Abstract

Determination of optimal portfolio can be done with diversification strategy or concentration strategy. One of concentration strategy followers is Warren Buffet,.The objective of this research is to find out the difference between the portfolio performance which is formed based on Warren Buffet’s strategy and stock portfolio which is formed based on LQ45 index. This research formed seven ( 7 ) stock portfolios which is formed using Markowitz method and measured using Sharpe’s method. The technique of data analysis used is t-test. The result of this research shows that the performance of five (5) portfolios formed per criteria of Warren Buffet has negative values in every period except in the first semester period in 2013, while the portfolio performance formed based on retained earnings (RORE) and based on LQ45 index is negative in every period. There is no difference between the portfolio performance which is formed based on every financial criterion according to Warren Buffet’s strategy and the stock portfolio performance which is formed based on LQ45 index.

Abstract

Leaders of the organization must learn and understand the behavior of subordinates and pushed to the achievement of organizational goals effectively. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership on work behavior and performance of employees and to analyze the effect of the work on the performance of the employee's behavior. This study uses 92 respondents employees in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Ngurah RaiBali. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The collected data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square. The research showed that leadership is a significant positive effect on work behavior, work behavior is positive influence on employee performance. The study also showed  that leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance. The implications of this study emphasize the important role of leadership in improving employee behavior. The performance of employees will be increased if the leadership has integrity and is able to carry out the vision and  mission organization so employees are more passionate in carrying out the work.

Abstract

Economic growth can be used for the welfare of certain areas. The higher the economic growth of a region assumed to residents living in the area more prosperous. Bali province has always increased economic growth in 2006 unless economic growth slowdown caused by the influence of the global crisis. The study consists of three exogenous variables, namely the number of the population, life expectancy and the average length of the school, the intervening variables Per capita GRDP and the endogenous variables of economic growth. The data used in this study of the years 2004-2013 which consists of 10 data points and multiplied by 9 districts / cities. The data is collected, analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis in accordance with the framework of researchers, with the AMOS program. This study aims to: 1). to analyze the influence of the population, life expectancy, the average length of the school, the GDP at constant prices on economic growth, 2). to analyze the influence of the population, life expectancy, the average length of the school to the GDP per capita at constant prices in Bali, 3). to analyze the influence of the population, life expectancy, the average length of the school to economic growth indirectly through the GDP per capita at constant prices in the province of Bali.

Abstract

Denpasar Bali especially as other areas is also a great opportunity to develop agribusiness orchid. With the condition of agricultural land is limited and narrowed, due to land conversion into non agriculture, it is necessary to further streamline the breakthrough for the use of yard area with the development of orchids. Orchid agribusiness development opportunities is a challenge thatrequires good handling of thought and action of shapes and patterns that can support the development of agriculture and tourism. It is necessary to analyze analyze the influence of labor, land, capital, and skills of farmers to household income horticultural farmers in Denpasar through floriculture production number (Ornamental Plants). To conduct an analysis of its intended purpose, the data collected from 108 farmers orchid, using questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. Results of hypothesis testing is done with path analysis showed that the number of workers a significant negative effect on household income horticultural farmers in Denpasar. Land area, working capital, and total production of positive and significant impact on household income horticultural farmers in Denpasar. While working skills had no significant effect on household income horticultural farmers in Denpasar.  Based on the results of hypothesis testing it was suggested that the need for a standard in the use of factors of production so that farmers can produce optimal production and can obtain the maximum benefit with lower production costs to a minimum.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research at sector wholesale and retail; repair of car and motorcycles is to find and get empirical evidence influence the quality of tax and taxpayers behavior on conduct compliance taxpayers, intention taxpayers moderating influence the quality of tax on conduct compliance taxpayers and intention taxpayers moderating influence knowledge set in compliance taxpayers behavior.The data used was primary data gathered to technique survey with the questionnaire. Analysis techniques the data used was moderation regression (MRA) analysis. The determination of sample done with the probability to technique purposive sampling. The total sample used as many as 83 taxpayers body enrolled in the tax office Madya Denpasar. The results showed that the quality of the tax service has not been affecting the behavior compliance taxpayers, knowledge taxation impact on behavior compliance taxpayers, intention taxpayers strengthen the influence of the quality of tax service on conduct compliance taxpayers and intention taxpayers weakened the influence of knowledge tax on conduct compliance taxpayers.
