Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Islamic Personal Development Program (BPI) in instilling religious character education for students at SMK Islam Inayah Ujungbatu. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Primary data was obtained from respondents, while secondary data was obtained through school libraries and archives. The results of the study show that: 1) The BPI program is a flagship program at SMK Islam Inayah, requiring careful planning, implementation, and evaluation, 2) The BPI program is implemented in two patterns: intracurricular (Islamic Study Club, zikir al-matsurat) and extracurricular (iftor jama'i, MABIT, Rihlah, BPI Fit Camp, humanitarian care action), 3) The strengthening of students' religious character is seen in daily life, including the character of faith and piety,  honesty, responsibility, help, keeping promises, caring for the environment, and caring for society.

Abstract

The moral decadence of students, Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al Ihsan Boarding School Riau, located in Kubang Jaya, has realized and anticipated this by implementing moral education to its students through the Islamic Personal Development program. This study was analyzed descriptively analytical. The results of the study indicate that (1) The implementation of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) program at Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al Ihsan Boarding School Riau consists of programs, namely regular and non-regular programs. The regular program is the BPI weekly meeting held every Friday. While the non-regular program is the BPI outing class which is sometimes carried out in the form of cooking, sports, and overnight stays. (2) The supporting factors for the implementation of the BPI program are complete facilities and infrastructure, BPI mentor teachers have good Islamic knowledge competence, the BPI Deputy is specially formed, and the enthusiasm of most students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the BPI program are the following two things: (1) There are still students who are not active in participating in the BPI program, and (2) The limited duration provided by the school in implementing the routine meetings every Friday, where the duration given by the school for each meeting is only around one hour.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of student learning motivation, especially in fiqh subjects at school. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of grade IX students in fiqh subjects. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and verifiable methods. The population in this study is all grade IX students at MTs Negeri 2 Sumedang. The sample was taken from the entire population, which was 56 students. The results of the study concluded that the average value of the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model variable of 4.02 and the student learning motivation variable of 4.11 were both in the good category. The results of data processing showed that the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model had a large and significant positive influence on students' learning motivation. This is evidenced by the figure obtained R = 0.725 with a determination coefficient of 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% influenced by other factors. Then for the hypothesis test, the results of the ttable > calculation were obtained, namely 7,731 > 2,005, therefore it means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely there is an influence of the application of the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the compensation and reward policy for educators and education personnel at SDIT Al-Izhār School Pekanbaru. The compensation and reward policy designed by the Daar En Niswah Foundation is not only intended to motivate and appreciate performance, but also as an encouragement to increase spiritual values ​​for educators and education personnel at SDIT Al-Izhār School Pekanbaru. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach method, where data collection is through interviews and document analysis. The results of this study illustrate that, in the implementation of the compensation and reward policy, in addition to having a positive impact, it also has a negative impact due to the unresolved obstacles. Thus, alternative solutions are needed to overcome existing obstacles and periodic evaluation of the implementation of the policy.

Abstract

Subuh Education is a form of religious education that is carried out intensively at dawn. This activity is important in forming religious character and discipline in worship in children, especially in the challenging era of technology. This study aims to build children's religious character and discipline in worship as a foundation for noble personality. The digital era presents challenges, such as uncontrolled access to content, the influence of global culture, and dependence on technology that reduces awareness of worship. The study explores the role of Subuh Education and adaptive strategies to overcome these challenges. This study uses a library research method with observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study show that Subuh Education plays a significant role in forming children's religious character and discipline in worship, such as praying on time and routinely reading the Qur'an. However, the influence of technology can be an obstacle if its use is not regulated wisely. This study concludes that Subuh Education is an effective strategy for building children's religious character and discipline in worship in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out about the Lego Robot Cardboard Box game on children's creativity. Creativity is an ability that everyone has at different levels. Children's potential can be developed. One of my creative games is the Lego Robot Cardboard Box game. The method used in this study used a pre-experiment design with a One-Group Pre-Test-Post-Test design. The results of the study showed that the t-count value obtained was 0. Then the t- count was compared with the t-table with a significance level of 5% and N 17. From the critical value for the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, it is known that the t- table value for N 17 and a significance level of 5% is 35. If t-count <t-table (0<30), it can be seen that children's creativity has increased significantly. Based on the results, Ha and Ho were rejected. Thus, it can be seen that the Cardboard Box robot game can have a significant effect on the creativity of children at the Islamic Fitrah Kindergarten in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's strategies in improving the quality of education at R.A Mau'izah Hasanah Kampar. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the principal implements various strategies, including strengthening the school's vision and mission, enhancing teacher competencies, optimizing school management, and increasing parental and community involvement. The vision and mission are reinforced through intensive communication with all school stakeholders, while teacher competency development is facilitated through professional training and academic supervision. School management optimization is carried out by improving infrastructure and implementing a technology-based administrative system. Additionally, the principal strives to enhance parental and community engagement through school partnership programs. Although these strategies positively impact educational quality, challenges remain in their implementation, such as limited teaching staff and low parental participation. Therefore, support from various stakeholders, including the government, educators, and the community, is essential to ensure the effective implementation of these strategies.

Abstract

This study discusses the integration of social fiqh in the Islamic education curriculum as a response to the challenges of diversity in the era of globalization. The social fiqh approach that emphasizes the values ​​of welfare and social justice is relevant in creating inclusive education that respects cultural, religious, and global value diversity. This study uses a library research method with data collection techniques through documentation and data analysis techniques using an interpretive approach. The results of the study indicate that social fiqh can be applied in the curriculum through revision of learning themes that include diversity values, development of teacher competencies for inclusive teaching, and the use of digital technology as a learning medium. The conclusion of the study confirms that social fiqh is a relevant philosophical foundation for building Islamic education that is responsive to diversity as well as adaptive to global dynamics.

Abstract

In the context of Muslim life today, da'wah has a very important role in strengthening the unity of the ummah, especially in this digital era. But many of the preachers are wrong in determining the right concept for preaching in this digital era. So this research seeks to present the right concept for preaching that can unite people, especially in this digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach by presenting data sources that are relevant to the discussion by documenting the data obtained, so that it becomes data that is ready to be processed . The results of the analysis of several sources that have been presented, found that the concept of da'wah that is appropriate to unite people in this digital era is divided into three concepts. The first is the concept of da'wah with wisdom or wisdom, then the second is the concept of da'wah with good advice and the third concept is arguing with good arguments.

Abstract

Educational media is one of the most important components of the teaching and learning process. The researchers at MA AL-Huda Bengkalis therefore want to develop e-learning resources based on the Sholat Jenazah topic. Using the Research and Development (R&D) technique, 22 teachers and 30 students from class X took part in the study. The researchers directly gathered data through the use of questionnaires and observational techniques. The researchers explained the objectives and purpose of the instruments to the respondents before distributing the questionnaires for them to fill out. Respondents were asked to review the quality of the educational materials utilized and answer questions via the Google Form platform. The gathered data was examined using descriptive analysis.The average score for 30 students on the learning media components was 4.33 with a standard deviation of 0.2, which is also categorized as Strongly Agree, according to the research findings. The average score for 22 teachers was 4.6 with a standard deviation of 0.12. Consequently, it can be claimed that e-learning resources are of exceptionally high caliber, suitable for the current digital age, and built on cutting-edge technology to support interactive learning exercises.
