Journal of Community Empowerment is multidisciplinary scientific journal in the field of empowerment and community Service, published by the English Department Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram with a publication period of two times in one year, namely in June and December. This journal covers some general problems from the results of research implemented to the community services including (1) social humanities, science, applied science, economic, health, cultural, ICT Development, and administration services, (2) Training and improvement in the results of educational, agricultural, information and communication, and appropriate technology, (3) community empowerment, students community services, local food security, marketing, and less developed region. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of service to the community. This journal accepts manuscript in Bahasa or English.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Pendahuluan: Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk di Desa Sastrodirjan menimbulkan berbagai masalah lingkungan, terutama meningkatnya volume sampah, dan berkurangnya lahan resapan air yang berpotensi memicu kekeringan. Tujuan: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini Bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan warga dalam menghadapi isu perubahan iklim melalui sosialisasi Program Kampung Iklim ( Proklim ) serta praktik pembuatan biopori. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan demontrasi langsung yang melibatkan Dinas Perkim LH kabupaten Pekalongan bersama perangkat desa, kelompok Wanita Tani, PKK, kader kesehatan, dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil: Hasil menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengolahan sampah organik, dan anorganik, pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca, serta penerapan biopori sebagai teknologi sederhana untuk resapan air sekaligus untuk media pengolahan sampah organik menjadi kompos. Partisipasi dan antusiasme warga dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan menunjukan potensi besar untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat; Proklim; biopori; pengolahan sampah ABSTRACTIntroduction: The rapid population growth in Sastrodirjan Village has created various environmental challenges, particularly the increasing volume of waste and the reduction of water catchment areas that may trigger drought. Objective: This community service program aimed to strengthen residents’ knowledge and skills in addressing climate change issues through the socialization of the Climate Village Program (Proklim) and the practical implementation of biopore infiltration holes. Method: The activities were conducted through material presentations, discussions, and direct demonstrations involving the Pekalongan District Environmental and Housing Agency (Dinas Perkim LH), village officials, the Women Farmers Group, PKK, health cadres, and local residents. Result: The outcomes indicated an improvement in community knowledge related to organic and inorganic waste management, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and the application of biopores as a simple technology for water infiltration as well as for processing organic waste into compost. The active participation and enthusiasm of residents in each stage of the activities highlight the strong potential to ensure the program’s sustainability. Keywords: community service; Proklim; biopore; waste management

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Permasalahan yang dihadapi di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia X, Sumatera Utara adalah kurangnya pemahaman pengasuh mengenai kesehatan mental lansia serta tidak optimalnya sesi konsultasi dalam membantu lansia mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pengasuh tentang kesehatan mental lansia melalui psikoedukasi dan melatih keterampilan mendengarkan cerita lansia untuk menjalankan konsultasi dengan tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah experimental design dengan empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta monitoring. UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia X, berfokus pada pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial bagi lanjut usia yang terlantar atau tidak mampu. Lembaga ini memiliki visi dan misi untuk mewujudkan lanjut usia yang sejahtera, dan bahagia melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, kesehatan, serta aktivitas sosial yang mendukung kualitas hidup mereka. Program kerja tersebut dilaksanakan oleh Seksi Pengasuhan yang kontak langsung dengan lansia. Oleh karena itu, partisipan dalam pengabdian ini adalah 10 orang yang berasal dari Seksi Pengasuhan (urusan pelayanan PPKS dan urusan analis pelayanan sosial). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner pengetahuan kesehatan mental lansia. