Abstract

A global trade war is expected to impact the economy of every country. The purpose is to examine relationship between FDI, Exports and GDP during global trade war. It is hoped that the stakeholders, especially the government, can take the necessary actions. The research method used is VECM with quarterly analysis starting from 2010 to 2019. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between Exports and GDP in the short and long term. During the era of the global trade war, foreign investment will be more horizontal in nature with the aim of market sharing. Thus, there is a negative relationship between FDI with exports and GDP in Indonesia. The implication of this research is that the government must make policies that can attract FDI more vertically. Therefore, FDI will be prioritized for the exploration of inputs where output will be exported outward and GDP will also rise

Abstract

The Ten November Museum which depicts the struggle of the Suroboyo arek during the struggle era, this is the reason why the number of community visits to the November 10 Museum is very small. With the sophistication of technology, this should not be an obstacle to keep on informing the existence of the November 10 Museum, even more so among today's youth, whose world is very close to the development of Information Technology. The purpose of this research is to be more aggressive in introducing the existence of the Tugu Pahlawan museum by applying Marketing Strategy 4.0 which focuses on the application of 5A (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytic methods. Data collection techniques in this research are field studies and literature studies. The primary data of this study were from observations and interviews with the public and museum officials as well as other informants needed to obtain a more complete picture, while the secondary data of this study were processed data from museum officials. The results of this study improve visiting the need for information on the existence of the museum, provide an interesting program, officers must be able to answer questions well and easily understood by visitors, the public is given appropriate information and promote the museum through social media.

Abstract

In today's digital era the Internet is important to make it easy for every individual who wants to shop easily and quickly. The emergence of e-commerce makes it easier for those who want to carry out online trading transactions, so e-commerce companies must introduce their mobile e-commerce to the public. This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors, taglines on brand awareness and their impact on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. The sample in this study was the community in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency. Data collection using questionnaires both offline and online were distributed to 170 respondents. The analytical method used to process data using path analysis and continued testing indirectly uses the Sobel test. The results of this study stated that the brand ambassador and tagline have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, brand ambassador and tagline has no significant effect on brand awareness. On the other side, brand awareness able to mediate the influence of brand ambassadors and tagline towards a purchase decision.

Abstract

This research discusses the infrastructure that affects district / city economic growth in West Java. The infrastructure studied is in the form of physical infrastructure such as the length of the road, public facilities and the number of schools. These three infrastructures tend to increase labor productivity which can increase economic growth. Then the other variable in this study is the labor variable (control) that affects economic growth. The research model uses the Generalized Least Square (GLS) data panel model with the scope of 26 regencies / cities in West Java for the period 2011-2018. Infrastructure variables such as road length, number of junior high schools and public facilities significantly influence the economic growth of the Regency / City of West Java. Then the labor variable significantly affects the economic growth of the Regency / City in West Java. The public facilities variable is the dependent variable that most influences economic growth in West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand how much the analysis of employee performance toward the promotion of PT. Selamat Lestari Mndisi Sukabumi. This research uses a quantitative approach where data source are used a tool to obtain data. Sampel used by researchers as many as 75 empoyees the methods used by researchers are descriptive with associative approach. The result of the regression equation formed is Y = 3.061 + 1.043X. The result of the t test study on employee performance variables are 0.000 < 0,05 so that t count is 15,491. Each variable has a positive and sifnificant effect on analisis of employee toward job promotion.
