Banyaknya tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kejahatan yang memadati sistem peradilan di indonesia yang mana berfokus kepada penghukuman sehingga menyebabkan jumlah penghuni rutan maupun lapas terus terjadi, dan angka ini cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. Bentuk penghukuman tersebut sering kali tidak selaras dengan kebutuhan pemulihan bagi korban sehingga diperlukan suatu pendekatan baru yang tidak hanya berfokus kepada korban namun seluruh pihak-pihak yang terlibat seperti halnya pendekatan keadilan restoratif yang menekankan bahwa penyelesaian perkara pidana tidak harus dilandasi oleh semangat balas dendam, tetapi dapat dicapai melalui jalan perdamaian, di mana pelaku dan korban dapat mencapai kesepakatan untuk memulihkan hubungan dan mengatasi dampak psikologis maupun sosial yang timbul akibat tindak pidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitan hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual serta perundang-undangan. Sumber bahan hukum menggunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan serta juga diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini yaitu Ninik Mamak Suku yaitu Ketua Kerapatan Adat Nagari Sikabau. Analisis bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan gambaran dari penerapan keadilan restoratif dengan menggunakan pendekatan adat bajanjang naik batanggo turun pada pidana adat yang ada di Minangkabau, hasil dari penelitian tersebut yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan secara hirarki dengan prinsip musyawarah mufakat.

Purbalingga sering dibaca sama dengan Probolinggo yang berada di Jawa Timur, sehingga kabupaten ini diganti menjadi Purbalingga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji Pendopo Dipokusumo sebagai representasi identitas budaya Masyarakat Purbalingga melalui pendekatan Sejarah dan arsitektur tradisional Jawa. Fokus utama penelitian ini yang pertama, menganalisis Sejarah perkembangan Pendopo Dipokusmo; Kedua, mengkaji bangunan arsitektur Jawa; Ketiga, menjelaskan fungsi Pendopo Dipokusumo identitas budaya lokal. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan metode Sejarah, melalui tahapan heuristic, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Pendopo Dipokusumo tidak hanya merupakan bangunan fisik warisan masa lalu, tetapi juga penanda identitas budaya, politik, dan sosial masyarakat Purbalingga. Struktur bangunan Pendopo Dipokusumo memiliki 2 bagian, diantaranya Bangunan Utama dan bangunan tambahan Pendopo Dipokusumo dan masyarakat Purbalingga saling terhubung, berfungsi sebagai ruang budaya dan pusat aktifitas sosial.

This research aims to analyze students’ perceptions of the Quizizz application in formative assessment at the 10th grade of MAN 2 Banyumas. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection technique. The questionnaire consisted of 30 items and was distributed to 370 respondents. The data is then presented in the form of a table after calculating the percentage of each statement. Then, the average rate of each part was calculated. The results of this research showed that students’ perception of the Quizizz application for formative assessment reached 77.5%, which, if classified, falls into the good category. Thus, it can be concluded that perception agrees with the statement. The results explained that Quizizz is an engaging tool that motivates students, promotes honesty and fairness, enhances understanding of material, and encourages teachers’ creativity through its various features, including question types, live modes, and online reports. The percentages of all these parts fall into the good classification, which means perception is generally accurate, although minor errors or limitations in understanding may occur.

Mathematics, as a core subject, continually evolves to align with societal demands and technological advancements. Despite its essential role, challenges persist in mathematics education, particularly concerning students’ low interest and suboptimal academic achievement. Reports from UNESCO and international assessments such as PISA indicate that Indonesian students consistently perform poorly in mathematics. One contributing factor is the less effective utilization of instructional media by educators. Card-based learning tools have been identified as an effective strategy to boost students’ motivation and understanding of mathematical concepts. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to comprehensively examine the application of card media in mathematics instruction. A total of eight relevant studies were selected using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that card-based media, especially at the primary education level, significantly enhances students’ learning outcomes across various educational stages. Most of the analyzed research adopted the classroom action research model by Kemmis and McTaggart. The most frequently addressed topic was number concepts. On average, learning outcomes improved by 14.69% through the implementation of card media. These results suggest that card-based instructional media is a promising pedagogical tool that should be more widely adopted in mathematics classrooms.

This article discusses challenges and solutions related to human resource management (HR) for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in adapting to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at the elementary school level in Indonesia. The Independent curriculum introduces a more flexible, student-centered approach that emphasizes differentiated learning, project-based instruction, and character development. However, PAI teachers often face various obstacles in this transition process. These include inadequate training related to curriculum changes, limited access to educational technology, and difficulties in transitioning from traditional teacher-centered teaching methods to a more active, contextual, and collaborative approach as required by the new curriculum. This study aims to evaluate effective HR strategies that can support PAI teachers in adopting the Independent Curriculum successfully. The findings show that intensive and ongoing training programs, structured mentoring between experienced and novice teachers, and gradual integration of technology into classroom practice significantly improve teacher readiness and competence. Furthermore, institutional support, professional development opportunities, and adequate resource allocation are essential to ensure that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic religious education is not only procedural, but also leads to meaningful and transformative changes in teaching and learning. This article underscores the importance of aligning HR management with pedagogical reforms to achieve long-term education improvement.