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan mental secara signifikan, dari total skor benar 28 sebelum pengabdian menjadi 57 setelah pengabdian. Selain itu, lansia merasa lebih nyaman bercerita, tidak lagi takut dihakimi, dan merasakan adanya solusi nyata terhadap masalah yang dihadapi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi positif pada peningkatan kualitas layanan panti werdha, membuat lansia lebih bersemangat mengikuti aktivitas sosial, serta memperkuat kompetensi pengasuh dalam mendampingi lansia. Kata kunci: Psikoedukasi; Kesehatan Mental Lansia; Latihan Mendengar Cerita; Konsultasi; Panti Werdha ABSTRACTThe problem faced by the Social Orphanage X, North Sumatra is the lack of caregivers’ understanding of elderly mental health, as well as the suboptimal consultation sessions that are supposed to help the elderly cope with mental health issues. This community service program aims to improve caregivers’ knowledge of elderly mental health through psychoeducation and to train their listening skills in order to conduct proper consultations. The method used is an experimental design consisting of four stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring. The Social Orphanage X focuses on providing social services and rehabilitation for neglected or underprivileged elderly individuals. The institution’s vision and mission are to realize elderly well-being and happiness by fulfilling their basic needs, ensuring health, and supporting social activities that enhance their quality of life. The program is carried out by the Caregiving Section, which directly interacts with the elderly. Therefore, the participants in this program consist of 10 individuals from the Caregiving Section (Elderly Welfare Service Unit and Social Service Analyst Unit). The instrument used was a questionnaire on elderly mental health knowledge. The results of the program indicated a significant improvement in mental health knowledge, with the total correct score increasing from 28 before the program to 57 after the program. In addition, the elderly felt more comfortable sharing their stories, were no longer afraid of being judged, and experienced real solutions to their problems. This activity contributed to improving the quality of services at the nursing home, encouraged the elderly to be more enthusiastic in participating in social activities, and strengthened the caregivers’ competencies in assisting the elderly. Keywords: Psychoeducation; Elderly Mental Health; Story Listening Exercise; Consultation; Social Orphanage

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kawasan wisata Goa Jepang di Kalurahan Seloharjo, Bantul merupakan kawasan yang sarat akan nilai sejarah, budaya dan keindahan alam. Namun demikian, kawasan ini juga memiliki beberapa tantangan signifikan terkait kebencanaan dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Pengelola serta masyarakat di sekitar kawasan wisata perlu membekali diri dengan pengetahuan kebencanaan agar dapat meminimalisir kerugian ketika terjadi bencana di masa mendatang. Pelatihan mitigasi bencana menjadi salah satu upaya preventif untuk membekali kelompok masyarakat terdampak dengan pengetahuan terkait kebencanaan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk kelompok masyarakat yang tangguh bencana dan memiliki kemampuan mandiri dalam penanggulangan bencana. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi kelompok di dalam kelas. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, desain program, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penilaian pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan adalah pemahaman Pokdarwis Seloharjo dan Kelompok Wanita Tani Ngentak terkait pengelolaan wisata ramah bencana melalui upaya mitigasi bencana. Pelatihan ini perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan fasilitasi teknologi tepat guna berupa sistem peringatan dini (early warning system) bencana yang dipasang di kawasan wisata Goa Jepang. However, this area also faces some significant challenges related to disasters in tourism development. Managers and communities around the tourist area need to equip themselves with disaster knowledge to minimize losses when disasters occur in the future. Disaster mitigation training is one of the preventive efforts to equip affected community groups with disaster-related knowledge. This training aims to form disaster-resilient community groups and develop independent abilities in disaster management. The methods used in achieving the objectives of this training are lecture methods and group discussions in the classroom. The stages in this activity are needs identification, program design, implementation, and training assessment evaluation. The result of the training is the understanding of Pokdarwis Seloharjo and Ngentak Women Farmers Group regarding disasterfriendly tourism management through disaster mitigation efforts. This training needs to be followed up with the facilitation of appropriate technology in the form of a disaster early warning system installed in the Goa Jepang tourist area. Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Upaya penurunan angka stunting di Indonesia memerlukan kolaborasi lintas sektor serta program yang menyentuh akar permasalahan. Salah satu strategi penting adalah edukasi tentang gizi seimbang dan pemantauan penerapannya di masyarakat. Kader posyandu memiliki peran strategis dalam mendampingi masyarakat, khususnya ibu balita, untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip gizi seimbang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader posyandu dalam menjelaskan empat pilar gizi seimbang dan menaksir porsi Makanan Pendamping ASI (MPASI) balita. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Posyandu di wilayah Kelurahan Padasuka Kecamatan Ciomas, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.  Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Mei 2025 dengan peserta sebanyak 20 orang ketua kader posyandu. Kegiatan dimulai dengan tahap persiapan dan koordinasi, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan edukasi menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, tanya jawab, dan simulasi praktik. Evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta menggunakan formulir pre-test dan post-test yang berisi 10 pertanyaan terkait dengan materi yang disampaikan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 32,3 poin, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 60,0 dan post-test sebesar 92,3. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan edukatif yang disertai simulasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman kader secara signifikan. Peningkatan kapasitas kader ini diharapkan berdampak positif dalam mendukung penerapan gizi seimbang dan pencegahan stunting di tingkat komunitas. Kata kunci: Kader Posyandu; MPASI; Standar Porsi; Stunting ABSTRACTEfforts to reduce stunting in Indonesia require cross-sectoral collaboration, including community-based nutrition education. Posyandu cadres play a strategic role in assisting mothers of toddlers to apply the principles of balanced nutrition, particularly in fulfilling complementary feeding (MP-ASI). This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of posyandu cadres in explaining the four pillars of balanced nutrition and in estimating appropriate MP-ASI portions for toddlers. The program was conducted in May 2025 in collaboration with Posyandu at Padasuka Village, Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, West Java, with 20 head cadres as participants. Educational activities were delivered through lectures, interactive discussions, and practical simulations. Knowledge evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results showed an average score increase of 32.3 points, from 60.0 to 92.3 (equivalent to a 53.8% improvement). These findings indicate that practice-based education significantly improved cadres’ understanding. Enhanced cadre capacity is expected to support the application of balanced nutrition principles and contribute to stunting prevention at the community level. Furthermore, this program has the potential to be replicated in other posyandu areas as a sustainable approach to improving maternal and child nutrition. Keywords: Complementary Feeding; Portion Standards; Cadres; Stunting

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Media pembelajaran berbasis digital merupakan aktualisasi guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi terkhusus untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis gamifikasi. Hal ini menjadi pertimbangan kepala sekolah SDN 3 Jerowaru selaku mitra untuk melaksanakan pelatihan integrasi platform quizizz dan educaplay untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis gamifikasi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan di SDN 3 Jerowaru untuk 14 guru disekolah. Tahap awal pelatihan dengan pembagian angket pretest sebelum memberi pelatihan oleh pemateri. Penyampaian materi terkait pengenalan aplikasi dan demonstrasi cara mengoperasikan aplikasi. Tidak sampai disana, guru-guru mempraktikan secara langsung pada laptop masing-masing. Tahap akhir yaitu pemberian postest sebagai evaluasi untuk mengetahui peningkatan komptensi guru. Hasil pretest menunjukkan bahwa 8 dari 14 guru masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi digital untuk pembelajaran. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada rata-rata skor posttest guru, dari 62,1 menjadi 90,7, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan motivasi dalam mengembangkan media interaktif di kelas. Guru juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan kolaborasi aktif selama pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan integrasi Quizizz dan Educaplay efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap guru terhadap inovasi pembelajaran digital. Diharapkan, model pelatihan ini dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di era digital. Kata kunci: Quiziz; Educaplay, Elementary, Interaktif  ABSTRACTDigital-based learning media serve as a means for teachers to actualize and enhance their professional competencies, particularly in developing interactive gamified learning tools. This consideration prompted the principal of SDN 3 Jerowaru, as the partner institution, to organize a training program focused on the integration of Quizizz and Educaplay platforms for the development of interactive gamified learning media. The training was conducted at SDN 3 Jerowaru and involved 14 teachers from the school. The initial stage of the training began with the distribution of a pre-test questionnaire to assess baseline knowledge prior to the delivery of material by the instructors. The content covered an introduction to the applications and a demonstration of how to operate them effectively. Importantly, teachers were also given the opportunity to directly practice using the platforms on their respective laptops. In the final stage, a post-test was administered to evaluate improvements in teacher competence. The pre-test results revealed that 8 out of 14 teachers still faced significant limitations in utilizing digital applications for instructional purposes. However, following the training, there was a marked improvement in the teachers’ average post-test scores, increasing from 62.1 to 90.7. In addition, teachers reported increased confidence and motivation in developing interactive media for classroom use. High levels of enthusiasm and active collaboration were also observed throughout the training sessions. This activity demonstrated that training on the integration of Quizizz and Educaplay is effective in enhancing teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes toward digital learning innovation. ABSTRAK                                                                                     Pendahuluan: Masalah gizi dan tumbuh kembang balita masih menjadi tantangan di masyarakat, khususnya terkait keterbatasan pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan bayi dan pemberian MPASI yang tepat. