Abstract

The main problem of this research is that the pedagogical competence of teachers of moral beliefs is not optimal in improving student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Ikhlas, Sungai Raya Village, Batang Tuaka District. This research uses a qualitative approach. Analysis of the results of research conducted by researchers regarding teacher pedagogical competence in improving student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Ikhlas, Sungai Raya Village, Batang Tuaka District, shows that it is quite good, but there are several indicators that are not optimal, such as: teachers only focus on active students, learning less centered on student activity, minimal use of varied and interesting methods and media. Student learning outcomes have quite good knowledge scores but are not good in terms of attitudes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze whether there is an influence between pedagogic competence and teacher professionalism, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with path analysis design which is used in testing the direct or indirect effect between research variables. The subjects of this study were teachers and students in the subject of the Qur'an Hadits at MTs in Tembilahan. The data collection used in questionnaire and documentation. And the data analysis that the researcher uses is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1) there is a significant positive effect between teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes by 58.1%; 2) there is a significant positive effect between teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes by 47.9%; 3) there is a significant positive influence jointly between pedagogic competence and teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes by 55.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the competence of educators and education personnel in MI Manba’ul Huda based on national standard of educator and education personel in accordance with Permendiknas. The object of this research is the entire educators and education personel in MI Manba’ul Huda. Then the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with research instruments including observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis obtained that the standar and competence of educators and education personel in MI Manba’ul Huda have a fairly good value with a percentage of 77% or a value of 58 from maximum value of 76. There are four indicators that have a value below 3 or B, namely regarding madrasah special personnel, competence and certification of library staff, the ratio of conseling teacher and the competence of counseling teachers. The strategy carried out in improving the competence of educators and education personnel by including teacher in training in accordance with the field of ability they are capable of to produce competent educators and continue to apply Islamic values.

Abstract

In the 21st century, Islamic education in Indonesia faces many unprecedented dynamics.With the development of technology, globalization and the increasing demand for personal skills and needs.Challenges and obstacles in exploring the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool to help transform Islamic education curricula to overcome these challengesThe role of AI in curriculum development is to be responsive and adaptive, with the ability to better personalize learning, better track learning, accurately track learning, and make informed decisions. data-based determination.AI has a positive impact in improving the quality and relevance of curricula for the implementation of AI in education. However, the integrity of AI in Islamic education with regard to ethical aspects and challenges including data privacy, digital divide, and social considerations means that the 21st century considerations are an exploration of the potential and risks of using AI in educational contexts to provide recommendations for educational stakeholders. As such, this study not only provides a philosopher's view of AI in Islamic education, but also provides a framework that can help Islamic educational institutions utilize AI to face 21st century challenges and improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This article attempts to examine and understand Hasan Al-Banna's thoughts from an Islamic Education Perspective. And the thought of Islamic education is a series of work processes of the mind and heart that are carried out seriously in looking at various problems that exist in Islamic education and trying to build an educational paradigm that can become a vehicle for complete guidance and development of students. Hasan Al-Banna is the founder of the Ikhwan al-Muslimin movement, one of the largest and most influential Islamic organizations in the 20th century. As for this research, which is in the form of library research, in the process of collecting data, the author collects data in the form of information through literature that the author obtains in the form of books or articles, magazines, or seminar results. and other information related to the issue being raised, namely reviewing the thoughts on Islamic education according to Hasan al-Banna. Abstract

The management of madrasah educational institutions is currently changing significantly due to the paradigm it applies. This paradigm includes the application of the concept of buttom-up management. It focuses on improving quality through autonomy, accountability, accreditation and evaluation. The new paradigm encourages many to start a system based on values, transparency and public accountability. As an Islamic educational institution, Madrasahs retain their characteristics of adapting to change that distinguish them from other institutions. Its main source of teachings is Islam (Al-qur'an and Hadith) which inspires it. This research investigates the application of Islamic education management principles at MIS Al-Ikhwan Bukittinggi. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical method. This research aims to find out how well the madrasah applies the principles of Islamic education management, including the principles of shura, ikhlas, sidiq, amanah, and taqwa. Based on the information gathered through interviews and observations, the researcher found that the institution has implemented these principles. In addition, the vision and mission of the madrasah are in accordance with the principles of Islamic education management.

Abstract

This article aims to provide a concept regarding the implementation of giving rewards in Islamic religious education subjects at the Integrated Junior High School Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, Tempuling District, considering that there are still many teachers who do not implement the implementation of giving rewards. So, a solution is needed to overcome this. The method used is the quantitative descriptive method. Observation results found that the implementation of giving rewards in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School Integrated Junior High School, Tempuling District, reached 79.37% and was categorized as good, because it was located in the interval 61% - 80%. Factors that can influence the implementation of rewards in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Integrated Junior High School Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, Tempuling District are the methods used by teachers, student learning motivation and family environmental background.

Abstract

The level of education of parents is an order, level of education, level or order completed by parents during their education. The purpose of the study was to see the relationship between parental education and social behavior. Pre-experimental research design was conducted on 30 parents of children. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire given to the child's parents. The sample set is all parents of children. For data analysis using correlation. From the results of parents' responses to children's social behavior in terms of overall per indicator about parents' responses to children's social behavior classified as "Agree" with a percentage of 65.00%. While the level of education of parents of children who have elementary school education is 17 people with a percentage level of 56.67%, junior high school education is 9 people with a percentage of 30.00%, and high school education is 4 people with a percentage of 13.33%. The results of the above calculations show that the Produc Moment correlation value between parents' education level and children's social behavior is 0.511.

Abstract

Implementation of strategic management is a necessity carried out by the school principal to carry out the school program as stated in the vision and mission, so that the planned school goals can be realized in a real and correct manner. Educational programs in madrasas, whether related to improving the quality of teacher resources, the quality of learning implementation or the quality of facilities and infrastructure, need to be improved to face global changes. If the quality of madrasah education is not improved through the management of teachers and education personnel, it is certain that madrasahs will lag further behind other levels of education of the same level. This research aims to find out the extent of the implementation of the management of teachers and education personnel in Improving the Quality of Education Based on the 2020 Educational Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP) in MI, especially in MIN 2 West Bandung. In this research, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach method. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, documentation study and of course interviews with the object of this research, namely the head of the madrasah.
