Abstract

This article is titled "Implementation of Recruitment of Educators at Tanjung Raya Sanga Public Elementary School, Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency." The purpose and use of this research is to analyze how the recruitment of teaching staff is carried out in Tanjung Raya Sanga Public Elementary School, Village of Musi Banyuasin Regency and to analyze what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the recruitment of teaching staff in Tanjung Raya Sanga State Elementary School, Village of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, with research informants namely school principals, teachers and administrative staff. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the technique of checking the validity of the researcher's data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of teacher recruitment at Tanjung Raya Sanga Public Elementary School, Musi Banyuasin Regency Village has not gone well. new teachers are only done internally, acceptance of new teacher applications is not optimal and there is no selection of applicants. The supporting factors for the recruitment of teaching staff at Tanjung Raya Sanga State Elementary School, Musi Banyuasin Regency, are good cooperation between teachers and staff in finding prospective teacher applicants and the existence of supporting certificates from applicants. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the recruitment of teaching staff at Tanjung Raya Sanga Public Elementary School in the Village of Musi Banyuasin Regency were costs, unscheduled recruitment, internal recruitment information and the difficulty of finding qualified human resources for educators.   Keywords: Implementation, Recruitment, Teaching Staff   Artikel ini berjudul “Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Tenaga Pendidik di SD Negeri Tanjung Raya Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.” Adapun kegunaan dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Tanjung Raya Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dan untuk menganalisis apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Tanjung Raya Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data-data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentas, dengan informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru dan staf tata usaha. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik pengecekkan keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Tanjung Raya Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa langkah pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dalam persiapan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik belum sesuai dengan teori yang ada, peyebaran penggumuman guru baru hanya dilakukan secara internal, penerimaan lamaran guru baru belum optimal dan seleksi pelamar tidak ada. Adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Tanjung Raya Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin adanya kerja sama yang baik antara guru dan staf dalam mencari calon pelamar guru dan adanya sertifikat pendukung dari pelamar. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Tanjung Raya Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin ialah masalah biaya, perekrutan tidak terjadwal, informasi perekrutan yang dilakukan hanya secara internal dan sulitnya mencari SDM tenaga pendidik yang sesuai kualifikasi.   KataKunci:Pelaksanaan, Rekrutmen, Tenaga Pendidik

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the management of learning strategies applied in SD Islam Modern Darunnajah Serang in improving the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study were principals, vice principals for curriculum, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the management of learning strategies applied at SD Islam Modern Darunnajah Serang includes five aspects, namely: (1) planning, which includes setting goals, indicators, and learning strategies; (2) organizing, which includes task distribution, coordination, and resource allocation; (3) implementation, which includes the application of learning models, methods, and media; and (4) supervision, which includes monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The management of learning strategies applied at SD Islam Modern Darunnajah Serang has succeeded in improving the quality of learning as shown by the achievement of learning quality indicators, such as student learning outcomes, student activeness, parental involvement, student satisfaction, and school achievement.

Abstract

Marketing in the broadest sense is setting goals for accumulating profits to achieve the goals of an organization or institution, an understanding that is oriented towards accumulating profits, making the goal setting in question oriented towards market or customer needs whose ultimate goal is accumulating profits. Marketing education here is defined not as an organization or institution, but education is classified as a "non-profit oriented" service marketing or "non-profit company", where this educational institution does not seek profit alone, for the prosperity of the administrators or owners of the institution. The profits here are intended to improve the quality of services to the community as an effort to increase the number of candidates or students who are interested in enrolling in schools or educational institutions. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. In this research, a descriptive-analytic approach is used to explore certain meanings using literature review. The dynamics of marketing services in educational institutions is a process that must be carried out by schools or madrasas to provide satisfaction to staff and the community. In marketing services that are "non-profit oriented" or "non-profit companies" there are three, namely; must understand the target market, good communication and interaction, provide opportunities for feedback, criticism and suggestions. These three things are the common thread to achieve the goal, namely "trust of partners or society in organizations or educational institutions.

Abstract

Such as misuse of finances to enrich oneself or corruption, application of standard financing regulations, schools are not transparent in financial matters towards the community. This research aims to describe the POAC theory regarding financial management and financing with Islamic principles or values. This research uses library research to describe theoretical ideas and is included in the qualitative research category. Primary educational data consists of book documents that are relevant to the type of discussion, while secondary data are books, journals and articles that are relevant to this research. The results of this research explain that Islamic financial management encourages the avoidance of waste and teaches people to live frugally and wisely in managing resources. Transparency and accountability in financial management are also highly upheld in an Islamic perspective. The POAC theory of financial management and education financing is linked to an Islamic perspective with the hope of producing new qualities in supervising educational institutions based on Shari'a which leads to the right path by maintaining guidelines and avoiding the prohibitions of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir disuatu lembaga adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan, baik lembaga yang sudah lama ataupun lembaga yang baru berdiri sekalipun, penulisan ini hadir untuk memaparkan bagaimana dan seperti apa konsep dan strategi pengembangan karir pegawai Dimana  pembahasan pada artikel ini adalah tenaga pendidik yakni guru dan staff kependidikan. Secara  khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana konsep dan strategi  pengembangan karir pegawai di SMPIT Banten Islamic School yang secara pengelolaan masih baru berdiri. Abstract

