Abstract

Situation of deprivation due to limited capital owned, lack of knowledge and skills, low productivity, low income, the weak exchange rate of the poor yield and the limited opportunities to participate in development. This then lead to inequality in society. This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the level of poverty district / city in the province of Bali. Data used in this research is secondary data. Location of research in the district / city in the province of Bali. Results of hypothesis testing is done with the path analysis showed that the inflation effect of reducing poverty through unemployment in the province of Bali. The level of education has no effect on poverty through unemployment in the province of Bali. Investment influential increasing poverty through unemployment in Bali province either directly or indirectly through intervening variables, namely unemployment.

Abstract

Good public service become a strategic policy issue because the public service has very broad implications especially in improving confidence in the government. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variable physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability,  assurance and empathy as a determining factor in the quality of public services in license the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Badung regency, and to determine the influence of the quality of public services to regional revenue in Badung regency. This study population is people who have gained in the field of business licensing services to Small Enterprises in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Badung regency , total sample of 100 respondents, of uptake in Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, of the small number of micro enterprises by 60 and the number of medium enterprises as many as 607 businesses. The type of data collected and collected primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results showed that: the five factors, factors of physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy which consists of fifteen variables : The arrangement of the room, look officers, Infrastructure, Willingness officer, Smooth communication, administration of solutions, Certainty schedules, Clarity inforrmasi , speed processes, hospitality officer, clerk Ability, Responsibility, Caring officer, Justice and Security and comfort of the treatment. Variable officer responsibilities are variables that most affect the quality of public services in obtaining a business license in the Agency Licensing Services Integrated Badung regency because has the value of the highest coefficients , this means that a responsible attitude on the duties and functions of service providers that can be trusted by the community in helping the community seeker permits , especially for, Small Enterprises  in shaping the quality of public services in both so that more many existing businesses that directly affect the welfare of the community itself , and consciousness to legalize their business by completing licensing requirements , which means the higher the awareness of the public to pay taxes . Of the tax revenue it will directly affect the original revenue Badung regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris arah pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan perceived usefulness pada kepuasan pengguna akhirsoftware akuntansi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variasi variabel kepuasan pengguna akhir software akuntansi dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan perceived usefulness.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pengguna akhir sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian ini berarti semakin baik kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan perceived usefulnessmaka akan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna akhirsoftware akuntansi.

Abstract

There are two goals in this research. The first goal is to know the effect of implementing budget realization document toward public accountability and the second goal is to know the effect of implementing budget realization document toward transparency. Purposive sampling was chosen as the sampling method and 53 local government work units were used as sample. The result of the discussion shows that implementing the budget realization document gives positive effect to public accountability and transparency.  The more increasing public accountability will make budget realization document improve on the same way. In addition, the more increasing the transparency also will make budget realization document improve as well. Government accounting standard is used as the basis of accountability report. It is due to the reason that government accounting standard is a tool to facilitate the report for the improvement of public accountability and transparency.

Abstract

The Company has a long-term goal to maximize shareholder wealth. This objective is achieved by increasing the company's value will be reflected in its stock price. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and growth of the company to corporate value, using the capital structure as a moderating variable. The study sample as many as 19 companies conducted in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Observation period 2010 to 2013. The research hypothesis testing using analysis techniques moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that: (1) managerial ownership negative effect significantly to the value of the company (2) the growth of the company significant positive effect on the value of the company (3) the capital structure positive effect was not significant to the value of the company (4) The capital structure was not able to moderate the influence of managerial ownership the value of the company (5) capital structure was not able to moderate the effect of growth on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational support, and transformational leadership style on employee motivation. The sampling method used in ithis study is saturated sampling  or census sampling the determination of  the number of samples from all members of the population. Population of this research is 61 employer. Data were collected using questionnaires and analized  by Multiple Linear Regression Technique. The results show that 1)  job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee motivation, 2) organizational support significant positive effect on employee motivation, 3) transformational leadership style significant positive effect on employee motivation. The result is expected to be a reference for the Indonesian banking industry in particular, Bank Mandiri Branch Veterans in identifying variables that can affect employee motivation in an effort to improve motivation, determine policies related to organizational support, and implementation of transformational leadership style. The highest value of standardized beta coefficients are variable organizational support which has a positive influence and the most dominant influence the motivation of employees at Bank Mandiri Tbk. amounted to 0.395, this means that the level of motivation is strongly influenced by the organizational support