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu balita mengenai baby massage dan pemberian MPASI yang sesuai usia, sehingga mampu mendukung optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak secara mandiri di lingkungan keluarga. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Dukuh Sebetok, Desa Galangpengampon, Kecamatan Wonopringgo, Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan melibatkan 8 ibu balita, bidan desa, kader posyandu serta mahasiswa. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, persiapan media dan perlengkapan, pelaksanaan penyampaian materi melalui presentasi, diskusi interaktif, demostrasi baby massage dan praktik pembuatan MPASI. Serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi ketrampilan peserta. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Pada materi baby massage, sebelum penyuluhan 50% peserta dalam kategori kurang dan cukup, kemudian meningkat menjadi 75% dalam kategori baik. Pada materi MPASI, seluruh peserta mencapai kategori baik setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi melalui penyuluhan dan demonstrasi efektif dalam menambah wawasan serta membekali ibu agar mampu menerapkan baby massage dan pemberian MPASI dengan benar. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan ini berpotensi mendukung tumbuh kembang balita secara optimal. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan; Baby massage; MPASI; Tumbuh Kembang ABSTRACTIntroduction: Nutrition and child development issues remain a challenge in the community, particularly regarding mothers' limited knowledge about infant care and appropriate complementary feeding practices. Objective: this activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers of toddlers regarding baby massage and age-appropriate complementaray feeding, so that ther are able to independently support the optimal growth and development of their chidren within the family environment. Methods: The activity was held in Dukuh Sebetok, Galangpengampon Village, Wonopringgo Sub-district, Pekalongan Regency, involving 8 mothers of toddlers, village midwives, posyandu cadres, and students. The stages of the activity included coordination with partners, preparation of media and equipment, delivery of material through presentations, interactive discussions, baby massage demonstration, and practical sessions on making complementary foods. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test, post test, and observation of participants skills. Result: The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge. In the baby massage session, before the education session, 50% of participants were in the “poor” and “adequate” categories, which then increased to 75% in the ‘good’ category. In the complementary feeding session, all participants achieved the “good” category after the education session. Conclusion: This activity demonstrates that education through counseling and demonstrations is effective in expanding knowledge and equipping mothers to properly apply baby massage and MPASI feeding. Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                            ASI eksklusif merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak sekaligus menjadi strategi utama dalam menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Indonesia. Namun, peran kader Posyandu sebagai ujung tombak promosi kesehatan di masyarakat masih menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan, seperti rendahnya keterampilan konseling, kurangnya media edukasi, serta supervisi yang belum berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kader Posyandu dalam promosi ASI eksklusif melalui intervensi terstruktur berbasis modul pembelajaran. Program dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Modayag Barat, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur, dengan melibatkan 20 kader Posyandu sebagai mitra sasaran yang mayoritas berada pada usia produktif, berpendidikan SMA/sederajat, dan memiliki pengalaman bertugas antara 5–10 tahun. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyusunan modul pembelajaran berbasis bukti, sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif, praktik langsung penyuluhan kepada ibu menyusui, serta pendampingan dan supervisi berkelanjutan oleh tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas, dengan evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, wawancara, observasi, dan pendekatan RE-AIM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan kader, disertai berkurangnya hambatan seperti keterbatasan media edukasi dan minimnya supervisi. Seluruh kader berpartisipasi penuh, menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri, serta menyatakan komitmen untuk melanjutkan penggunaan modul dengan dukungan Puskesmas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif, terukur, dan