Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies at Lhewy’s Kitchen, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) engaged in the culinary sector, using the SWOT analysis framework. Data were collected through interviews with the business owner, direct observation, and supporting documentation. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, focusing on the identification of internal and external factors that affect the business. Internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) were assessed through the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) matrices. The results show that Lhewy’s Kitchen has a strong internal position with a total IFAS score of 2.42 and effectively responds to external factors with an EFAS score of 2.65. Based on the SWOT matrix, the recommended strategies include expanding distribution through consignment with local stores and cooperatives, optimizing online sales channels, increasing the workforce by implementing commission-based incentives, and enhancing promotional activities on social media. These strategies are expected to strengthen competitiveness, improve sales performance, and support the sustainability of Lhewy’s Kitchen in a highly competitive food industry.

Abstract

Noodles are made fram wheat flour, which comes from wheat plants, so noodles are widely used as a staple food that has high carbohydrates like rice. Jebew noodles vision is to “create noodles that are easily recognized by consumers, with the restaurant’s distinctive taste,” The restaurant’s mission is to “implement a comfortable, clean environment and make attractive sales”. Jebew noodles MSMEs are experiencing very rapid growth with rapid increases, th main advantage is its distinctive spicy taste which is adapted to consumer taste. To maintain growth, a more intensive online marketing and social media strategy is needed. I tis recommended to expand branches, conduct periodic finansial feasibility analysis, and automate production processes to increase efficiency and capacity in anticipating increasing market demand. In a business feasibility study, there are two aspects, namely financial aspects such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period, Switching Value Analysis, Break Even Point.

Abstract

The ever-growing kebaya trend, coupled with the increasingly elegant and diverse use of modern kebayas, has led to an increase in demand for kebayas. The kebaya rental business has emerged as a promising opportunity, as the high price of kebayas has led many consumers to choose to rent rather than buy, especially those who only need kebayas for specific occasions. This study aims to assess the feasibility of the local fashion business Kebaya Neng Geulis from various aspects, namely marketing, human resources, operations, and finance, with the objective of providing a structured evaluation that contributes to the literature on small-scale fashion business feasibility. This study uses a descriptive approach to understand the opportunities and challenges that this kebaya rental business may face, where data were analyzed to highlight both financial and non-financial aspects systematically. The kebaya rental system is an economical solution for consumers, as it provides access to a variety of quality kebaya models at a more affordable price. The findings of this study indicate that the Kebaya Neng Geulis business meets the feasibility criteria from various aspects reviewed and is feasible to run, offering a novel contribution by emphasizing the business model’s adaptability in addressing consumer preferences while providing implications for entrepreneurs seeking to innovate within the traditional fashion sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the Bangkok fashion and nail art business from Luxe Nails & Style located in Lippo Cikarang Mall, Bekasi Regency. The data collection method is an interview method by interviewing the business owner, supported by observations to capture consumer preferences and business practices more comprehensively. The purpose of this study is to determine how the marketing mix of Bangkok fashion and nail art Luxe Nails & Style, with a particular focus on its contribution to the literature on creative industry business feasibility and the significance of marketing strategy for sustaining competitiveness. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that Bangkok fashion and nail art from Luxe Nails & Style are always updated with trend models, which demonstrates the business’s adaptability to dynamic consumer demands in the fashion and beauty sector. Prices are quite affordable for all groups, Place or distribution is easily accessible to consumers, promotion uses promotional strategies to the public directly and indirectly, and these findings reinforce the feasibility of the business when assessed through the marketing mix dimensions. In conclusion, Bangkok fashion and nail art Luxe Nails & Style can be said to be growing rapidly by using marketing strategies with marketing mix techniques, namely by continuing to produce unique and attractive fashion and nail art, appropriate and competitive product prices, promotions using direct techniques to consumers and utilizing social media to support wider customers, and strategic distribution locations make it easier for customers to find the store, while contributing practically by offering insights for entrepreneurs in similar industries and theoretically by enriching discussions on feasibility studies of creative businesses in emerging markets.

