Abstract

This research is entitled the Relationship between Memorizing the Al-Qur’an  and Students Self-Control at SD IT Ummu Hafidzah Biru-biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research is motivated by students lack os self control when they are at school, including students not obeying the rules, poor students behavior and bullying of fellow students. This research aims to find out the relationship between memorizing the Al-Qur’an and students self control. The research uses quantitative correlational methods. The tachnique for taking samples is a total sampling technique which uses the entire population as the research sample. The instruments for obtaining data are observation, distributing queationnaires and documentation. The results of the correlation test show that the significance value (2 tailed) is  0,0040,005, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive relationship between the activity of memorizing the Al-Qur’an and students self control at SD IT Ummu Hafidzah, Biru-biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. And the Pearson Correlation value is 0,511 which indicates that the correlation level is moderate

Abstract

Psychoeducation is an effective approach to fostering positive social behavior in early childhood through developmentally appropriate learning strategies. This research aims to describe the implementation of the psychoeducational program ‘Tumbuh Ceria’ in enhancing empathy, cooperation, and social communication in children aged 4-6 years. The method used is a practice-based experimental program conducted at TK Agung Aras Telkomas. The program consists of three main sessions: recognizing emotions, sharing and cooperating, and appreciating differences. Observation results show that children experienced significant improvement in recognizing emotions, sharing abilities, and peacefully resolving conflicts. In conclusion, the psychoeducational approach through play media and storytelling is effective in developing children’s social skills. Teacher involvement also plays a key supporting factor in the success of this program.

Abstract

In education, the classroom plays an important role in determining the quality of education. Educators have a big responsibility to manage the class and overcome students’ learning boredom. Effective classroom management is an art that teachers must master to create an optimal learning environment, a dynamic classroom and support the development of learners’ potential. Classroom management involves three main stages: classroom management procedures, planning and evaluation. Classroom management procedures include setting goals, methods, and resources needed. Planning includes plans to achieve the set goals. Evaluation, aims to assess the effectiveness of the learning process to improve the quality of education in schools. This research aims to provide insight into classroom management through three stages to achieve a great classroom. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, with data collected and analyzed from various written sources relevant to the discussion. The results showed that teachers can manage the class by understanding the condition of the class, utilizing learning media, arranging the learning environment, using appropriate learning strategies, and assisting in providing motivation. With these steps, it is hoped that the learning process can take place effectively and efficiently, so as to create a great class.

Abstract

Classroom management is a crucial aspect in creating a conducive environment for the learning process. This study aims to examine the role of classroom management in supporting effective learning in elementary schools. Focusing on physical arrangement, emotional conditions, and classroom organization, this research finds that good classroom management can enhance students’ focus and concentration, support social interaction, and create a comfortable learning atmosphere. Additionally, the use of technology and flexibility in teaching methods are also key factors in maximizing students’ learning experiences. This study suggests the importance of planning and implementing effective classroom management strategies to support optimal learning quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab ketidakmerataan dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial, dampak ketidaktepatan distribusi terhadap kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, serta merumuskan solusi atas ketimpangan tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat miskin masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, khususnya dalam aspek akuntabilitas dan fleksibilitas. Beberapa permasalahan dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial yang ditemukan antara lain ketidaksinkronan data, ketidaktepatan sasaran, serta permasalahan alokasi anggaran. Faktor-faktor utama ketidakmerataan dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial meliputi data yang tidak akurat, minimnya sosialisasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat, serta ketiadaan mekanisme pengawasan yang jelas. Dampak dari kondisi ini mencakup diskriminasi antarwarga desa, timbulnya konflik kepentingan, serta menurunnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan struktur birokrasi, penambahan sumber daya manusia di bidang UMKM, peningkatan kerja sama antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah, serta pembaruan data penerima bantuan secara berkala.