Kepala madrasah mempunyai peranan yang sangat sentral dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tidak hanya bertugas menjalankan administrasi sehari-hari, namun juga diharapkan menjadi agen perubahan yang mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian penelitian kepustakaan (kepustakaan). Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari artikel ilmiah dan buku. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Kepala Madrasah sebagai pemimpin tidak hanya bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan administrasi, tetapi juga membimbing, memotivasi dan menginspirasi guru dan staf untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang efektif, madrasah dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, memfasilitasi pengembangan profesional bagi guru, dan memastikan keselarasan antara visi madrasah dan praktik pengajaran sehari-hari. Sebagai seorang pemimpin, Kepala Madrasah juga mempunyai peranan penting dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan pemangku kepentingan, seperti siswa, orang tua dan masyarakat, agar tercipta dukungan yang kuat bagi kemajuan pendidikan madrasah. Sehingga penting bagi Kepala Madrasah untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan, manajerial dan update mengenai perkembangan dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This article discusses the urgency and relevance of stakeholder engagement in the context of education planning. Stakeholders, such as teachers, students, parents, communities, governments and various other relevant parties, have an important role to play in creating an inclusive, sustainable and responsive educational environment to the needs of society. The research method carried out in this article is the literature method, where the author critically examines the thoughts of figures and literature of books, journals, and those related to each other which are indeed in accordance with the material to be presented. Involving them in the educational planning process can improve the quality of educational programs, strengthen community support, and create sustainable engagement. By having a common agreement on the goals, strategies and evaluation of education programs, stakeholder engagement can strengthen transparency, accountability and participation in education decision-making. It also ensures that the various perspectives and needs of stakeholders are thoroughly considered, so that the resulting educational programs are more relevant, effective and have a positive impact on the entire educational community. Thus, this article underscores the importance of urgency and relevance of stakeholder involvement in education planning as an effort to create an education system that is inclusive, sustainable, and oriented to the needs of society as a whole. Involving stakeholders in education planning is a crucial aspect in ensuring the success and sustainability of education programs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze organizational management in improving student discipline. This research method uses qualitative where the research is carried out based on literature or literature review and uses a qualitative approach to conduct field research by collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were students at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. Meanwhile, the object is organizational management in instilling discipline in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School students. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. From this research, it can be seen that organizational management with a future orientation and involving other management functions can improve the discipline of students in Islamic boarding schools. Management of student discipline in Islamic boarding schools requires the implementation of management functions to minimize violations and increase management effectiveness.

Abstract

Pesantren, sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moralitas generasi muda melalui nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, kemandirian, kerja sama, dan keikhlasan. Transformasi nilai-nilai ini ke dalam lingkungan akademik perguruan tinggi merupakan langkah strategis untuk menghadirkan pendidikan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas mahasiswa. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana nilai-nilai pesantren diintegrasikan dalam lingkungan akademik di Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Al-Qodiri, Jember, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, melibatkan mahasiswa, dosen, staf pengajar, pengurus pesantren, dan alumni sebagai subjek penelitian. Fokus kajian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana budaya pesantren diterapkan di IAI Al-Qodiri dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai pesantren seperti disiplin, kebersamaan, dan kemandirian dalam kurikulum dan kehidupan kampus berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa. Praktik-praktik seperti penggunaan sarung pada Hari Santri dan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memperkuat identitas kampus serta menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual. Pendekatan holistik IAI Al-Qodiri dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai pesantren menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang harmonis dan mendukung perkembangan karakter menyeluruh mahasiswa. Hal ini memastikan bahwa lulusan tidak hanya unggul dalam aspek akademik tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral dan spiritual yang kokoh. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pemahaman dan pengembangan budaya pesantren dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, menawarkan model integrasi nilai-nilai pesantren yang dapat diadopsi oleh institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies used by Madrasah Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany Madrasah (MI) in realizing the vision and mission of the school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, to explore how the process of formulating and implementing the vision and mission is carried out. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings show that the formulation of the vision is carried out through an annual working meeting with the participation of teachers, committees and the principal school. The school's vision focuses on fostering the Quran and building a generation that is religious, scientific, cultured, and has noble character. The research results also revealed that there is a periodic revision of the vision to make it relevant to the development of the environment. Although MI Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany has an excellent program in religious education and literacy, there are also program in religious education and literacy, there are several challenges, such as the limited number of teachers with pesantren backgrounds and ineffective communication with parents. In conclusion, the school strategy in realizing the vision and mission needs to be strengthened through increased participation of all stakeholders and optimization of learning programs.
