Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional (distributif, prosedural, dan interaksional) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen dan intensi keluar di PT Indonesia Power UBP Bali. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai mulai jenjang Pelaksana sampai Penyelia Atas dengan metode sensus, sehingga anggota populasi yang berjumlah 230 orang seluruhnya menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) Keadilan interaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen, dan 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi keluar. Kata Kunci : Keadilan Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen, Intensi Keluar

Abstract

The Investment plays a central role in increasing employment opportunities and economic growth as well as an impact on changes in the economic structure. This study aimed to analyze the effect of investment growth and employment growth to economic growth and changes in the economic structure of the province of Bali from 1985 until 2012. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali and other related agencies. The analysis technique used is path analysis and descriptive analysis . This study concluded that from 1985 to 2012 investment growth and a significant positive effect on employment growth and economic growth. Employment growth and a significant positive effect on economic growth. Growth of investment and employment growth does not significantly influence changes in the economic structure. Economic growth is positive and significant effect on the changes in the economic structure. Growth investing significant effect on economic growth through employment growth in the province of Bali. Investment growth significantly influence the economy through changes in the structure of economic growth in the province of Bali. Employment growth significantly influence the economy through changes in the structure of economic growth in the province of Bali . There is significant growth in investment , employment growth and economic growth to changes in the economic structure directly or indirectly indicate that necessary to study the pattern of investment to spur employment growth and economic growth in accordance with the economic structure to be implemented in Bali province , so that changes in the structure of the economy can be controlled.

Abstract

Budgeting at the local government budgeting process undergone many debates. Budgetary slack in the budgeting process in Local Government is influenced by factors such as risk, ethics and participation in the preparation of the budget. Inconsistencies research results made ??researchers feel the need to transform and perform further research. This study aims to investigate the influence of risk preferences, ethics and budget participation on revenue budgetary slack in Bali Province. Data was collected through questionnaires given to employees of middle-and lower-level. The results showed that risk preference and ethics have a negative effect on earnings in the preparation of the Bali Province, while the budgetary participation has a positive effect on budgetary revenues in Bali Province.   Keywords: Bali Province, budgetary slack, risk preference, ethics, budgetary participation

Abstract

Obyek wisata Waduk Jehem yang akan dibangun berdampingan dengan Waduk Jehem itu sendiri, terletak pada Daerah Aliran Sungai /DAS tukad Melangit dan masih berada pada kawasan ekowisata Bukit Bangli. Potensi wisata ini merupakan manfaat tak langsung (secondary benefit) dari waduk tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung biaya yang akan dikeluarkan serta manfaat yang akan didapatkan, diukur dari sudut kelayakan financial, untuk melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial terhadap pengembangan sektor pariwisata pada pembangunan Waduk Jehem di Kabupaten Bangli. Analisis dilakukan terhadap aspek finansial menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Payback Period (PP) serta Analisis Sensitivitas. Analisis finansial didapatkan hasil perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp19.397.935.290,73, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 23,22 %, Benefit Cost Ratio 1,802 dan Payback Period akan tercapai pada tahun ke-9 dari umur rencana investasi yaitu 20 tahun. Dengan nilai NPV lebih besar dari nol, nilai IRR lebih besar dibandingkan bunga investasi dan nilai BCR lebih besar dari satu, serta Payback Period tercapai sebelum umur rencana investasi tercapai maka rencana investasi layak dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis sensitivitas juga menghasilkan nilai-nilai yang layak bagi rencana investasi ini. Dari hasil analisis disarankan perlunya peran pemerintah dalam pengelolaan obyek wisata ini lebih optimal, setidaknya pemerintah harus mampu menjadi fasilitator guna menjaga keharmonisan hubungan antara manajemen pengelola obyek wisata dengan subak dan masyarakat di sekitarnya mengingat besarnya peran serta mereka dalam operasional obyek wisata ini. Agar kelangsungan obyek wisata Waduk Jehem ini dapat tetap bertahan dengan identitasnya sebagai obyek wisata berbasiskan alam/ekowisata maka kelestarian alam dan lingkungan di sekitar obyek senantiasa harus dijaga dan diupayakan konservasinya. Kata Kunci: Analisis Investasi, Ekowisata, Waduk Jehem, Aspek Finansial ABSTRACT Reservoir Jehem tourist attraction to be built adjacent to the reservoir Jehem itself, lies in the Watershed / Watershed Tukad Melangit and still be in the region of Bangli Hill ecotourism. The tourism potential is an indirect benefit (secondary benefit) from the reservoir. The purpose of this study is to calculate the costs to be incurred and the benefits to be gained, measured in terms of financial viability, to conduct a financial analysis of the development of the tourism sector in the reservoir development Jehem in Bangli regency. Analysis was performed on the financial aspects of using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Payback Period (PP) and Sensitivity Analysis. A financial analysis showed the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp19.397.935.290, 73, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 23.22 precent, Benefit Cost Ratio and Payback Period 1,802 will be achieved in year 9 of age investment plan ie 20 years. With a value greater than zero NPV, IRR is greater than the value of the investment interest and BCR value greater than to one, and the payback period is reached before the age of the investment plan is reached then the feasible investment plans. The sensitivity analysis also produced a decent value for the investments. From the analysis suggested the need for the government's role in the management of these attractions is more optimal, at least the government should be able to be a facilitator in order to maintain harmonious relations between management and tourism managers with subak and surrounding communities given the magnitude of their participation in the operation of these attractions. So that the continuity of this tourist attraction Reservoir Jehem can stick with his identity as a nature-based tourism / ecotourism and the preservation of the natural environment around the object should always be maintained and pursued conservation.
