<![CDATA[Improving teacher competence is something crucial to develop the quality of education. This community service is carried out as an effort to increase the pedagogic capacity of teachers, especially in carrying out online learning assessments. This training was conducted at Cahaya Bangsa Utama Middle School through a Zoom meeting which was attended by 22 participants. The training method used is active and participatory learning which includes lecture activities and practice/training where trainees can play an active role in asking each other questions, discussing, and practicing directly on the material provided. The material provided during the training includes 1) the concept of online learning assessments, 2) the principles of online learning assessments, 3) Techniques for assessing knowledge, attitudes, and skills, and 4) Application for online learning assessments. Implementation of the training can be interpreted as a success, indicated by a positive response from the training participants and an increase in participants' understanding regarding the online learning assessments.]]>

<![CDATA[Kreativitas dan inovasi di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dewasa ini merambah ke berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Dari sisi bisnis inovasi TIK merasuk ke berbagai bidang industri untuk efisiensi dan mengambil ceruk pasar. Financial Technology (FinTech) adalah salah satu bentuk penerapan teknologi informasi di bidang keuangan. Inovasi yang berkembang disini adalah pengadaptasian prinsip jaringan komputer yang diterapkan pada bidang keuangan. Meski pada mulanya konsep finansial P2P ini diperuntukkan bagi para start-up (wirausaha baru) dalam mencari investor untuk membiayai bisnisnya. Tetapi dalam perkembangannya finansial P2P ini memiliki partisipan yang lebih luas tidak hanya para pemodal untuk menginvestasikan uangnya kepada start-up baru. Dengan banyaknya partisipan yang berkontribusi memasukkan uang maka kemudian menjadi crowdfunding, sehingga pemanfaatan finansial P2P tidak terbatas bagi para start-up saja seperti yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Zopa di Inggris. Saat ini, FinTech lebih banyak dikenal di kalangan wirausaha ketimbang masyarakat pada umumnya. Tetapi yang perlu diperhitungkan adalah ledakan dari pemanfaatan FinTech yang perlu segera diantisipasi melalui instrumen hukum. Semakin berkembangnya UMKM online shop di Indonesia dan khususnya di wilayah Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar, sangat penting memberikan pemahaman yang baik mengenai Fintech bagi UMKM Online sehingga dapat mengembangkan usahanya dan mewaspadai akibat yang timbul dari keberadaan Fintech di Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The village became one of the focuses in the development of the country. This is evident from the existence of a village budget or village fund that is quite large in number. In terms of office affairs, including in the scope of the Village Office, of course, it does not escape the affairs of administration and require that the workers in the village have skills in good accountancy and archival-management. This community service provides knowledge on good administration archival and accountancy, thus it is hoped that partners in this activity can improve the ability to take care of village office administration. The result of this activity is the increasing insight of workers about the governance of archives but some workers still complain of being less proficient in computer operation.]]>

<![CDATA[The government obliged to provide financial information to village communities in the form of financial reports which aim to prevent conditions from occurring in the management of village fund allocations, so that socialization needs to be formed in terms of preventing village fund fraud because it was an effort to provide deeper knowledge about Public Sector Accounting which is at school. The objectives of this community service activity include increasing new knowledge and insight regarding village fund fraud prevention strategies for students and adding to the repertoire of knowledge, as well as being a reference for other parties who wish to carry out activities with a similar theme. The method of implementing activities in the community service program that carried out related to the discussion of problems expressed by the method of socialization and discussion. The planning to evaluation process calculated for one semester starting from March to June 2023. This service activity included 19 students of the Accounting Department at SMK Ma'arif NU Larangan Brebes. The material presented was material on Village Fund Fraud Prevention. The community service team explained the prevention of village fund fraud. Based on the results, increased knowledge and understanding of village fund fraud prevention.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity, which is a form of higher education tridharma obligation, aims to increase the professionalism and competence of teachers/teachers at the Junior High School (SMP) level in the city of Palangka Raya. The material presented in this community service activity is in the form of various interactive and interesting learning methods in teaching in English and making interactive learning media with the Microsoft PowerPoint application. This service activity was carried out on Saturday, February 03, 2024 at the STMIK Palangkaraya campus hall. The target of this community service activity is the teachers/teachers of Junior High Schools (SMP) in the city of Palangka Raya. The method of this activity uses the form of presentations and training which are then followed by discussions between participants and presenters. The costs for this community service activity are fully sourced from STMIK Palangkaraya through the Research, Publication and Community Service Unit (UP3M). <![CDATA[Menurut WHO, anemia dalam kehamilan sebagai kondisi dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) < 11 g/dl. Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat berdampak pada janin dan meningkatkan angka kesakitan. Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan program pemberian tablet tambah darah (200 mg sulfat ferosus setara dengan 60 mg besi elemental dan 0,25 mg asam folat) dan upaya perbaikan gizi keluarga sebagai upaya dalam penanggulangan anemia pada ibu hamil. Metode dengan melakukan survey awal, pendekatan kepada pemerintah setempat mengetahui permasalahan yang ada di lokasi dengan tujuan yaitu mendapatkan dukungan secara penuh. Sebelum memberikan edukasi dilakukan pretest untuk mengukur pengetahuan Ibu hamil tentang tablet tambah darah dan anemia dalam kehamilan menggunakan kuesioner dengan kriteria kategori Baik, cukup dan kurang. Memberikan edukasi pada Ibu hamil tentang tablet tambah darah (fe) dengan membagikan pamphlet agar Ibu hamil memahami pentingnya mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah sehingga terhindar dari anemia dalam kehamilan. Mengurangi nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan memberikan asuhan komplementer berupa antenatal massage pada Ibu hamil sehingga kehamilan dan persalinan aman ibu dan bayi sehat. Setelah edukasi dilakukan posttest untuk mengukur pengetahuan Ibu hamil setelah diberikan edukasi. Hasil posttest sebagian besar mempunyai pengetahuan baik yaitu 80%, hanya 20% yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik. Setelah dilakukan edukasi sebagian besar pengetahuan Ibu Hamil menjadi baik. Sangat penting bagi ibu hamil untuk mengetahui tentang bahaya anemia dalam kehamilan dan penanganannya karena akan berdampak bagi ibu sendiri dan janinnya. Selain itu keluhan nyeri punggung pada kehamilan trimseter III, dapat diatasi dengan asuhan komplementer antenatal massage yang dapat dilakukan oleh suami atau keluarga dirumah.]]>

