This research was carried out at PAUD Ayuni Tembung. Another problem in this research is what obstacles children face when playing the traditional game of coconut shell stilts in the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Ayuni Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the obstacles faced by children when playing the traditional game of coconut shell stilts in the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Ayuni Tembung. The research method used is "Classroom Action Research" (PTK). Based on the results of research that has been conducted, playing on coconut shell stilts can improve the gross motor skills of group B children at PAUD Ayuni Tembung. The child's balance in the initial condition was 21.43%, in the first cycle it increased, the child's balance became 67.86%. The child's strength in the initial condition was 17.86%, in cycle I it increased, the child's strength became 64.29%, in cycle II it increased, the child's strength became 96.43%. The child's agility in the initial condition was 14.29%, in the first cycle it increased, the child's agility became 57.14%, in the second cycle it increased, the child's agility became 96.43%. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in increasing environmental awareness among students at SMP Negeri 1 Pardasuka. The Adiwiyata Program, which focuses on waste management, greening, and energy efficiency, aims to form an environmentally conscious character through education that integrates environmental values ??into the curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The results of the study indicate that despite challenges in terms of school commitment and active student participation, the Adiwiyata Program has succeeded in increasing students' environmental awareness, especially in waste management and greening. This study is expected to provide recommendations to optimize program implementation, as well as support the development of environmental education that is in line with Islamic teachings on preserving nature as part of worship to Allah SWT.

PTKI (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam) merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Subdirektorat Sarana Prasarana dan Kemahasiswaan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subdirektorat Sarpras Kementerian Agama memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu PTKI melalui pengembangan sarana prasarana berbasis SBSN, program KIP Kuliah, dan pelatihan mahasiswa. Dukungan tersebut meliputi pengelolaan sarana pendidikan, penguatan akses bagi siswa yang kurang mampu, serta pengembangan karakter dan kepemimpinan. Dengan pemantauan dan evaluasi yang terpadu, Subdirektorat Sarpras memastikan program berjalan efektif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga PTKI dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, berdaya saing, dan berkontribusi bagi masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi Kementerian Agama untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sarpras di PTKI. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas PTKI sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan bangsa.

Madrasah is a religious-based educational institution that aims to provide religious and general knowledge. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The object of this research includes program implementation and its impact on madrasah facilities. Data were obtained through observation, field study, and documentation, while data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that the SBSN program for madrasah aims to improve educational facilities and infrastructure with the main requirements of legal land legality and proposal submission procedures involving documents such as land certificates, TOR, RAB, and recommendation letters from the regional Ministry of Religious Affairs. The program covers the construction of 7 types of buildings, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, dormitories, and teachers' messes, with prototype designs that can be adapted to site conditions. The implications of this research can be used as input for related parties in improving the implementation of the SBSN program in a transparent, accountable, and sustainable manner to support the development of adequate infrastructure for madrasah education.

Education implicitly functions and aims to develop students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor personality potential. Advances in information technology have an impact, namely the easy entry of biotechnology and the infiltration of foreign culture which is negative, this can affect both the ethics, morals and character of students. So Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung created and implemented a religious culture for all school members. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the concept of organizational management based on religious culture at Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung Elementary School with the functions of planning, organizing, acting, evaluating in creating and cultivating religious culture in the elementary school. The approach method is descriptive with qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation regarding records of past events or school history and others, which discuss the problems in the research. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity checking technique uses extended participation and source triangulation. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Organizational planning based on religious culture at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture has gone through systematic planning stages and processes, in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the school; 2) Organizing a religious culture-based organization at Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung Elementary School based on religious culture in the division of authority, functions, duties and responsibilities based on the school organizational structure that has existed so far; 3) Implementing (actuating) a religious culture-based organization at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture during implementation on a daily, weekly and annual basis; 4) Evaluation of religious culture-based organizations at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture is carried out with supervision, reporting and control.

Metode pembelajaran yang kurang menarik dan interaktif serta tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi dapat mengakibatkan rendahnya minat dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif, efektif, dan sesuai dengan landasan metode pembelajaran yang akan memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis kritis terhadap literatur yang relevan, meliputi jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah yang terkait dengan metode pembelajaran dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, berbasis teknologi, dan sesuai dengan konteks perkembangan siswa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran agama Islam, proses pendidikan agama Islam tetap memerlukan metode yang tepat dan benar agar dapat berhasil, meskipun metode pembelajaran bukan satu-satunya faktor penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam sehingga lebih relevan dan menarik bagi generasi muda.

Mutasi jabatan nondosen menjadi dosen di lingkungan Kementerian Agama RI merupakan isu penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dan prosedur mutasi pegawai nondosen menjadi dosen di lingkungan Kementerian Agama RI. Kajian ini berfokus pada analisis kebijakan, prosedur pelaksanaan, dan manfaat kebijakan mutasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan, yaitu pengumpulan data dari berbagai dokumen resmi, peraturan, pustaka terkait, serta wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ini merupakan peningkatan kualitas tenaga pengajar di perguruan tinggi agama Islam negeri melalui mutasi pegawai negeri sipil nondosen yang memiliki kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi yang sesuai. Proses mutasi melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari pengajuan usulan hingga penetapan pejabat oleh Menteri Agama. Prosedur ini meliputi verifikasi data, uji kompetensi, dan koordinasi antar unit kerja terkait, baik di pusat maupun daerah. Manfaat kebijakan ini antara lain untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, memadukan teori dengan praktik mengajar, serta mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, dukungan lintas unit, pemenuhan persyaratan yang jelas, dan manajemen perubahan yang efektif adalah kunci keberhasilan penerapan kebijakan ini.

Role playing learning model or role playing is a learning method that involves students to play characters in everyday life. Learning using the role playing method can make students more active and creative in following lessons. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the role playing learning model in increasing student learning motivation in PAI subjects at MAS Al Ikhlas. This research method uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. While the data collection is a literature review. The results of the study showed that the results of the initial observations conducted by the researcher showed that, as an initial step in implementing the role playing method, the researcher must know the previous method used by the teacher. The researcher conducted research in 2 classes, namely class X.1 as the Experimental class and class X.2 as the control class. The results of the observations conducted by the researcher were that class X.1 students had a low level of learning activity. where there are students who fall asleep during learning, there are students who are lazy during learning, there are students who are busy with their own affairs, and there are students who are busy chatting with their friends to the point of disrupting the learning conduciveness, The lowest student result before the treatment was 32, while the highest result was 43. After the treatment, students got the lowest score of 45 and the highest score of 57. The final result can be obtained that the experimental class using the role playing learning method got a higher average score of 80.25 than the control class using the lecture learning method, which was 72.15.
