Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction on Go-Ride services from Gojek. With the rapid development of information and communication technology, online transportation services such as Gojek have become the main solution for people in meeting mobility needs, which require comfort, time efficiency, and affordable prices. High service quality and competitive prices are key factors in creating customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature studies as the main method, collecting data from various sources such as scientific articles, publications, and related research reports. The results of the study indicate that Gojek's service quality, which includes response speed, punctuality, driver attitude, and safety and comfort during the trip, has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the price of Go-Ride services also contributes to the level of consumer satisfaction. This study found that customers who experience good service quality tend to be more satisfied and loyal to Gojek services. The results of this study provide important insights for Gojek to continue to improve the quality of its services and maintain competitive prices to meet customer satisfaction, which in turn can strengthen customer loyalty and the company's competitiveness in the online transportation industry.

Abstract

In an organization, conflict is an unavoidable aspect that always arises in every collaborative relationship among individuals, groups, and organizations. Although conflict can have positive effects on the development of a school within certain limits, it must be managed carefully to avoid detrimental consequences. The school principal, as the highest leader, has the responsibility to manage conflict effectively, ensuring that it brings positive benefits and avoids negative impacts. This study aims to explore the strategies employed by school principals in managing internal conflicts to achieve optimal school performance. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that principals apply three strategies in conflict management: collaboration, accommodation, and compromise. These three strategies have proven effective in reducing and preventing the potential for social upheaval within the school environment.

Abstract

Conflicts that arise in pesantren are often triggered by cultural, normative, and habitual differences among santri from various regions. This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies employed by the security management in resolving conflicts among santri with different cultural backgrounds at Pondok Pesantren Darus Sholah Jember. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. The results show that the pesantren management uses mediation, educational approaches, and rule formation to manage conflicts. Support from the pesantren leadership and religious values emphasizing brotherhood are key supporting factors, while communication barriers among the santri remain a challenge that needs to be addressed. This study contributes to understanding conflict management in religious-based educational institutions.

Abstract

Training marketing strategies are one way to introduce training institutions to the wider community. With the right targeted training marketing strategy, it can facilitate training institutions in carrying out promotions. This research is qualitative research using a case study aPProach. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. This study aims to identify the various training marketing strategy models employed by UPT BLK Surabaya, along with their strengths and weaknesses. The results of the study concluded that there are many marketing strategy models implemented by UPT BLK Surabaya to market their training programs, including 1) updating Instagram, 2) using the Simple Cak aPPlication, 3) socialization to local communities, 4) socialization to schools, and 5) conducting MTU training. Among these various marketing models, publication through Instagram is the most effective way to expand training information to the wider community.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing Generation Z's investment decisions. Investment is a form of financial preparation for the future. According to the KSEI report for 2022, investors under 30 years old account for 60.02%, indicating that Generation Z is becoming increasingly aware of the importance of investing. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using survey methods, with data collection through interviews. The data for this study were gathered from six university students at KH Wahab Hasbullah University. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors influencing Generation Z's investment decisions, such as investment knowledge, investment motivation, technological advancement, investment interest, lifestyle, ease of using investment applications, and investment decisions. Technological advancement refers to developments in line with scientific progress, resulting in innovations aimed at simplifying daily life. Investment can attract Generation Z students through technology and digital platforms to encourage investment activities. Investment decisions refer to the planning and decision-making process related to short-term or long-term fund expenditures and the return of those funds. Investment decisions serve as the initial step in determining the amount of assets required by the company as a whole, making investment decisions a critical aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the satisfaction and loyalty of Dkriuk Fried Chicken customers to financial services (QRIS) in the Serang and Tangerang areas. QRIS payment services greatly facilitate customers in payment transactions. This research uses quantitative methods by administering questionnaires to Dkriuk Fried Chikencustomers. Data from questionnaires that have been collected are analyzed using a descriptive statistical analysis approach to determine the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty to QRIS payment services at Dkriuk businesses in the Tangerang - Serang area. The results showed that QRIS payment services at the Dkriuk Fried Chiken business had a positive impact on its customers. Customer satisfaction with QRIS payment services can be seen from the ease of paying and customer loyalty can be seen from their sense of security in payment.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media plays a crucial role in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, particularly in Pulo Brayan Bengkel. This study aims to explore how MSMEs in the area utilize social media as an effective marketing tool. The method used is qualitative research with data collection through an online questionnaire involving 30 MSME respondents. MSME respondents. The results showed that the majority of MSME players are young, with diverse business types, especially in the beverage sector. Social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, were chosen as marketing strategies due to their ease of access and low cost. Although MSME players face challenges in terms of technical understanding and fierce competition, the use of social media is proven to increase product visibility, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with customers. By optimally utilizing social media, MSMEs in Pulo Brayan Bengkel can improve their competitiveness and business sustainability in an increasingly competitive global market.

Abstract

This research examines and analyzes the influence of perceived ease of use, brand image and lifestyle simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Gopay application services. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The sample selection criteria in this study were those aged 17 years and over who had used Gopay in the Kebon Jeruk District area, West Jakarta. Questionnaires were collected from 100 respondents, the data was then processed using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variables perceived ease of use, brand image and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive influence on the decision to use the Gopay application service. Partially, brand image and lifestyle variables have a positive influence on the decision to use Gopay application services. Meanwhile, partially the perceived ease of use variable has no influence on the decision to use the Gopay application service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health program on employee satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar customer service implementation unit in Makassar. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach and is a population study. The sample in this study were employees at the office of PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar customer service implementation unit in Makassar as many as 35 people. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression tests and get results, namely: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis tests, it shows that work safety and occupational health variables simultaneously affect employee satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar customer service implementing unit in Makassar. The results of hypothesis testing also show that work safety partially affects employee satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar customer service implementing unit in Makassar and occupational health partially affects employee satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar customer service implementing unit in Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand image, character atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions for Eiger products at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using analysis. statistics. The population in this research is consumers shopping at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The number of samples was 100 people obtained using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Meanwhile, the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this research show that Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on the Eiger Purchase Decision at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang, the Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on the Eiger Purchase Decision at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang, and Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on the Eiger Purchase Decision at Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang.
