Abstract

An institution has main components in it, one of the important components is human resources. HR regulates all relations between workers in an institution with the aim of building good work performance and a good environment. The reality of inadequate human resources in Indonesia, especially in many institutions today, is something that must be addressed. Many factors cause the processes in accepting new employees to be less than optimal. This causes a decline in the performance of human resources in an institution, even though if it is implemented well the results will be maximum and can produce high performing and talented employees. The purpose of this writing is to provide structured processes for accepting new employees at an institution by following existing standards. Which can later be applied in everyday life and in the world of work for all facilitators and prospective new employees, so that they have a clear picture in the process of looking for qualified human resources that meet the Institution's standards. The author uses a qualitative approach with a library research method with references to several books and journal articles.

Any career or position that demands expertise which may come from specific education and training in compliance with unique standards, including duties and a code of ethics, is considered a profession. Encouraging teachers to be professional educators, managers, mentors, assessors, members of professional associations, and public relations experts are all goals of teacher professionalism. The research method used is literature study, a method of collecting reading sourcesthat will be used as references in research. Founded on Article 1 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers In early childhood education through formal education, basic education, and secondary school, teachers' primary responsibilities as professionals in education are to instruct, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of the K-pop trend on motivation to learn English among Gen-Z. The study identified that the importance of English for educational and career purposes encourages Gen-Z to learn it. However, there are factors that contribute to decreased motivation, such as uninteresting learning materials, social stigma, lack of confidence, and time constraints. In recent years, the K-pop phenomenon has provided an interesting and non-monotonous approach to learning English. Gen-Z is inspired to learn English through K-pop content on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. In addition, fandom interactions on social media require English as the language of communication. K-pop idols also actively interact with fans in English through YouTube channels and live streaming apps. The presence of English subtitles in K-pop content, the use of English lyrics in songs, and the use of English platforms by idol agencies further increase the motivation to learn English among Gen-Z. This research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the impact of K-pop trends on Gen-Z's motivation to learn English as well as the factors that contribute to this motivation. The results of this study are expected to deepen our understanding of the relationship between the K-pop trend and motivation to learn English, as well as facilitate the understanding of the relationship between the K-pop trend and motivation to learn English. and facilitate the development of effective language learning strategies

Abstract

Children with hearing loss experience difficulty in pronouncing vowels and words due to lack of speaking habits, especially in the family environment. This study aims to analyze the use of reflective maternal methods in improving the spoken language of deaf children at the State Special School 7 Jakarta. Qualitative descriptive research methods were used to understand this phenomenon. The data source involves one class teacher and three students with hearing impairment, with interviews, observation and documentation as methods of collecting information. The results show variations in oral language abilities through the reflective maternal method. YAS subjects have less clear articulation but use gestures to complete their communication. MSY is able to produce words and sentences but has difficulty in constructing sentences. AHS, the third subject, also has less clear articulation and uses sign language to support understanding of his interlocutor. This research makes a significant contribution to the understanding of spoken language learning of deaf children so that appropriate strategies are needed to support effective communication for each individual.
