Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how various factors impact customer satisfaction factors at Kafa Mart Kalibeber, specifically focusing on price, product quality, and service quality. Students and the general public who have made transactions at The research population consists of Kafa Mart Kalibeber. This study employs a quantitative method and utilizes a non-probability sampling technique, involving a total of 100 respondents. The collected data was processed and examined implementing multiple regression analysis and data processed through the use of SPSS V. 25. The findings indicate that while service quality negatively influences customer satisfaction despite being significant, both product quality and pricing positively and significantly impact it.

Abstract

The fulfilment of logistical needs during floods is vital to address challenges such as access to clean water, medicines, drinking water, and hygienic ready-to-eat food. Desa Pasuruhan, located in Kayen Subdistrict, Pati Regency, faces unavoidable flooding every rainy season. Surrounded by the Kendeng mountains, the village's water source contains limestone, making it unfit for consumption. To mitigate these challenges, the Kosabangsa team from Universitas Ivet conducted a disaster education program from September to December 2024. The program targeted the village’s youth group (Karang Taruna Bina Sejahtera) to prepare the community for recurring floods. Materials included disaster mitigation guides and educational pocketbooks for various age groups, distributed through micro-teaching sessions, both in- person and online. An innovative disaster service website was also launched as part of the initiative, providing access to disaster education resources. This platform offers a scalable solution for broader applications, combining tailored theoretical knowledge with the specific needs of the region. Accessible to both local residents and the public, it represents a unique integration of education and technology, showcasing its potential to address disaster challenges through digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The research was conducted on employees to determine whether task skills, organizational culture, internal motivation, and non-physical work environment affected employee performance both separately and simultaneously. A total sample of 30 respondents was gathered using questionnaire media and various data analysis techniques. These techniques included the classical assumption test, autocorrelation test, goodness of fit test, multiple line test, and goodness of fit test. Internal motivation has a positive and significant effect on worker performance, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and corporate culture has a significant negative impact on worker performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor for organisations, including educational institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, human relations, integrity, and rewards on employee performance at Leksono Junior High School. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 48 employees as a sample taken through the quota sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analysed by multiple regression using SPSS 27. The results showed that servant leadership, human relations, integrity, and reward had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The reward variable has the greatest influence on employee performance. This study concludes that improving aspects of servant leadership, human relations, integrity, and reward can improve employee performance at Leksono Junior High School. In addition, this study also found that service-focused leadership can build harmonious working relationships, increase employee trust, and encourage them to work better. The integrity factor is also very important because employees who have high integrity can get rewards. For future research, it is recommended to explore other factors such as work motivation and organisational environment and expand the scope of research to other agencies in order to obtain more comprehensive results and broader generalisation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how job insecurity, direct financial compensation, transformational leadership, and work quality human resource (HR) performance at MI Ma'arif Kliwonan Wonosobo. The reason for choosing this location as the research site is due to indications of declining human resource performance at the institution. This study highlights the importance of factors such as job insecurity, financial compensation, leadership, and work quality in influencing HR performance in educational institutions, particularly in terms of generating a positive work atmosphere and enhancing the productivity of teachers. This study employed a quantitative approach that included several linear regressions. Data were acquired by distributing questionnaires to teachers at MI Ma'arif Kliwonan Wonosobo using a random sampling technique. Random sampling was chosen to ensure that each respondent had an equal opportunity to participate, allowing the research results to be more accurately generalized to the population. SPSS was used to analyze the data in this study. The findings of this study can be used to improve the efficacy of human resource management in educational institutions by taking into account key aspects that drive performance. The results of this study show that job insecurity and work quality have a positive and significant impact on HR performance, whereas direct financial compensation has a negative but significant effect. Transformational leadership does not have a significant influence. Simultaneously, these four variables significantly affect HR performance. These findings imply the need for improving HR management in educational institutions by considering these key factors to enhance productivity and create a conducive work environment.

Abstract

Setiap institusi memiliki peran dan kewenangan saling terkait dalam rangka menciptakan keadilan bagi masyarakat. Namun, kompleksitas ini sering kali menimbulkan tantangan, terutama ketika terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan antar lembaga. Keseimbangan kewenangan antara Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian menjadi isu krusial dalam sistem peradilan pidana, terutama di tengah meningkatnya kompleksitas kasus-kasus modern. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan asas Dominus Litis dalam menjaga keseimbangan kewenangan Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian di Indonesia dan dampak penerapan asas Dominus Litis terhadap sinergi Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian dalam sistem peradilan pidana. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan serta pendekatan konseptual. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Penerapan asas Dominus Litis berperan strategis dalam menjaga keseimbangan kewenangan Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian, namun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti perbedaan persepsi, minimnya koordinasi, dan tekanan eksternal yang menghambat efektivitas sistem peradilan pidana. Diperlukan langkah inovatif seperti pelatihan bersama, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan reformasi struktural untuk memperkuat sinergi kedua institusi guna menciptakan sistem peradilan yang lebih profesional, transparan, dan responsif terhadap tantangan modern.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pelanggaran data pribadi oleh korporasi di Indonesia meningkat secara signifikan, menunjukkan perlunya kepastian hukum dalam pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepastian hukum dalam pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi atas penyalahgunaan data pribadi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah memiliki kerangka hukum yang jelas dan tegas dalam pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi atas penyalahgunaan data pribadi. UU PDP menetapkan mekanisme strict liability, yang memastikan korporasi tetap bertanggung jawab meskipun pelanggaran dilakukan oleh individu dalam perusahaan. Sanksi tegas berupa denda hingga 2% dari pendapatan tahunan, pencabutan izin usaha, serta hukuman pidana bagi pengurus korporasi memperkuat aspek kepastian hukum.

Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi Digital dengan fungsi AI (Artificial Intellegence) dan keterbukaan informasi komunikasi secara digital berdampak dalam perubahan sikap dan perilaku pengguna teknologi digital, tanpa terkecuali. Gerak dan giat dalam kemanfaatan komunikasi dan informasi terkait perilaku Radikalisme dan Terorisme pun juga mengambil kemanfaatan atas perkembangan teknologi digitalisasi yang melintasi batas wilayah kedaulatan negara (borderless nation). Terorisme merupakan kejahatan kemanusiaan yang luar biasa (Crime Against humanity) diktegorikan pada kejahatan luar biasa (Extra Ordinary Crime) dikarenakan dampak psykologis yang ditimbulkan sangat dasyat dalam memusnahkan manusia. Gerakan terorisme kini telah memasuki satu tahapan luar biasa dalam pengelolaan yang terorganisir, bahkan organisasi nya kini telah terorganisasi dengan rapi secara Internasional. Dimasa era digitalisasi pergerakan organisasi radikalisme dan terorisme telah berinvasi ke ruang maya (cyber). Dari sistem rekruitmen, sampai pelatihan militer dan baiat tidak lagi menggunakan pola lama dengan tatap muka langsung tetapi cukup melalui fungsi kemajuan teknologi digitalisasi yaitu internet. Untuk itu diperlukan pengetahuan dan mengenali ajakan melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum dengan tindak pidana terorisme melalui cyber sekaligus bagaimana Penegakan hukum terkait kegiatan radikalisme dan Terorisme yang dilakukan melalui ruang virtual.terkait hal itu adalah perlu mengetahui fungsi pembuktian elektronik yang tidak mudah dan Indonesia dapat menggunakan ketentuan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 Tentang Perubahan kedua atas revisi Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008.

Abstract

Pengawasan terhadap proses penyelidikan oleh Kepolisian menjadi aspek krusial dalam menjamin transparansi dan kepastian hukum dalam penanganan tindak pidana. Dalam praktiknya, masyarakat dapat menyampaikan dumas secara langsung atau melalui lembaga pengawas eksternal seperti Ombudsman. Kepolisian secara konsisten menjadi salah satu institusi yang paling banyak diadukan, dengan dugaan maladministrasi di Ombudsman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kewenangan serta batasan pengawasan Ombudsman dalam proses penyelidikan di Polri, serta merancang model pengawasan yang lebih efektif di masa mendatang dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode yuridis empiris, dimana data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap unit kerja Polri baik di Mabes Polri dan Polda di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia (Polda Metro Jaya, Polda Jabar, Polda Lampung dan Polda Banten). Selain itu, data sekunder dikumpulkan dari dokumen kelembagaan Polri dan Ombudsman, termasuk statistik dan laporan terkait penyelidikan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengusulkan kebaruan yakni desain penyelidikan yang berbasis pelayanan publik melalui sinergitas antara Polri dan Ombudsman sebagai lembaga pengawas eksternal. Sinergi ini dilakukan dengan menindaklanjuti dumas secara kolaboratif antara lembaga pengawas eksternal, lembaga pengawas internal, dan penyelenggara layanan penyelidikan guna meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam proses penyelidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Peraturan perundang-undangan berfungsi sebagai dasar legitimasi dan legalitas bagi tindakan pemerintah dalam menjalankan pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu, para pembuat peraturan dituntut untuk merancang peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkualitas. Apabila gagal dalam pembentukannya, hal ini dapat menghambat pencapaian tujuan nasional, termasuk dalam aspek pembangunan. Restorative justice merupakan respon dari teori retributif yang berorientasi pada pembalasan. Setidaknya terdapat 4 (empat) pengaturan mengenai restorative justice di Indonesia masih tersebar ke dalam beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan yang multistakeholder terutama dari instansi aparat penegak hukum. Mulai dari Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak; Peraturan Mahkamah Agung RI No. 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Pedoman Mengadili Perkara Pidana Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif; Peraturan Kejaksaan RI No. 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Penghentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif; Peraturan Kepolisian RI No. 8 Tahun 2021 tentang Penanganan Tindak Pidana Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif. Hal ini berpotensi disharmoni dan tumpang tindih antar peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga perlu dilakukan sebuah harmonisasi terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut.
