Abstract

The study aims to look at the effect of internal marketing on market orientation through organizational commitment and OCB at state-owned banks (Mandiri, BNI, BRI) in Denpasar. All employees of state-owned banks in Denpasar is the study population. The number of samples in this study set 179 respondents. Convenience sampling selected as the sampling method of front liner employees (tellers and customer service), marketing and branch leaders. The data is processed and analyzed by SEM through AMOS software. The results showed that: (1) The relationship between internal marketing on market orientation, internal marketing on organizational commitment, internal marketing on OCB, is positive and significant. (2) The effect of organizational commitment on market orientation, organizational commitment on OCB, is positive and significant. (3) OCB has a positive and significant impact on market orientation. (4) organizational commitment and OCB is a mediating variable between internal marketing and market orientation. (5) Organizational commitment as a mediating variable between internal marketing and OCB. (6) OCB is a mediating variable between organizational commitment and market orientation. Abstract

The significance of the effect of macroeconomic factors, the risk of investmen and financial performance of the stock return is the aim of this study. All companies in Indonesia Stock Exchanges is study population. The analysis technique used is the path analysis, the results of hypothesis testing: (1) interest rates had an insignificant positive effect on investment risk and rupiah exchange rate had a significantly positive effect on investment, (2) the interest rate had an insignificantly positive effect on the Earning Per Share (EPS), the rupiah interest rate had insignificantly negative effect on Eraning Price Ratio (PER), the rupiah exchange rate had an insignificant negative effect on EPS and the rupiah exchange rate had a insignificantly positive effect on the PER, (3) the interest rate had a significant positive effect on stock returns and the rupiah exchange rate did not significantly influence on stock returns, (4) the risk investment had a significantly negative effect on stock returns, (5) EPS had a significantly positive effect on stock returns and PER had a significant positive effect on stock returns.   Keywords: Macroeconomic factors, the risk of investment, financial performance, and stock returns.

Abstract

Dividend policy became an important financial policies, not only in terms of management of the company, but also of shareholders. The shareholders will propose a dividend if the company managed to record a profit. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability on dividend policy and whether the liquidity and managerial ownership can moderate the effect of profitability on dividend policy. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling and sample 104 observations obtained after deducting the data outliers. And MRA multiple regression was used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that the higher the profitability, the higher the dividend payout ratio (dividend policy), while liquidity and managerial ownership is not a variable moderating effect of profitability on dividend policy. Abstract

This study examined about the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation against the organizational commitment and employee performance. The samples using a proporrionate stratified random sampling technique and based on predetermined criteria, the sample size was 99 respondents. The results showed that influence existence is directly significant positive on job satisfication, work motivation, organizational commitment against the employee performance
