Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pola perilaku menabung dan pola perilaku investasi yang dilakukan masyarakat baik yang tinggal di kota maupun di desa di dearah Jember dengan menggunakan literasi keuangan dan sosiodemografi sebagai dasar pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam melakukan kegiatan menabung dan investasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan April hingga Juni 2022 di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode observasi, kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan subjek informan yang berada di wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan. Hasil penelitian perilaku menabung yang dilakukan oleh para informan pedesaan sama persis dengan proses berpikir yang telah dijelaskan pada perilaku menabung informan perkotaan sebelumnya, yang menjadikan informan melakukan kegiatan menabung tanpa adanya pengaruh selain faktor pendapatan. Jenis investasi yang dipilih oleh para informan rata-rata adalah investasi yang berwujud seperti tanah atau emas. Namun sedikit berbeda dengan beberapa informan yang tinggal di daerah perkotaan, karena inklusi, akses serta lingkungan yang lebih terbuka dan modern di daerah perkotaan membuat informan lebih bervariasi dalam hal pilihan investasi. Perilaku menabung pada informan pedesaan maupun pekotaan secara proses berpikir sama saja, mereka menggunakan model berpikir yang sudah tertanam kebiasaan sedari kecil yang diajarkan oleh orang tau atau keluarganya.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the language variations found in Surabaya children's storytelling activities using a pragmasocolinguistic approach. Through participant observation and text analysis of stories told by children, this research explores how Surabaya children use their language in the context of storytelling activities. Research findings show that Surabaya children present rich variations in the use of vocabulary, grammar, and language style, which are influenced by social and contextual factors. Surabaya children tend to use words that are familiar to their daily experiences, and choose sentence structures that suit the situation and audience. External factors such as the influence of mass media are also visible in children's language use. This research provides in-depth insight into how Surabaya children use their language in storytelling activities, as well as the implications of these findings in the context of children's education and language development. In conclusion, understanding the language variations of Surabaya children in storytelling can make an important contribution to the development of effective teaching strategies and the enrichment of local culture .. Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertugas dalam pembuatan administrasi di bidang kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil dan tugas lainnya yang diberikan sesuai dengan lingkup tugas dan fungsinya di wilayah Jember untuk pelayanan dalam mengurus berbagai persuratan seperti membuat surat akta lahir atau akta kelahiran, surat dokumen kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah Lingkungsn Kerja Non Fisik, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dispenduk secara persial. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini enggunakan seluruh populasi sebanyak 82 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang telah disebarkan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, governance on the risk and soundness of Islamic banking. Methodology: This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study was 10 Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia which were analyzed for 10 years from 2011-2020 while the data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The primary data used in this study was used by using a questionnaire in various management parties related to the health of Islamic Banks with the ANGELS approach. While the secondary data in the study is the data of Islamic banking financial statements for 10 years. Results: The results showed that the capital structure had a positive effect on the health of Islamic banks, while governance and risk had a significant positive effect on the health of Islamic banks. Originality: The originality of this research is an assessment of the health of Islamic banks measured using ANGELS this is because the CAMELS and RGEC methods have often been used by Islamic banks as an assessment of the health of Islamic banks. This research contributes to the importance of capital structure, governance and risk management for Islamic banks in Indonesia so that the health of Islamic banks improves.

Abstract

Menarik minat investor untuk membiayai proyek-proyek perusahaan manufaktur, maka perusahaan manufaktur perlu meningkatkan nilai perusahaannya dengan memperhatikan pembagian dividen, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pembagian dividen, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2018-2022. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pembagian dividen, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbasis explanatory research, dengan populasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel 29 perusahaan, dengan jumlah sampel pengamatan sebanyak 145. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda diolah dengan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembagian dividen, profitabilitas, dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Pembagian Dividen, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Leverage

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers who had bought Scarlett in Jember. The aim is to determine the influence of consumers who wish to buy and decide to buy which is influenced by the flash sale promotions and brand ambassadors used by Scarlett. Data collection The method used was a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique of 190 respondents from Jember who had purchased Scarlett at least once and were aged 20 years and over. Hypothesis test using path analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study state that: 1) Partial flash sale promotions have a significant influence on buying interest. 2) Brand ambassadors partially have a significant influence on purchasing interest. 3) Partial purchasing interest has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. 4) Partial flash sale promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Tourist experiences have a positive and significant effect on intention to visit again. 5) Brand ambassadors partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. 6) Flash sale promotions partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest. 7) Brand ambassadors partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through purchase interest.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important element in any scope, whether organizational, private, government and others. The roles and functions of human resources equally support the progress of the organization and the company that houses it. This research was motivated by the concern that several employees' performance was starting to decline. Apart from that, there are differences in communication patterns that occur among employees and some organizational cultures are starting to disappear. The population in the study was 303 partners. The sample that will be used in this research is 115 respondents. The method used is Stratified Random Sampling. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of direct questionnaires. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with primary data sources taken from respondents' answers to statements in the questionnaire that has been distributed. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with IBM SPSS 25 as the analysis tool. The research results show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, and communication can strengthen the influence of motivation, organizational culture and leadership on partner performance at PT Kangzen Kenko Indonesia Jember Branch. This research can be used as a reference for PT Kangzen Kenko Indonesia Branch in conducting evaluations to improve partner performance, especially in the marketing department. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness, Electronic Word of Mouth, dan Celebrity Endorsement terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Somehinc Skincare di TikTok Shop. Populasinya adalah setiap orang yang membeli produk skincare Somehinc di TikTok Shop. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu metode penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah responden minimal 21 x 5 = 105 responden. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian digunakan metode regresi linier berganda (analisis regresi berganda). Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan analisis yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Brand Awareness mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di TikTok Shop; 2) Electronic Word of Mouth mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di TikTok Shop; 3) Celebrity endorsement mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di TikTok Shop

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of talent management, work life balance, and organizational culture on employees’ performance in the HRGA Department at PT Bumi Suksesindo Banyuwangi. This study is classified as explanatory research, using quantitative data obtained through questionnaires and literature review. The research sample was selected using the total sampling method, meaning that the entire population of 72 employees in the HRGA Department at PT BSI Banyuwangi was included as the research sample. The data analysis method used was the multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics software. The research finding reveals that talent management, work life balance, and organizational culture have a partially significant impact on employees’ performance in the HRGA Department at PT Bumi Suksesindo Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia yang berusia minimal 18 tahun dan telah berlangganan Spotify Premium selama kurang lebih 3 bulan terakhir. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang. Pengaruh langsung variabel kepuasan konsumen terhadap niat beli ulang dan memediasi variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 190 responden asal Indonesia yang telah berlangganan Spotify Premium selama kurang lebih 3 bulan terakhir dan berusia minimal 18 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 2) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 3) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 4) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 5) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 6) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 7) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 8) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. 9) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. 10) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening.
