Abstract

The increase of children as Napza users in Aceh is a new problem for all parents. There are two main problems in this study, namely the pattern of coaching drug-addicted children in LPKA and Darussaadah Aceh Social Institution. This study is about the pattern of special guidance provided for children who abuse drugs in Aceh children's special development institutions and child rehabilitation institutions. This research is a combination of normative and empirical research. The results of this study show that LPKA carries out guidance in general. There is no difference between children assisted by drug cases and those with other cases. Meanwhile, in LRSAMP Darussa'adah social care institution, regular psychological guidance is carried out to rehab children addicted to drugs, like other children in Darussa'adah. The obstacle faced by LPKA-Aceh is the absence of SOP for special guidance for drug abuse from the Ministry of Human Rights. LPKA is not a place for rehabilitation of children of drug abuse, so these children are guided the same as other foster children. In LPKA, children of drug abuse are united with other foster children due to limited space. While the absence of a standard guidebook as a model for rehabilitation of children who abuse drugs is one of LRSAMP's challenges. The organization cannot move forward without referrals from the work area below, a lack of volunteer human resources, and the absence of parents of children who want to rehabilitate their child's self-abuse of drugs.

Abstract

The presence of regulations that regulate the increase in the age of children fails to prevent child marriage. However, the existence of a community with an adequate child protection system has been able to prevent child marriage. This study aims to analyse the model developed by the community and the background to the emergence of community initiatives in efforts to prevent child marriage. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained by interviewing Reje Kampung, community facilitators, and NGO program officers. The research was conducted in Bener Meriah Regency. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by selecting relevant data and then describing it systematically. The results showed that the model for preventing child marriage was carried out by forming a Cadre of Friends of Women and Children (SAPA), which is responsible for disseminating child protection issues. Second, establish a children's forum at the gampong level as a pioneer and reporter for child protection that continues to report on any incidents that affect children. Third, formulate regulations and policies in the village as guidelines for the community. The emergence of a child marriage prevention community was due to support from PKPM Aceh on the basis of support from UNICEF, which strengthened the issue of child protection from the roots (community) from 2022–2023. The community is strengthened by the issue of child protection and trains SAPA Cadres as the spearhead of fulfilling the rights of women and children in the village.

Abstract

Self-protection of children needs to be introduced from an early age in order to prevent unwanted things from happening. Thus it needs adult intervention in this case. The adults in question are teachers when they are at school and parents when they are at home. One form of protection and understanding of concepts that teachers need to introduce is boundaries in association. Association is not only limited to friendships that occur between boys and girls but also interactions that exist between children who have stepfathers. The stepfather as a foreign individual around the child because he does not have direct blood ties therefore they should not interact too intensely with the child. But that doesn't stop the stepfather from being close to his stepdaughter either. This study discusses the teacher's intervention in providing an understanding of the limits of association in girls with their stepfather. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interview techniques and unstructured questions which were carried out together with teachers at the school. The sample in this study was 1, 5-year-old girl with the initials FA. The results of the research show that there are several efforts by teachers to provide an understanding to children about the boundaries of interacting with stepfathers, namely introducing the concept of stepfathers first to children, then the teacher invites children to have direct interactions in class such ass telling stories which are then interspersed with several questions.

Abstract

Sexual discrimination in the context of the work environment is an adverse phenomenon where individuals are treated unfairly or unequally based on their gender or sexual orientation. This study aims to trace the evolution of the literature surrounding sexual discrimination in the workplace over time. Bibliometric methods were used in this study to review 298 research samples conducted between 1986 and 2023. The data was obtained from the Scopus database. The reason for using Scopus as the main reference data in this study is because the Scopus database is a citation and abstract index database that covers a wide range of scientific literature and focuses on various fields of science published worldwide in high-quality journals with comprehensive and representative data to accurately identify research trends and academic impact. Besides, the features provided by Scopus greatly facilitate in-depth bibliometric analysis. The focus of this study lies on scientific performance evaluation and literature mapping using Vosviewer and BibExcel tools. The research findings confirmed a significant increase in the number of publications and citations on this topic over the past five years. In addition, cross-disciplinary collaboration seems to have made an important contribution, involving the fields of health, law, psychology, as well as other social sciences. However, this study indicates the limitations of interdisciplinary cooperation in generating a more holistic and comprehensive understanding of this phenomenon.