<![CDATA[The Rempoah village community has abundant natural resources of coconuts. The use of coconuts is still very small, where the only parts used are the fruit and coconut water. In the pharmaceutical world, coconut oil traditionally produces a by-product in the form of coconut pulp which has low economic value. Therefore, efforts are needed to create alternative soap that utilizes local resources with the same benefits. This PkM activity aims to increase community knowledge and skills regarding the use of natural resources related to coconuts in the production of making soap from oil and coconut dregs. The problem solving solution offered is a participatory approach with counseling and training methods. Indicators of achieving the objectives of this activity are increasing community knowledge and skills and the availability of soap products. The results of this activity can increase the knowledge and skills of the Rempoah Village community in producing soap made from oil and coconut dregs by utilizing natural resources through training activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service is carried out at SMPN 14 Tarakan. This service activity aims to increase the digital literacy of junior high school students by using ICT-based learning media. This service activity has the aim of realizing that students at SMPN 14 Tarakan have basic knowledge in the field of technology, especially in the IT field. This activity is carried out in the form of socialization regarding technological advances in the current digital era which makes everyone have to adapt to these technological developments and the impact of these developments. this technology in the world of education as well as an introduction to internet of things technology, how the internet works and smart ways to use the internet, as well as an introduction to professions in the IT world. The final outcome that will be achieved from this service activity is increasing students' abilities in using computers as a tool for developing students' creativity in the world of education, apart from that, students also have literacy in the world of technology. The final outcome of this service activity is the publication of the results of this service in a service journal. This service activity is carried out in two stages, namely: The first stage is the planning and preparation stage. At this stage, an analysis of student needs is carried out as well as preparation of learning materials and methods. The second stage is the implementation stage. At this stage, students are socialized about digital literacy. This training uses ICT-based learning media, such as videos, animations and simulations.The results of this service show that the digital literacy of students at SMPN 14 Tarakan increased after attending the training. <![CDATA[Preceptors are health professionals who are skilled in a discipline, but may have little ability to guide students in practice. If preceptors do not fully understand their role in the clinical learning process, then clinical learning goals will not be achieved. Therefore, it is very important that preceptors receive training on preceptorship clinical learning methods. This community service activity aims to deepen the preceptor's understanding regarding clinical education management, clinical learning methods, clinical learning assessment. The method of implementing the service is knowledge screening, training and discussion about preceptorship clinical learning methods and bedside teaching simulations. This activity was attended by 20 nurses. Most service participants were aged between 41-50 years (85%), female (60%), trained as nurses (100%), and had worked for more than five years (65%). Regarding preceptors' knowledge of clinical teaching methods, most were in the poor category (70%) before training, but most were in the good category (90%) after training. <![CDATA[ABSTRAK Kelompok wanita tani Nua Luri merupakan kelompok tani yang mengusahakan produk hortikultura di Kelurahan Malumbi Kecamatan Kambera, di Kabupaten Sumba Timur, karena mempunyai potensi sumber daya lahan cukup serta didukung dengan irigasi teknis yang berada pada daerah tersebut, sehingga hal ini menjadi peluang yang baik dan perlu dimanfaatkan oleh para petani. Produk-produk hortikultura yang diusahakan cukup beragam mulai dari sawi, kankung, bayam, tomat, jagung manis, terong dan komoditas lainnya. Namun beberapa permasalahan seperti salah satunya adalah daya saing produk hasil pertanian belum begitu baik, dimana akan dapat menyebabkan nilai jual produk hortikultura menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk hortikultura bagi kelompok tersebut maka diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, salah satunya dengan memberikan merek/ branding pada produk pertanian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada kelompok Wanita Tani Nua Luri di Kelurahan Malumbi, kecamatan Kambera, Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pelabelan dan penggunaan kemasan pada produk hortikultura, selanjutya dilakukan demo secara langsung terkait pengemasan dan pelabelan pada produk. Hasil pelatihan menghasilkan logo dan nama produk fresh farm Nua Luri. Peserta antusias dan aktif mengikuti kegitan tersebut.]]>
