The purpose of this research is to apply the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method to determine the valuation of undervalued and overvalued stocks, as a consideration in making stock investment decisions. The population in this study is the shares of the banking sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 – 2020 with a total sample of 40 stocks taken using the saturated sampling method. The analytical technique used is the CAPM analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that 3 stocks were classified as undervalued and 37 stocks were overvalued from 40 stocks of the banking sub-sector which were used as research samples. Investment decisions taken on shares classified as undervalued are considered to buy these shares, while investment decisions taken on shares classified as overvalued are considered to sell these shares. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of stocks that are worthy of consideration to be chosen in investing for investors and potential investors so that the expected return target can be achieved.

The information system is an important resource in the organization in the context of efficient and transparent implementation of activities. One of the information systems implemented at Udayana University is the Information System for the General Plan of Procurement of KPA Udayana University (SiRUPKU). This study identifies the factors that explain the successful implementation of SiRUPKU at Udayana University. This study uses the UTAUT model to explain the user's interest and behavior in using the SiRUPKU application in the packaging process for the procurement of goods and services at Udayana University. There are four main factors that explain interest and behavior in using SiRUPKU, namely performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions. The research population is all using the SiRUPKU application, namely PPK and KDP supporters at Udayana University. The entire population became the research sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire. This study succeeded in collecting 83 questionnaires from 86 questionnaires distributed. The data were analyzed by partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study prove that performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions have a positive effect on interest in using SiRUPKU. Interest in using SiRUPKU has a positive effect on behavior in using SiRUPKU.

Declining product quality often occurs during the production process which can affect product quality. Damaged products can be done by the company by controlling the quality of the products produced through many methods such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), Six Sigma and Statistical Quality Control (SQC). This research was conducted at the Nitra Jaya Convection which is located on Jalan Raya Panglan, Banjar Cepaka Kapal, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali. The data analysis technique used is statistical quality control (SQC) by using tools such as check sheets, P-charts, Fishbone diagrams and Quality Costs. The results of the analysis of the cost of production quality at the Nitra Jaya Convection for the 2019 period still show that the actual quality costs incurred by the company are still greater than the optimal quality costs that should be incurred by the company. The actual damage was 116 pcs of uniforms, with a total cost of quality (TQC) of Rp13.244.958. The lowest point or the optimal point of quality costs is at the damage limit of 195 pcs of uniforms with an optimum total cost of quality (TQC) of Rp11.647.055. This shows that quality control has not been implemented optimally.

The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made changes to people's lifestyles, one of which is a healthy lifestyle. Health is one of the priority needs for the whole community. A healthy lifestyle is a form of a person's behavior associated with health that can be measured by eating organic food, health care and life balance. This study aims to determine the mediating role of consumer satisfaction on the effect of product quality on the repurchase intention of Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix products in Denpasar City by using the Disconfirmation Expectation Theory approach. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. Based on survey data from 224 Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix consumers in Denpasar City, the results of Baron and Kenny Steps regression analysis reveal that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction partially mediates the effect of product quality on repurchase intentions. The implications of this finding can be a reference for Herbalife companies to achieve profits and increase sales by paying attention to product quality and consumer satisfaction so that consumers will continue to repurchase Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix products

Budgetary slack are influenced by factors such as information asymmetry, the complexity of tasks, organizational commitments, and environmental uncertainty. However, there were inconsistencies in the results of previous studies. The study aims to test the influence of participation in strategic planning through fair perception and autonomous budget motivation against budgetary slack. The methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The analytical unit in this study is an individual with a Manager position involved in the process of drafting a budget proposal for the 20XX shipping company. The research data is taken using the survey method, with the total population of the study is 90 people, the sampling method used is purposive sampling. As for data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS – SEM). Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the participation of managers in strategic planning significantly positively affects the fairness of perception and autonomous budget motivation perceived by middle-level managers and can reduce the budget gaps that occur in the organization.

This study aims to analyze the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of augmented reality (AR) on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on the clothing brand Slashrock Gear in the city of Denpasar. Based on the responses from respondents to questionnaires distributed online to the people of Denpasar city who follow the Slashrock Gear brand Instagram social media account, the results show that in general augmented reality has not influenced purchasing decisions optimally. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, with a non-probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires online. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive Statistikal analysis, classical assumption test, path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that augmented reality (AR) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Augmented reality (AR) has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of augmented reality (AR) on purchasing decisions

Technological advances make changes in many fields as well as changes in consumer shopping behavior where there is a shifting from conventional shopping to shopping online and making competition between e-commerce increase. To win the competition, e-commerce must be able to make users reuse services in the future. This study aim to examines the role of trust in mediating customers experiences on repurchases intentions in Shopee consumers. The population in this study are all Shopee application users who are domiciled in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used in is proportional sampling with 120 respondents. Data collected using a questionnaire. This research uses path analysis. Results show customers experiences has a positive significant effects on repurchases intentions, customers experiences has a positive significant effects on trusts, trusts has a positive significant effects on repurchases intention and trusts is a mediating variable between customers experiences on repurchases intentions on shopee consumers.

The purpose of this study is; 1) to analyze the simultaneous effect of education levels, job skills, social networks, income, and family support on women's decisions to become sex workers; 2) to analyze the partial effect of education levels, job skills, social networks, income, and family support on women's decisions to become sex workers; 3) to analyze the role of family support in moderating the effect of income on a woman's decision to become a sex workers. The analytical technique used in this study is Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that; 1) education level, job skills, social network, income, and family support simultaneously affects on a woman's decision to become a sex worker; 2) the level of education and employment skills negatively affects the decision of women to become sex workers; 3) social networks, income, and family support have a positive effect on women's decisions to become sex workers. 4) family support moderates the influence of income on women's decisions to become sex workers.

Employee performance is the result of work that can be achieved by employees based on their abilities. So that employees can improve their performance. Companies need to pay attention to the factors that affect employee performance, namely work motivation and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Omiyage Inc. Indonesia Dore By LeTAO Jakarta. This study used a sample of 83 employees, using probability sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this research ispath analysisand Sobel test. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results of the study found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates work motivation on employee performance. High work motivation will increase job satisfaction so that it can improve employee performance

Organizational commitment is the involvement and dedication of employees to accept organizational goals and employees' willingness to participate in all organizational activities towards improvement. This study aims to analyze the effect of training on employee organizational commitment with job stress as a mediator. This research was conducted at UD. Ladang Roti, with 37 employees as respondents, and the sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique which is analyzed by path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, training has a negative and significant effect on employee work stress, and work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. From the results of testing the mediator variable, it is proven that work stress significantly mediates the effect of training on employee organizational commitment. Training is important given to employees because it can reduce work stress levels which can ultimately increase employee commitment to the company.
