Abstract

This study aims to determine how the company's financial condition on CV. Green Tropical during the period 2015-2017 using the Zavgren method. Company data is obtained from the company's financial statements. The data analysis technique used is the Zavgren method. The results of this study are that in 2016 the value (Pi) is relatively high and tends to increase. Increasing the value (Pi) is influenced by the increase in the TURN variable which has a constant +0.11 and in 2017 the value (Pi) returns to decrease. The decrease in value (Pi) is influenced by a decrease in the CASH variable which has a constant -10.78 and a decrease in the TURN variable which has a constant +0.11. the improvement in the company's financial condition improved due to the positive amount of working capital + fixed assets of the company and was triggered by the increasing number of sales which caused a decrease in the TURN ratio. The company's financial condition calculated using the Zavgren method shows that the overall financial condition of the company during the 2015-2017 period is included in the fluctuating critical category which means it can be said that the company's financial condition shows that the company's financial condition for the period 2015-2017 is stable.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to find the effect of NPWP ownership, audit, collection and corporate taxpayer’s awareness to tax revenue in Gianyar KPP Pratama. Technique analysis used in this is multiple linear regressions. Before analysis process, Normality and Heterocedasticity Test were carried out using the SPSS program. The results of statistical analysis, showing the effect of NPWP ownership, audit, collection, and corporate taxpayers awareness with a significance level of t each of 0.039; 0,004; 0.046; 0,000. This means that the taxpayer's awareness bring positive and significant effect on tax revenue. For DJP which assigned to carry out taxation tasks, especially KPP Gianyar Pratama which has carried out its duties well so that in the future it will increase ownership of NPWP by conducting counseling taxpayers who have not registered and counseling to increase corporate taxpayer awareness. So that it can increase tax revenue, especially in KPP Pratama Gianyar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and identify the socio-economic aspects of the population that influence educational decision making through service activities that are in harmony with the problems of education and child labor, in Cibeusi Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The method implemented in this service is through assistance, workshops, socialization, participatory communication and other activities. The field of program activities or the theme of this service activity is education and counseling relating to children's education, educational activities and child labor. Based on the results of service shows that the socio-economic aspects of the family that influence education decision making, especially in the Cibeusi Village, Jatinangor Sub-District, Sumedang Regency are income. Revenue is the most important factor in determining household decisions in sending their children to school. Other factors that influence children's educational decision making are the parents' educational background. Generally the level of education in the Cibeusi Village area is on average elementary to junior high school education. This finding indicates that the level of parental education greatly influences the level of children's school participation and also the child's desire for school. In such conditions, parents need to play an active role in teaching learning styles such as what is suitable for students so that children want to go to school and also student learning outcomes increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the emotional determination of brands and brand trust in customer satisfaction at skin care clinic. The research method used by the authors in this study is to use the sampling method included in the sample random sampling, by distributing questionnaires as much as 290 respondents to skin care clinic customers. The analysis technique used by the writer is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. And to test the hypothesis the author uses a statistical test partially (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R²) of 0.603 means that the influence of Emotional Brands and Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction is 60.3% The remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. And based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.606 shows that there is a very strong relationship between Emotional Brands and Brand Trust with Customer Satisfaction. Based on the f test the probability value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that together Emotional Brands (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the t test shows that Emotional Brands (X1) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), Brand Trust (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Abstract

Performance is the result of person’s work in certain period by carrying out some tasks. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, burnout and work motivation on performance at Mangusada Hospital. The population is 186 nurses with 127 people as samples, using propotionate stratified random sampling.. Multiple linear regression was used. The study found that job stress and burnout had a negative and significant effect on nurse performance. Work motivation has positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Efforts to improve performance are expected to need to pay attention to the comfort when working with colleagues and nurses must get the appropriate work schedule, then need to pay attention to the ability of nurses to handle the number of patients and make the work atmosphere not monotonous. Providing clear targets, fostering a sense of responsibility towards work and giving appreciation to nurses will motivate nurses to work.
