Abstract

Purchase intention can be formed because of the influence of some factores, namely expected income, expected price, and expected product's benefits. Attractive packaging is one of the ways that is used by the enterpreneurs to catch consumer's purchase intention. price also take control to affect consumer's purchase intention. This research has purpose to explain the influence of the packaging and product's price toward purchase intention in POD Chocolate. The design of this research was using quantitave method, in the form of associative. This research was done in Denpasar City. Sample deciding method that was used is purposive sampling technique with 90 respondents from Denpasar City's resident that have not bought the product of POD Chocolate. The technique of analysing data that was used is multiple linear regression. The findings showed that (1) packaging had positive significant influence towards purchase intention, (2) price had positive significant influence towards purchase intention.These findings are expected to be able to support POD Chocolate or other chocolate company to maintain the consumers and improve potential consumers by knowing the causes of consumers purchase intention

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the influence of cultural intelligence on the performance of small and medium export enterprises in Bali. The research was conducted on 50 small and medium export businesses in Bali. The data collection method uses a survey method with research instruments in the form of online questionnaires. Data measurement uses a semantic differential scale measurement unit which is an interval measurement scale. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tools, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (SEM-PLS) to draw conclusions. The results of the study show that cultural intelligence has a positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and the performance of small and medium export businesses in Bali. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on market orientation and the performance of export small and medium enterprises in Bali. Market orientation has a positive effect on the performance of small and medium export businesses in Bali. Entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation significantly mediate the influence of cultural intelligence on the performance of small and medium export enterprises in Bali.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of attitudes, job market considerations, and perceptions length of study on the intentions of accounting students to take accounting profession educations. Quantitative methods with the distribution of questionnaires related to the measurement of variables are used in this research. The population in this research amounted to 814 students. By taking samples using the non-probability sampling method, a sample of 240 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regressionnanalysis. The results indicate that attitudes, labor market considerations, and perceptions length of study have positive effects on the intentions of accounting students to enrollin accounting profession education. These findings support the theory of planned behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat konservatisme akuntansi pada beberapa sektor perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan bagaimana pengaruh konservatisme akuntansi terhadap return saham. Konservatisme akuntansi diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan accrual based sedangkan return saham diukur dengan metode realized return. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 hingga 2021. Sektor perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ-45 menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan, yaitu analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji statistik Analysis of Varians (Anova) dan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, terdapat perbedaan penerapan konservatisme akuntansi pada sektor industri yang terdaftar pada index LQ45 dan konservatisme tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Penerapan konservatisme akuntansi pada sektor perbankan berbeda dengan sektor lainnya.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey in 6 major cities in Indonesia, Lazada is not the public's top priority in making online purchases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of positive emotion in mediating the effect of sales promotion and hedonic consumption on impulse buying for Lazada customers. This research was conducted in Denpasar with 130 respondents determined by purposive sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire measured by Likert scale. Data analysis using PLS-based SEM. The results showed that sales promotion, hedonic consumption, and positive emotions had positive and significantly affecting impulse buying. Sales promotion woth hedonic consumption have positive and significantly affecting positive emotion, also positive emotions significantly mediates the relationship between sales promotion and hedonic consumption on impulse buying. Abstract

A good company's financial performance is a positive signal for investors that is obtained from the company's efforts to generate profits. This study aims to examine the influence of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2020. A sample of 33 companies was taken by purposive sampling from a total population of 155 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The test results with multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a significant positive effect between the variables of intellectual capital, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners on financial performance.