berpotensi berkelanjutan, serta dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai strategi penguatan peran kader Posyandu dalam promosi ASI eksklusif. Kata kunci: kader Posyandu; ASI eksklusif; modul pembelajaran; kompetensi; pengabdian masyarakat. ABSTRACTExclusive breastfeeding is a crucial factor in supporting optimal child growth and development while serving as a key strategy to reduce stunting prevalence in Indonesia. However, the role of Posyandu cadres as the frontline of community health promotion still faces various limitations, such as low counseling skills, lack of educational media, and insufficient supervision. This community service program aimed to improve the competence of Posyandu cadres in promoting exclusive breastfeeding through a structured intervention using an evidence-based learning module. The program was conducted in the working area of Modayag Barat Public Health Center, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency, involving 20 Posyandu cadres as the target partners, most of whom were in their productive age, had a senior high school education background, and 5–10 years of service experience. The methods included module development, socialization, intensive training, hands-on counseling practice with breastfeeding mothers, and continuous mentoring and supervision by health workers, with evaluation carried out through pre-test, post-test, interviews, observations, and the RE-AIM framework. The results showed a significant improvement in cadres’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills, along with reduced barriers such as limited educational media and minimal supervision. All cadres demonstrated full participation, increased self-confidence, and expressed commitment to continue using the module with the support of the Public Health Center. Thus, this program proved effective, measurable, and potentially sustainable, and it can be replicated in other areas as a strategy to strengthen the role of Posyandu cadres in promoting exclusive breastfeeding. Keywords: Posyandu cadres; exclusive breastfeeding; learning module; competence; community service

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Koperasi Bersama Lancar Barokah di Kota Tasikmalaya menghadapi tantangan dalam tata kelola organisasi, pencatatan keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran yang masih konvensional sehingga menghambat efisiensi dan daya saing. Situasi ini mendorong perlunya program pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada transformasi koperasi berbasis digital. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan melalui penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG), digitalisasi pencatatan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK, serta penguatan strategi promosi melalui media sosial. Mitra kegiatan adalah pengurus dan anggota koperasi dengan total 135 orang yang terlibat aktif dalam setiap tahap. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan selama empat bulan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan aplikasi berbasis web KOIN (Koperasi Integrated Network), pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial dan teknis, seperti terbentuknya struktur organisasi dengan uraian tugas dan SOP yang jelas, penggunaan laporan keuangan digital, serta peningkatan kemampuan promosi melalui akun Instagram resmi koperasi. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional, perluasan akses pasar, dan mendukung keberlanjutan koperasi sesuai target SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) serta SDG 12 (Konsumsi dan Produksi yang Bertanggung Jawab). Kata kunci: koperasi; good corporate governance; digitalisasi keuangan; SIAPIK; promosi digital ABSTRACTThe Cooperative Bersama Lancar Barokah in Tasikmalaya faces challenges in organizational governance, financial recording, and conventional marketing strategies that hinder efficiency and competitiveness. This situation highlights the need for a community service program focusing on digital-based cooperative transformation. The objectives of this program are to enhance institutional capacity through the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), financial digitalization using the SIAPIK application, and strengthening promotional strategies via social media. The partner of this program is the cooperative, consisting of 135 active members involved in the activities. The implementation was carried out over four months through several stages, namely socialization, training, the application of the web-based system KOIN (Koperasi Integrated Network), mentoring, and evaluation. The results demonstrate improved managerial and technical skills, such as the establishment of organizational structures with clear job descriptions and SOPs, the use of digital financial reports, and enhanced promotion through the cooperative’s official Instagram account. Overall, this program had a positive impact on operational efficiency, market access expansion, and sustainability of the cooperative, aligning with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Keywords: cooperative; good corporate governance; financial digitalization; siapik; digital promotion

