Abstract

This project created "Our Playlist," a song-based figurative language supplement for grade 11 high school pupils. SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan teachers and eleventh-graders participated in the study. Interviews and questionnaires were employed. Researchers design the product using three out of the five ADDIE phases. Our Playlist's content, language, images, and procedures scored 4.8, very good, in internal validation. Based on these results, the product can be recommended for teaching eleventh-graders figurative language, especially at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of simulation-assisted teaching materials in increasing conceptual understanding of prospective physics teacher students about mechanical waves. Research method is a one-group pretest-posttest design with subjects consisted of 25 physics education undergraduate students at Universitas Negeri Malang. Research instrument is a conceptual understanding test item of mechanical waves. The results showed that the acquisition of an increase in learning outcomes through the calculation of the normalized average gain is 0.77 was included in the "high" category so that the use of simulation-assisted teaching materials effective in improving students' conceptual understanding. Similar learning can be applied to other physics materials, especially for abstract material characteristics.

Abstract

Teachers are figures that can influence student learning outcomes. A serious problem faced by elementary school students in Tambolaka CitySouthwest Sumbais the low 21st century skills of students. One of the smart efforts to improve students' 21st century skills is to improve teacher competence. The purpose of this study is to describethe relationshipof teacher competence with  improving 4C skills of elementary school students. The method used was a survey with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used description analysis and correlation analysis. This study found that (1) teacher competence and student skills are moderate, (2) there is a significant relationship between teacher competence and students' critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity skills. What is different from this study is that teacher competence correlates higher with students' collaboration skills than with other 4C skills. Based on the results of this studythento improve students' 4C skills in Tambolaka Municipal District, teachers must continue to improve the 4 competencies through relevant education and training.Guru merupakan figur yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Permasalahan serius yang dihadapi oleh siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Tambolaka Sumba Barat Daya adalah rendahnya keterampilan abad 21 siswa. Salah satu upaya cerdas untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 siswa adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan kompetensi guru dengan  meningkatkan keterampilan 4C siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi dan analisis korelasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) kompetensi guru dan keterampilan siswa tergolong sedang, (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan  kompetensi guru dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas siswa. Hal yang berbeda dengan penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru berkorelasi lebih tinggi dengan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa dibandingkan dengan keterampilan 4C lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka untuk meningkatkan keterampilan 4C siswa di Kabupaten Kota Tambolaka, guru harus terus meningkatkan 4 kompetensi tersebut melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang relevan.

Abstract

This bibliometric study aims to analyze the research literature on Cyberpsychology in learning. Cyberpsychology refers to the study of the impact of technology on human behavior, including learning. A bibliometric analysis of scientific documents published in journals indexed in Scopus was performed. The study aimed to identify research trends and collaborations between researchers and locate journals and articles of interest in the thematic area. The study's results will provide insights into the current state of research on Cyberpsychology in learning and identify potential areas for future research.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi kerja serta tingkat penguasaan kompeten profesional guru yang masih tidak relevan dengan tugas yang di emban menjadi suatu permasalahan yang terjadi dalam lembaga pendidikan dan harus diselesaikan. Sehingga perlunya pengawasan dan pembinaan yang dilakukan lembaga agar motivasi kerja meningkat serta tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru lebih relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terhadap motivasi kerja dan tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Swasta Se-Kabupeten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian yakni regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah para guru SMP Swasta Se-Kabupeten Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 2090 dan sampel yang di ambil berjumlah 336 guru dari SMP yang ditunjukan peneliti dengan menggunakan teknik sampel Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik melalui sub variabel perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, umpan balik dan tindak lanjut terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMP Swasta Se-Kabupeten Sidoarjo dengan kategori tinggi; terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik melalui sub variabel perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, umpan balik dan tindak lanjut terhadap tingkat penguasaan kompetensi guru di SMP Swasta Se-Kabupeten Sidoarjo dengan kategori tinggi; serta terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap motivasi kerja dan tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Swasta Se-Kabupeten Sidoarjo dengan kategori tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah atau pengawas dari dinas pendidikan secara baik dan konsisten maka berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya motivasi kerja serta tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru semakin mendalam di SMP Swasta Se-Kabupeten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study employs a multiple case study method and aims to investigate, discover, and describe the suburban area English teachers teaching methods during the distance learning, challenges which are faced by the teachers, how the teachers solve those challenges, and the teachers’ perceptions towards the implementation of distance learning. The findings revealed that the teachers use direct teaching and more focused on utilizing the technology. Some of those challenges are mainly caused by the students ‘conditions. In order to obtain more genuine and valid results, a future study with better research instruments need to be conducted.