Maraknya kasus bullying (perundungan) anak sekolah yang terjadi menjadi sebuah keprihatinan dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Manajemen pendidikan karakter yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk menekan kasus perundungan maupun kejahatan anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya manajemen pendidikan karakter yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan dalam membentuk peserta didik yang memiliki karakter baik dan berintegritas. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, artikel, buku, dan skripsi yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa karakter manajemen pendidikan sangat krusial dalam membentuk siswa yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki moral, etika, dan integritas yang tinggi. Implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter yang efektif melibatkan kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, karakter manajemen pendidikan menjadi fondasi utama dalam membangun generasi yang berintegritas dan siap menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Grice’s conversational maxims, developed by British philosopher H. Paul Grice in 1975, are based on the Cooperative Principle, which outlines how individuals communicate effectively by adhering to four maxims: Quantity, Quality, Relation, and Manner. This study analyzed the Psick Show podcast scene “Asking BTS RM on 2022 Income Tax” using a descriptive qualitative method. The analysis identified 19 instances of flouting conversational maxims, comprising 5 utterances flouting the maxim of quality (26.32%), 4 flouting the maxim of quantity (21.05%), 4 flouting the maxim of relation (21.05%), and 6 flouting the maxim of manner (31.58%). The maxim of manner was the most frequently flouted, attributed to the speakers’ intentional use of ambiguous or indirect responses to create humor, evade sensitive topics such as income tax, or shift the conversation, particularly in the dynamic and playful interaction involving RM and the hosts. This study aims to enhance readers’ understanding of Grice’s conversational maxims and their flouting, offering insights into how intentional violations shape communication in the context of popular media such as podcasts.

Biografi merupakan kisah hidup seseorang yang ditulis oleh orang lain. Dalam biografi biasanya digambarkan perjalanan hidup seorang tokoh mulai dari masa kecilnya, termasuk latar belakang keluarga dan lingkungan tempat ia tumbuh. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang biografi tokoh pendiri kampung angklung di Ciamis Mumu Alimudin atau kerap disapa Mumu angklung adalah seorang tokoh pendiri kampung angklung yang berada di desa Panyingkiran, Kecamatan Ciamis, Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah dan penelitian sejarah dengan mencakup tahapan heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka serta wawancara guna menggali informasi secara mendalam dari para narasumber yang mengetahui sejarah komunitas tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kisah hidup Mumu Alimudin mencerminkan perjalanan inspiratif seorang tokoh lokal yang berperan besar dalam pelestarian budaya angklung dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Mumu juga dikenal sebagai tokoh masyarakat yang rendah hati, aktif di berbagai kegiatan sosial, dan menanamkan nilai-nilai kemandirian serta kerja keras kepada keluarganya. Ia berhasil mengintegrasikan aspek budaya, ekonomi, dan pendidikan melalui angklung, dengan jangkauan pemasaran hingga luar Pulau Jawa. Meski menghadapi tantangan, termasuk dampak pandemi, semangatnya tetap teguh dalam mengembangkan warisan budaya Sunda.

In the Era of Technological Advancement, Gadgets Play an Important Role in Various ActivitiesThis includes learning. With various applications offered by platform providers, both on Android and iOS, people can now learn something independently. Busuu is an application developed to help individuals learn foreign languages independently, for example, learning English on their own. The learning levels used in this application adhere to international standards, ranging from beginner level (A1), elementary level (A2), intermediate level (B1), to upper-intermediate level (B2). This application provides learning materials in audiovisual formats that enhance four English language skills. The optimization of using the Busuu application makes it highly possible for someone to prepare themselves to communicate in English. This study employs a quantitative approach with a population of 4,818 and a sample size of 20 respondents using random sampling. The data analysis techniques used are regression tests and multiple correlation analyses. The respondents in this study are users of the Busuu applicationThe test results indicate that: Simultaneously, there is an influence between variable X and variable Y with a significance value of 0.000.Partially, there is no influence of variable X1 on variable Y with a significance value of 0.054, there is an influence of variable X2 on variable Y with a significance value of 0.030, and there is an influence of variable X3 on variable Y with a significance value of 0.000.

The mass media, especially social media, plays an important role in the political education of students in today's digital age. The rapid and widespread accessibility of political information allows students to develop political awareness and form perceptions of national leadership. This study aims to analyze the role of the media in political education for students, focusing on how their perceptions of the quality of national leadership are shaped through media consumption. Using a literature review approach with a descriptive qualitative method, the research data was obtained through an analysis of academic literature from ten relevant sources discussing media, political education, and national leadership. The results of the study indicate that the intensity of social media use is positively correlated with the level of students' political understanding. Additionally, digital literacy plays a crucial role in determining the accuracy of students' political perceptions, while diversifying information sources enriches their political perspectives. However, misinformation and information bias remain serious challenges that must be addressed through strengthening media literacy. This study emphasizes the need for synergy between the mass media, educational institutions, and political parties in shaping holistic political education based on democratic values. In conclusion, the mass media has great potential in building a politically aware, critical, and moral younger generation, provided it is supported by adequate digital literacy and access to credible information.
