan menggunakan multimedia dan permainan monopoli fisika, maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMAN 10 Pontianak menghasilkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) rancangan pembelajaran yang menggunakan teori preskripsi, (2) profil multimedia dan permainan monopoli yang relevan dalam pembelajaran, (3)  minat dan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran fisika mengalami peningkatan, (4)  pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT melalui multimedia dan permainan monopoli fisika mampu meningkatkan perolehan konsep fisika pada siswa dengan tipe belajar berbeda (visual, audiovisual dan kinestetik).   Kata kunci:Pengembangan, Team Games Tournament (TGT) Monopoli Fisika Abstract: This research was aimed to develop the Cooperative Learning Type Team Games Tournament (TGT) through Media in Physic Learning by using multimedia and Physic Monopoly Games, and then the method which is use in Research and Development Method with descriptive qualitative approach. The research which conducted in SMAN 10 Pontianak produced the following: (1) teaching plan has using Prescriptive Theory (formula), (2) multimedia and monopoly games profile which is relevant with physic learning, (3) the student’s interest and motivation increased in physic learning, (4)cooperative Learning Type Team Games Tournament (TGT) through multimedia and Physic Monopoly Games, enhancement of students physic learning concept achievement.   Keywords : Development, Team Games Tournament (TGT) Monopoly Physics

Abstract

AbstractBased on the Background of this Research, the researcher was interested in describing and analyzing the educational values and story functions of Wak Mentukng Raja Rakng Utant Duwok Mansia folklore,in which it is a Dayak Kualatn oral literature that has educational values. The general problems in this study were how the values of education, how it functions and how the implementation plan of the research results towards the educational values in Wak Mentukng Raja Rakng Utant Duwok Mansia folklore in schools. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that Wak Mentukng Raja Rakng Utant Duwok Mansia folklore has educational values, namely religious education values, moral education values, cultural education values, social education values and functions as an educator, entertainer, and moral guided. In this study, the researcher discussed the values of education and the story function of Wak Mentukng Raja Rakng Utant Duwok Mansia folklore. The results of this study can be used as literary learning material in senior high schools (SMA). It concluded that in Wak Mentukng Raja Rakng Utant Duwok Mansia folklore, there are Educational values (religious education values, moral education values, cultural education values and social education values), as it functions as educators, entertainers, and moral guided that can be used as a picture of life and as a literary learning material at school.Keywords: Folklore, Function, Educational Values

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the use of Media Microsoft Powerpoint to the students learning outcomes of mathematics of grader III SDN 36 Pontianak South. The research method used is quasi experimental method with non- equivalent control group design. The number of research subjects 63 students. Tool of data collection used is in the form of essay test eight questions. The result of this research is the average of pre-test of experiment class is 69,067 while control class is 72,23. The average post-testof the experimental class is 80.65 and the control class is 75.81. From result of t test, obtained tarithmeticequal to 1,33 with ttable 1,67078 it means tarithmetic< ttable concluded that there is difference of students’ learning outcome. Based on the calculation of effect size (ES), concluded that ES is 0.308. This means that the use of microsoft powerpoint media impact a low effecton the students’ learning outcome of mathematics of grader  III SDN 36 Pontianak Selatan. Keywords: Effect, Microsoft Powerpoint, Learning outcome.