Abstract

Gangguan kecemasan (anxiety disorder) merupakan salah satu bentuk gangguan psikologis yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan individu, termasuk kemampuan berbicara. Kemampuan berbicara adalah keterampilan komunikasi verbal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sosial, pendidikan, dan profesional. Namun, pada penderita gangguan kecemasan, kemampuan ini sering terganggu akibat gejala-gejala psikologis dan fisiologis yang muncul, seperti ketakutan berlebihan, rasa malu, suara bergetar, gagap, dan kesulitan menyusun kata- kata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara mendalam bagaimana gangguan kecemasan memengaruhi kemampuan berbicara, mengidentifikasi gejala-gejala yang khas, serta menawarkan strategi penanganan yang relevan. Dalam pembahasan, dikaji pula jenis-jenis gangguan kecemasan, dengan fokus khusus pada social anxiety disorder yang paling banyak menyebabkan gangguan komunikasi verbal. Gejala yang dialami penderita mencakup reaksi fisik (seperti berkeringat dan detak jantung cepat), respon kognitif negatif (pikiran overthinking dan perasaan tidak mampu), serta hambatan verbal dan non-verbal. Dampak jangka panjang dari kondisi ini antara lain rendahnya kepercayaan diri, gangguan hubungan sosial, hingga menurunnya kualitas hidup. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, beberapa pendekatan yang dianjurkan adalah terapi kognitif perilaku (CBT), latihan relaksasi, pelatihan komunikasi, serta dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar. Makalah ini menyimpulkan bahwa gangguan kecemasan adalah faktor penghambat utama dalam pengembangan keterampilan berbicara, namun dapat ditangani secara efektif melalui pendekatan psikologis yang tepat dan dukungan sosial yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, kesadaran masyarakat serta akses terhadap layanan kesehatan mental perlu ditingkatkan guna membantu individu yang mengalami kondisi ini

Abstract

Digitization of supercases is a strategic step to improve the efficiency and security of documents in educational institutions. This study assesses the implementation of increasing digitization of MTS Expga Univa Medan and its impact on the effectiveness of character and document management. This study uses a qualitative approach using data recording techniques through observation, interviews and documents. This study shows that digitization accelerates character distribution, minimizes the risk of document loss, and improves structured archiving systems. However, there are challenges in terms of human resources and digital infrastructure that need to be improved. Communication Digitization is an effective solution in supporting school management and administration in a modern and efficient way.

Abstract

Social media has become an effective means of spreading da’wah messages globally. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of social media in increasing the effectiveness of da’wah in the digital era. The results of this study are that the use of social media in da’wah has an important role and great potential. Da’wah messages can be spread quickly and effectively through social media, reaching a wider audience. However, the use of social media in da’wah must be wise and responsible. Da’wah content needs to pay attention to the truth, credibility, and context of Islamic teachings. Collaboration between kiai, santri, and wise social media users is needed. Challenges include the spread of inaccurate information and a lack of understanding of social media ethics. A wise approach and effective strategy are needed, such as ensuring the accuracy of information and increasing digital literacy. The use of social media in da’wah has complex social impacts, with benefits and negative impacts that need to be watched out for. Good understanding and wise use are very important in utilizing social media in da’wah.

Abstract

This article discusses teacher strategies in developing early childhood creativity through paper folding (origami) art activities as a response to the challenges of 21st-century education that demand a creative and holistic learning approach. The urgency of this study lies in the need to revitalize manual activities amidst the dominance of digital technology that has an impact on the decline in children’s motor and imaginative skills. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, reviewing academic literature sources to build a learning strategy model based on the exploration process. The results of the analysis show that effective strategies involve flexible, step-by-step instructions, free exploration space, creative reflection, and the role of teachers as facilitators. These findings are reinforced by the theory of constructivism (Piaget Vygotsky) which emphasizes active and social learning, and the theory of multiple intelligences (Gardner) which emphasizes the importance of developing various domains of children’s potential. Origami has been shown to support the development of fine motor skills, spatial cognition, flexibility of thinking, and children’s adaptive character. In conclusion, the art of paper folding can be optimized as a strategic pedagogical instrument in building creativity and learning readiness in early childhood in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.

Abstract

A place of worship is a very important component in a religion. Nothing can be called a religion without a clear worship system and a permanent place of worship. Christianity calls their place of worship a ‘Church’, which means a house where God and His people meet. The function of this church is to describe their faith by singing spiritual songs with the aim of worshiping or praising their God. The data analysis technique uses qualitative research as the data analysis method. This study uses a case study methodology to conduct qualitative research. The subjects studied in this case study approach. In fostering harmony between religious communities, there must be a gap between one and another. Regarding various social problems that contain the potential for conflict in the local community and can disrupt and harm various efforts to create harmony between religious communities, for example, residential areas that function as houses of worship are found in most of the districts/cities targeted by this study. Thus, it is important for all parties, including the government, religious figures, and civil society, to continue to strive to create harmony and mutual understanding, so that similar conflicts do not recur in the future. Multicultural education, interfaith dialogue, and fair law enforcement are some of the important steps that can be taken to build an inclusive and harmonious society.