Abstract

This research investigates the integration of spiritual values into human resource management (HRM) practices within the RSCJ Congregation for Nuns. The study aims to explore how these values influence the well-being and professional development of nuns. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes a systematic literature review method to analyze secondary data from reputable national and international academic articles. Data collection involved a systematic process, including defining the research question, establishing inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching relevant databases, screening articles, and extracting data. The literature included in the review was selected based on relevance to the research objectives and its ability to address the identified research problem. Data analysis followed interactive model, encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings indicate that integrating spiritual values into HRM practices promotes a supportive and ethically driven environment, enhancing job satisfaction, organizational engagement, and overall well-being of the nuns. Spiritual leadership emerged as a critical factor in fostering a sense of purpose and belonging, contributing to personal and communal growth. The study's implications extend beyond religious organizations, suggesting that incorporating spiritual values into HRM practices can benefit secular organizations by promoting ethical behavior, enhancing employee well-being, and creating a meaningful work environment. The research highlights the importance of aligning HRM practices with organizational values to support holistic development.

Abstract

Religiosity is an important aspect in shaping student morale, especially for Islamic Education (IE) students who are future educators. The purpose of the study was to look for the influence of religiosity on the morale of Islamic Religious Education students at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This research is a quantitative study with the population of IE students from 2019 to 2021 amounting to 699 students. The technique of taking sample uses the Slovin formula, namely as many as 90 students who were taken randomly (random sampling). The primary data collection tool used is a 4-scale Likert scale  questionnaire.  The instruments were tested using validity tests as well as reliability tests. The instruments were also tested for classical assumptions with normality and reliability tests. The primary data were then analyzed by simple linear regression statistical techniques.  The results showed that the level of religiosity of IE students was in the high category, it was proven that from 90 respondents, there were 81 respondents (90%) showing a high and very high level of religiosity, while the remaining 9 respondents (10%) were in the low and medium categories. Then for the moral level of IE students, it is in the moderate category. This is shown by 90 respondents, 21 respondents (23.3%) belonged to the high category, 47 respondents (52.2%) were classified as moderate, and 22 respondents (24.4%) were classified as low. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence of religiosity on the morale of IE students as evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.469, which contained the understanding that the influence of the free variable (Religiosity) on the bound variable (Moral) was 46.9%.  This means that the higher the level of religiosity possessed by students, the higher their morale, and vice versa.

Abstract

Abstract: Aims of this study is for developing MCA-based digital Japanese language modules using Google Slide. Four-D development model i.e define, design, develop, and disseminate was applied. Developed products submitted to media experts and material experts for validation testing. Then, product results after post-validation revision were tested on small group trials. This digital module developed on Mainichi Seikatsu theme that suits for 11 grades students. The result of product validity from media experts is 86.67% and got result 86.92% from material experts. The feasibility of the product was measured by being tested on a small group and has result with score 86.09%.Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan modul digital berbasis AKM menggunakan Google Slide. Sebuah penelitian pengembangan yang dirancang menggunakan model fourD dengan empat tahapan penelitian. Dimulai dari  fase define, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan tahapan design, penyelesaian produk pada tahap develop, dan diakhiri pada tahap disseminate. Produk yang sudah dikembangkan kemudian diuji validitasnya oleh pakar media dan materi. Hasil produk setelah dilakukan revisi pasca validasi kemudian diuji cobakan kepada peserta didik pada kelompok kecil. Hasilnya telah dikembangkan modul digital berbasis AKM menggunakan Google Slide pada tema Mainichi Seikatsu (Kehidupan Sehari-Hari) untuk peserta didik kelas sebelas. Tingkat kevalidan produk pada kategori sangat baik sebesar 86,67% untuk penilaian dari ahli media dan 86,92% untuk penilaian dari ahli materi. Kelayakan produk diukur dengan cara diujicobakan pada kelompok kecil dan menghasilkan tingkat kelayakan dengan skor sebesar 86,09%.

Abstract

Identity is the construction of interpretations of life experiences in certain contexts resulting in self-understanding. This research with a single case study design aims to explore the identity of science teachers in various contexts of Figured Worlds. The research participant is a science teacher named Yuni who has a background in Physics Education. Data were collected through two semi-structured interviews. The results revealed how Yuni interpreted science-related life experiences in Figured Worlds to construct her identity. The researcher concluded that although throughout Yuni's experience she was not interested in becoming a teacher, she was able to become an outstanding teacher through her scientific papers.
