Journal of Educational Analytics (JEDA) is a peer review and open-access journal that provides an international platform for disseminating research results and review articles in the field of education. This Journal is published four time per year at February, May, August and November by Formosa Publisher. It is aimed to publish original and contemprorary articles on the latest issues and trends occurring in education curriculum, instruction, learning, policy, and preparation of teachers with the aim to advance our knowledge of education theory and practice. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers through the blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to be able to see general (comprehensive) conclusions about the relationship between school principal leadership and teacher performance. The approach used was Meta-Analysis and systematic review using JASP 0.18.1.0 software. The data found were 20 articles through searches on Google Scholar and Mendeley search with the keywords principal leadership, teacher performance and Islamic boarding schools, and 11 articles were selected based on predetermined characteristics. Data taken from selected articles are the number of samples (N) and the r value from each article, then the effect size is analyzed. This research aims to analyze the correlation or relationship between school principal leadership and teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. Data from research on principal leadership on teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools were analyzed in depth to find the strength of the correlation between principal leadership and teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. This research started by formulating a research topic, exploring relevant research results for analysis. The research results show that the principal's leadership is able to improve teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. The results of analysis using the random effect model show that there is a significant positive correlation between school principal leadership and teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Teaching Performance on Student Learning Motivation individually and together. This research used quantitative descriptive inferential methods, with a population of all students at SD Negeri Gugus VII, Doloksanggul District, totaling 177 people, a sample of 45 people. The questionnaire was tested on 30 students outside the research sample, and was tested using validity and reliability tests. The research results show: 1). There is a positive and significant influence of Principal Leadership on Student Learning Motivation of 35.9% with rcount > rtable (0.599 > 0.294) and tcount > ttable (4.912 > 2.021). 2). There is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Teaching Performance on Student Learning Motivation of 38.1% with rcount > rtable (0.617 > 0.294) and tcount > ttable (5.148 > 2.021), 3). There is a positive and significant influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Teaching Performance together on Student Learning Motivation of 42.1% with Fcount > Ftable (28.874 > 3.23), thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a positive influence and Principal Leadership and Teacher Teaching Performance are significant on Student Learning Motivation at Gugus VII Public Elementary School, Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, individually or together because it has been empirically tested. together because it has been empirically tested.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school supervisors on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was all junior high school teachers in Parlilitan District, totaling 104 people with a sample of 104 people. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 teachers outside the research sample, and has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study showed: 1). There is an effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance of 48.9%, with rx1y of 0.671 in a positive direction, in a strong interpretation. 2). There is a positive effect of interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school supervisors simultaneously on teacher performance of 56.6%, the multiple correlation coefficient of R = 0.752 is in a strong interpretation, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive effect between interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school supervisors on the performance of junior high school teachers in Parlilitan District partially and simultaneously because it has been tested empirically. The results of this study recommend to related elements that in order to improve teacher performance, interpersonal communication between school principals and academic supervision .

Abstract

Variables This study aims to determine the effect of Principal Academic Supervision and Teacher Competence individually or together on the Quality of Education, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant effect between Principal Academic Supervision and Teacher Competence. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was all junior high school teachers in Doloksanggul District, totaling 176 people with a sample of 125 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire, which was compiled by the researcher based on the research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 teachers outside the research sample, and has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The results of the study show that: 1). There is a positive effect between Principal Academic Supervision on the Quality of Education obtained from tcount>ttable, namely 5.680>1.980, with a large influence of 42%, and there is a significant effect obtained from Y ̂ = 19.929 + 0.680X_1. 2). There is an influence between Teacher Competence on the Quality of Education of 40.1% with tcount>ttable, namely 5.233>1.980, 3). There is a positive and significant influence between the Principal's Academic Supervision and Teacher Competence together on the Quality of Education of 52.6% with Fcount>Ftable, namely 67.827>3.00, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Performance partially or simultaneously, with the hypothesis that there is a positive effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in Cluster 1 and 2 in Onan Ganjang District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was all teachers of Elementary Schools in Cluster 1 and 2 in Onan Ganjang District, totaling 63 people with a sample of 63 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire, which was compiled by the researcher based on the research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 teachers outside the research sample, and has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique was with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study recommend to teachers that in order to improve teacher performance, Work Motivation and Work Discipline must continue to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline with Teacher Professionalism at Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, both simultaneously and partially, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline with Teacher Professionalism at Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The population in the study were all teachers of Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, totaling 104 people with a sample of 76 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire, which was compiled by the researcher based on the research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 people who were not research samples, and has been tested with validity and reliability tests. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Professionalism at Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline with Teacher Professionalism at Public Middle Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The systematic literature review (SLR) article about innovation and entrepreneurial intentions of students through digital marketing education aims to determine the competencies emphasized for students in digital marketing education to increase innovation and entrepreneurial intentions. Competencies are very important for students to face businesses that are switching from conventional to digital. Apart from that, students can run businesses amidst increasingly innovative changes in digital technology. The systematic literature review (SLR) article writing method is a library research method sourced from the Scopus, ProQuest, and Springer Link databases. Articles that are relevant to the research will be analyzed using the prism method. The results of the analysis found that digital marketing education needs to teach students to create new markets, low costs, high profitability, and wide market reach. These competencies can encourage students to increase innovation and entrepreneurial intentions since school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response and ability of students in implementing the attitude of defending the country and Indonesian national resilience among the ranks of students. The method used is a quantitative method which is data collection based on the results of a questionnaire filled out directly by respondents. Data collection techniques are obtained from observations of students. The sample in this study was 20 PGSD students at Medan State University. The results of the study showed that the activity of student responses to the implementation of the attitude of defending the country and Indonesian national resilience was very good. In conclusion, awareness of defending the country is essentially a willingness to serve and sacrifice for the country.

Personnel management is one of the crucial aspects in organizational management, especially in the context of education. In the world of education, personnel management plays an important role in managing human resources (HR) involved in the learning process and development of educational institutions This study aims to analyze the function of personnel management in the educational context based on a book review by Edwin B. Flippo. The book discusses planning, organizing, directing, and controlling various aspects of human resources in educational organizations. By understanding the principles of personnel management, educational institutions can achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. This research will provide practical guidance for practitioners and policy makers in the field of education. Through an analytical descriptive approach, this study outlines how the principles of personnel management can be integrated in human resource management in educational institutions.
