Abstract

Synthetic pesticides are environmental pollutants that can cause pest resistance and can endanger human health. One alternative that can be used to replace synthetic pesticides is to use biopesticides. Biopesticides can be a solution because they are easily degraded, non-toxic and have a wider spectrum of activity. One way to get this biopesticide is to make Eco-Enzyme. Based on the results of KKN-PM activities that have been carried out regarding socialization and Eco-Enzyme training, it has had a impact on farmer groups and women farmer groups in Melatiwangi Village. Utilizing fruit and vegetable waste, if done well, can reduce agricultural waste and be useful for plant growth.

Abstract

Ecoenzymes are fermentation products from organic waste in the form of vegetables or fruit. Many people produce organic waste in households every day, including residents in Cilingga village, Purwakarta Regency. The aim of this community service activity (PkM) is to provide education in waste/waste management as additional information. Apart from that, it also provides knowledge and awareness of community groups in making ecoenzymes as a multi-functional product, which can overcome the problem of waste or organic waste, especially in households. The service method used is Participation Action Research (PAR) through certain stages. This PkM activity is carried out in several stages, namely discussion, socialization of activities and providing education through lectures and discussions, direct practice and filling out questionnaires. The results of this training in making ecoenzymes can help the community in maintaining environmental cleanliness, managing organic waste, both agricultural and livestock waste, as well as household waste. With this training, villagers can utilize their own organic waste into ecoenzymes. Apart from reducing organic waste entering the environment, this training can also create additional sources of income and increase awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental sustainability.

Abstract

TPACK is a framework concept that emerged as a result of a combination of content, pedagogy, and technology. This concept is the basis for carrying out a learning process through the effective use of technology. This requires the ability of teachers to be able to adapt to environmental changes and the advancement of science and technology. Teachers must be able to integrate ICT components with other learning components to meet the needs of digital learners. With a lot of freely available learning content and technology, it is necessary for teachers to have the ability to integrate the materials, methods, and technologies used. So that the purpose of this PKM activity is to provide training to teachers to implement TPACK in the learning process, especially in integrating content and pedagogics as well as integrating content, pedagogic and technology. Through two trainings carried out by the PKM team to teachers of Sandikta Bekasi Private High School, the results were obtained that there was an increase in teachers' TPACK understanding by 13.22%. This shows that there is a positive impact of TPACK training, especially for subject teachers in integrating content, pedagogic and technology. Abstract

One of the functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as regulated in Permendagri Number 110 of 2016 is to discuss and agree on the Draft Village Regulation with the Village Head. Village Regulations as a policy at the village level that will regulate the behavior of many people must be implemented in a participatory manner involving all components in the village community. Village Regulations are laws and regulations stipulated by the Village Head after being discussed and agreed with the BPD. BPD members in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, are still experiencing difficulties in drafting Village Regulations. One of the reasons is that the understanding and expertise of BPD members in carrying out their duties in drafting Village Regulations (legal drafting) is still not optimal. The purpose of this PkM activity is to optimize the expertise of BPD members in designing Village Regulations and provide assistance in preparing a participatory Village Regulation Draft in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, as well as preparing a Village Regulation Draft Template. The method used in PkM is descriptive, with a sociological juridical approach. The activity began by carrying out a legal drafting workshop for BPD members. The next stage of the activity is to collect and review Village Regulation materials that must be prepared immediately to meet the needs of the community. At the peak of this activity is to provide assistance in the preparation of Village Regulations that must be prepared immediately. The results of this PkM activity have been carried out assistance activities for the preparation of the Draft Village Regulations and 2 templates of the Draft Village Regulations have been submitted. In this PkM activity, BPD members also expressed their desire to be accompanied in the preparation of agreements (contract drafting), for this PkM activity has been given assistance on how to prepare a Village Treasury Land Lease Agreement.

Abstract

The purpose of this program was to enhance the problem-solving skills of 8th-grade students at SMP Al-Ikhlas, Jakarta, who often face difficulties in applying learned concepts to real-life situations. This community service activity was conducted on August 19, 2024, involving 150 students. The methods used were Mind Mapping and Problem Trees, chosen as visualization tools to help students systematically and creatively identify problems, analyze root causes, and formulate solutions. The implementation stages included material explanation, a Q&A session, hands-on practice with relevant case studies, and evaluation through group presentations. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement, with 78.4% of participants reporting that they felt capable of solving problems independently after participating in the activity. Nevertheless, continued guidance from school counselors is still considered important. This program proved effective in equipping students with essential foundational skills to face future challenges.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector play a vital role in supporting local economic growth, job creation, and the preservation of traditional culinary practices. However, issues related to occupational health and safety, particularly muscle fatigue caused by non-ergonomic working postures, remain inadequately addressed. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at Belfii MSME, South Tangerang, involving 15 respondents. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations, questionnaires, and posture assessment using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Findings revealed that most workers experienced muscle fatigue in the waist, back, legs, and arms. REBA assessment indicated very high-risk levels, particularly during activities of lifting and lowering materials in the raw material warehouse, with a score of 14, requiring immediate corrective actions. Ergonomic interventions were implemented through awareness sessions and demonstrations on proper working postures, including squatting techniques when lifting materials, the use of worktables to minimize bending, and maintaining upright postures while lowering loads. Post-intervention evaluations showed reduced musculoskeletal complaints and increased worker awareness of ergonomics. The application of ergonomic principles was proven effective in minimizing physical strain, improving comfort, and enhancing productivity. This program recommends designing simple work aids, reorganizing workstations, and providing regular ergonomic training for sustainable improvements.
