The personality competence of teachers plays a crucial role in shaping students' learning experiences and motivation. This study aims to analyze the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers at Senior High Schools and its correlation with student learning motivation. This research is field research with a quantitative method that uses a correlational approach, aiming to determine whether there is a relationship between two variables. Based on the results of data analysis obtained using descriptive statistics, the personality competence of Islamic education teachers is in the quite high category, at 34.1%. Furthermore, a correlation exists between the personality competence of Islamic education teachers and student learning motivation, assessed using the pearson product moment correlation test. The correlation value is 0.312. These results indicate that the correlation between the personality competence of Islamic education teachers and student learning motivation is significant, as the calculated "r" value is greater than the table "r" value (0.312 > 0.297), thus rejecting the null hypothesis (H0). Therefore, the study concludes that there is a positive influence of the personality competence of Islamic education teachers on the learning motivation of students.

One approach that has received attention is the cooperative learning model, which emphasizes interaction between students and group-based learning. In the context of the Quran Hadith subjects, the effectiveness of cooperative learning models, especially the make-a-match type, has not been fully explored. In fact, this research aims to investigate the direct impact of implementing the make a match type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This research uses quantitative methods with an experimental approach, data sources were obtained from 44 respondents. The results of this research can conclude that the cooperative learning model of the make-a-make type has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the Quran Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The average post-test results show that learning using the make a match type cooperative learning learning model has better learning outcomes, based on tests using the independent sample T-Test with a significance of 5% or 0.05 analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The results of calculations using the independent sample T-Test obtained 0.004<0.05 with a significance level of 0.05 or 95% which states that they accept Ha and reject H0. So it can be concluded that the make-a match type cooperative learning learning model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the Quran Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah.

The personality competence of teachers plays a crucial role in shaping students' learning experiences and motivation. This study aims to analyse the personality competence of Islamic Education teachers at Senior High Schools and its correlation with student learning motivation. This research employs a quantitative approach to analyse the influence of the ability to read and write the Quran on learning outcomes in Islamic education subjects for Class XI students at High Schools. Data were collected from 44 randomly selected students using a Likert scale to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions regarding learning methods. The data were analysed using simple linear regression and correlation coefficients. The results of the study show that the ability to read and write the Quran has a significant positive influence on learning outcomes. The hypothesis test results indicate that the significance value (sig) is 0.783, which is greater than 0.05 (0.783 > 0.05), leading to the acceptance of Ho and rejection of Ha. The correlation test results further demonstrate a positive and significant relationship between students' ability to read and write the Quran and their learning outcomes in Islamic education. This suggests that enhancing students' Quranic reading and writing skills can positively impact their academic performance in Islamic education subjects.
