Abstract

Strategic management in the development of Islamic full day school institutions has main components, namely the first organizational environment analysis functions as an early detection and prediction of threats and opportunities, the second analysis of the organizational profile functions as a detection of organizational weaknesses and strengths, the third organizational strategy functions as the achievement of organizational goals.(Nazaruddin 2020). This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that in strategic management in the development of Islamic full day school institutions in the era of artificial intelligence, there are three things that must be considered, first, strategic management, this process requires a SWOT analysis, carried out thoroughly on the internal and external environment of the school, identifying strengths , weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to future education related to the use of technology. This analysis will facilitate the preparation of the vision and mission as well as targets and programs. Next Second. Institutional Development Strategy, requires a Strategic Plan (RENSTRA), which is a document that contains long-term and short-term goals for future education in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The plan includes specific steps to be taken to integrate future education into the day-to-day activities of the school. And it is necessary to pay attention to the strengthening of fundamentals, strengthening existence and building partnerships and communities. The three Quality Assurance Systems are carried out in a consistent and consistent manner in institutional development, so that the institution is automatically a quality institution. In accordance with the provisions of the ministry of education and culture, the quality assurance system is organized by internal institutions or known as the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and which is held by the Government as the main person in charge of the education quality system or the External Quality Assurance System (SPME).

Abstract

Multicultural education is an alternative to build togetherness in the diversity of society, and multiculturalism requires the accommodation of minority rights, both cultural and social. This research focuses on constructing a multicultural understanding of religious sects disseminated through religious sects. The research aims to describe the multicultural education of religious understanding that aims to build social harmony amid the diversity of religious sects in Sana Daja village. This research approach uses qualitative ethnography type. The data sources in this research are leaders of religious organizations, heads of religious activities, kyai, lora, and people who know the changes in interaction between religious sects in the research location. The results showed that some religious groups in the village of Sana Daja disseminate multiculturalism through religious activities such as recitation, traditions, or community social activities; religious sects become instruments of social power to instill multicultural awareness. The construction of multicultural education between religious views begins with recategorization and desacralization, explaining the various interpretations of fiqh, emphasizing the substance and purpose of religious activities, and placing religious traditions as part of ijtihad products in the practical realm. This multicultural awareness construction can slowly open the isolation of minority religious groups, build communication between religious groups that have been constrained due to conflict, and foster an attitude of tolerance so that awareness is born to build ukhuwah Islamiyah in society.

Abstract

The pesantren system places a strong emphasis on the preservation of traditional Islamic knowledge and practices. The research examines the concept of Islamic education ideology and its implementation process at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. Two research questions were raised to guide this study. A qualitative research design is employed in the study, utilizing descriptive data from written language and respondent-observed behaviors. Additionally, 35 students (a mix of current students and Madrasah Aliyah students) were interviewed by the researchers. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. The findings demonstrate that, as a component of the Islamic movement in Indonesia, PP Hidayatullah Balikpapan established a formulation of Islamic thought that served as the foundation for the organization's philosophy. K.H. Abdullah Said, the founder of PP Hidayatullah, had this genuine notion, which his successors carried on with. This gave rise to fundamental principles that are connected to the pre-prophetic historical periods in Islamic educational ideology, including self-reliance, leadership, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and problem-solving. The steps of normalization, orientation, internalization, externalization, and objectification that comprise the developing ideological consciousness are influenced by the early suras of the Quran. The internalization of Santri's ideological knowledge is accomplished through both classical and non-classical methods, in addition to the use of pesantren support facilities including mosques, dorms, and madrasahs/schools. In conclusion, PP Hidayatullah Balikpapan creates the foundational principles of the Islamic framework and influences Santri's personal development by formulating the cognitive structure of Islamic education and implementing it inside the classroom.