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Giga Catering, unit usaha berbasis pesantren yang bergerak di bidang jasa boga, menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam pengelolaan usaha, antara lain keterbatasan pemasaran digital, ketiadaan SOP higienitas, pencatatan pesanan secara manual, serta keterbatasan peralatan produksi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Juli–Agustus 2025, melibatkan 18 peserta yang terdiri atas pengurus koperasi dan penjamah makanan Giga Catering. Intervensi dilakukan melalui tiga sesi pelatihan terintegrasi, meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, workshop, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang menilai tiga dimensi utama: pengetahuan, perilaku, dan implementasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, yaitu pengetahuan naik 20% pada aspek digitalisasi dan higienitas, perilaku meningkat 25% pada kedua aspek, serta implementasi bertambah 45% untuk digitalisasi dan 25% untuk higienitas. Hasil ini menegaskan peningkatan kompetensi teknis sekaligus perubahan perilaku peserta yang konsisten dengan standar operasional. Program ini berhasil mewujudkan konsep smart catering berbasis pesantren yang profesional, higienis, dan adaptif, serta berpotensi direplikasi pada unit usaha serupa dalam ekosistem ekonomi pesantren. Kata kunci: Transformasi Digital; Higienitas Penjamah Makanan; Smart Catering; Pemberdayaan UMKM ABSTRACTGiga Catering, a pesantren-based culinary enterprise, faces various management challenges, including limited digital marketing, the absence of hygiene standard operating procedures (SOP), manual order recording, and limited production equipment. The program was implemented from July to August 2025, involving 18 participants, comprising cooperative administrators and food handlers of Giga Catering. Interventions were conducted through three integrated training sessions, including socialization, counseling, workshops, and hands-on practice. Evaluation was carried out using pre-tests and post-tests assessing three main dimensions: knowledge, behavior, and implementation. The results indicated significant improvements, with knowledge increasing by 20% in digitalization and hygiene aspects, behavior improving by 25% in both areas, and implementation rising by 45% for digitalization and 25% for hygiene. These findings confirm the enhancement of technical competencies alongside behavioral changes consistent with operational standards. The program successfully established a professional, hygienic, and adaptive pesantren-based smart catering model, which holds potential for replication in similar business units within the pesantren economic ecosystem. Keywords: Digital Transformation; Food Handler Hygiene; Smart Catering; MSME Empowerment

ABSTRAK                                                    Analisis Situasi: Pengodean penyakit, khususnya external cause (penyebab luar) dalam rekam medis pasien gawat darurat, sangat esensial namun sering terkendala akurasinya karena kurang optimalnya kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan oleh perawat. Permasalahan ini menuntut peningkatan kompetensi manajemen informasi pada calon tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan: Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa Profesi Ners UNJAYA tentang pentingnya manajemen informasi asuhan keperawatan dalam mendukung akurasi diagnosis cedera luar. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan berbasis transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Mitra Sasaran: Mitra kegiatan ini adalah 51 mahasiswa Profesi Ners UNJAYA. Evaluasi peningkatan pemahaman dilakukan menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test. Hasil Kegiatan: Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan. Akurasi rata-rata kelas meningkat dari 91% menjadi 100%, disertai penurunan waktu pengerjaan rata-rata dari 2 menit 48 detik menjadi 1 menit 21 detik. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah publikasi artikel ilmiah pada jurnal terakreditasi dan peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan informasi klinis.. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Informasi Asuhan Keperawatan; Akurasi Diagnosis; Cedera Luar ABSTRACTSituation Analysis: Disease coding, particularly for external causes in emergency patient medical records, is essential but its accuracy is often challenged due to suboptimal completeness of nursing care documentation. This issue necessitates increasing the information management competency of Professional Nursing students, as they are future healthcare personnel. Objective: This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding of UNJAYA Professional Nursing students regarding the importance of nursing care information management in supporting the accuracy of external injury diagnoses. Implementation Method: The activity was carried out through training and counseling based on the transfer of knowledge and technology. Target Partner and Participants: The partner for this activity was 51 Professional Nursing students at UNJAYA. Evaluation of understanding improvement was conducted using pre-test and post-test methods. Activity Results: The program achieved a significant increase in understanding. The class-average accuracy improved from 91% to 100%, accompanied by a decrease in the average completion time from 2 minutes 48 seconds to 1 minute 21 seconds. The outputs of this activity are the publication of a scientific article in an accredited journal and a measurable increase in student competence in clinical information management.Keywords: Nursing Information Management; Diagnosis Accuracy; External Injury; Professional Nursing Students