Abstract

This study analyzes the feasibility of a wedding organizer business, focusing on Swana Wedding Organizer as a case study. The increasing demand for wedding services along with changes in modern lifestyles has made wedding organizers a solution for couples who want to plan a stress-free wedding. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, including observation, surveys, and interviews. The results show that Swana Wedding Organizer offers varied and high-quality services, at affordable prices for the middle to upper class. Despite facing stiff competition, marketing strategies through social media and collaboration with other vendors have increased visibility and reputation. Significant revenue fluctuations indicate good growth potential, indicating that Swana Wedding Organizer is feasible to run and has positive prospects in the competitive wedding industry, while contributing theoretically by enriching the literature on business feasibility in the service sector and practically by providing insights for entrepreneurs on how to integrate marketing strategies, service quality, and vendor collaboration to achieve sustainable competitiveness.

Abstract

This business feasibility study aims to analyze the potential of a shoe cleaning business, Shoes Cleaner Cikarang, with a focus on marketing and financial aspects. In the context of modern lifestyles, clean shoes are an important part of appearance, especially among young people and professionals. The high level of public busyness creates a need for practical and efficient services in shoe care. Shoes Cleaner, located in Cikarang and established in 2023, offers shoe cleaning services with two types of treatments: fast clean and deep clean. Through marketing analysis, this study identified a target market consisting of young people, professionals, owners of popular shoe brands, and urban communities. The marketing strategy implemented includes the use of social media for promotions and discount offers. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This method focuses on interpretive and non-numerical analysis of social phenomena occurring at Shoes Cleaner Cikarang. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation to produce an accurate and objective picture of the business condition and its market potential. From a financial aspect, analysis using the net present value (NPV), payback period (PP), and internal rate of return (IRR) methods indicates that this business is feasible. The calculation results show an NPV of Rp. 24,326,294.16, a payback period of 9 months, and an IRR of 131.32%, indicating significant profit potential.

Abstract

This study reflects the importance of a thorough analysis of marketing, operational, and legal aspects in determining the feasibility of the Risalad fruit salad business in West Cikarang. This study aims to include a comprehensive analysis of the marketing, operational, legal, pricing, and promotional aspects of the Risalad business, with the aim of providing insight into its feasibility and potential success in the market. This study applies a qualitative approach, which means focusing on verbal and descriptive data collection. This approach allows researchers to explore information in depth and gain a better understanding of the phenomenon under study. The results of this study provide in-depth insights into the marketing, operational, and legal aspects that influence the feasibility of the Risalad fruit salad business in West Cikarang.

Abstract

A feasibility study of the mukena business at the Cikarang Festival (Cifest) shows promising market potential, along with the growing population and industrial sector in the area. With a predominantly Muslim population and a growing demand for practical, high-quality products, the mukena business has potential for growth. Financial analysis indicates positive profit prospects, but challenges such as intense competition, economic fluctuations, and the need to meet diverse design preferences are factors that need to be considered. Overall, with the right marketing strategy and efficient management, the mukena business at the Cikarang Festival (Cifest) can be considered feasible and has the potential for long-term growth.

Abstract

The BetterSweet Cake business feasibility study analyzes the potential for developing a premium patisserie business in the Cikarang culinary industrial area, using qualitative descriptive methods to evaluate marketing, operational, human resource, and financial aspects. In the marketing aspect, product distribution is designed through offline and online channels. Operationally, the business plans to produce 75 cakes daily with premium quality standards. The human resource approach is competency-based recruitment, continuous development programs, and a motivating compensation system. Financial analysis Working capital strategies and revenue estimates are designed to support sustainable business growth. The method in this study uses a mixed descriptive method of qualitative and quantitative, the results show that BetterSweet Cake has competitive potential in the local patisserie industry, with the latest product innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Well Cake and Cookies, a home industry that produces various types of brownies. The research method used was qualitative with descriptive analysis, covering marketing and cost aspects. The results showed that marketing strategies implemented through social media, such as Instagram and WhatsApp, were effective in reaching the target market consisting of young people and cake lovers. Furthermore, product variety and the ability to meet consumer demand are competitive advantages. In terms of costs, initial capital and daily production costs are still within reasonable limits, supporting business continuity. Despite challenges in competition and visibility on digital platforms, Well Cake and Cookies has the potential to grow and achieve optimal profits. With good management and the right marketing strategy, this business is expected to compete effectively in the sweet food market.
