Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the factors that cause students to have learning difficulties in social studies learning as well as to find out the teacher's efforts in overcoming students who have learning difficulties in social studies learning. This research is a case study descriptive research and is located in the fifth grade of SDN 11 Rio Pakava. The results showed that the causes of student learning difficulties were the lack of teacher treatment in providing reading materials on social studies subjects, the lack of use of social studies learning media, and lack of parental attention if the students got low grades, readiness, interest, intelligence of students in following subjects. Social studies lessons, and physical disabilities suffered by students and Efforts made by teachers to overcome learning difficulties, namely conducting learning using learning models, using image media, providing additional lessons according to the subject in question, giving homework and remedial teaching.

Abstract

Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana Pengaruh Keadaan Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua Siswa Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 4 Binontoan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keadaan Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua Siswa Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 4 Binontoan. Hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah “ Ada Pengaruh Keadaan Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa”. Adapun subyek yang diambil yaitu kelas V sebanyak 16 siswa untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan instrument berupa angket yang diberikan kepada siswa kelas V serta melihat hasil nilai angket perbandingan. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik presentase dan korelasi product moment pada taraf kepercayaan 5%. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa di peroleh dari  frekuensi motivasi belajar siswa dari 16 siswa terdapat 0 siswa atau 0% yang memiliki motivasi belajar  sangat tinggi, 3 siswa atau 18,75 % yang memiliki motivasi belajar  tinggi, 13 siswa atau 81,25% yang memiliki motivasi belajar  rendah, 0 siswa atau 0% yang memiliki motivasi belajar sangat rendah. Hasil pengujian analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi pada taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh  dikonsultasikan dengan tabel r diperoleh 0,497, dengan demikianatau 0,976 > 0,497. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut (Ha) yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara Keadaan social ekonomi orang tua Siswa terhadap Motivas belajar siswa diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara Keadaan sosial ekonomi orang tua siswa terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas V SDN 4 Binontoan,Kecamatan Tolitoli utara, Kabupaten Tolitoli.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the snowball throwing learning model on science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 4 Banawa. The problem examined in this study is whether there is an influence on the snowball throwing learning model on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 4 Banawa ? The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN 4 Banawa with a total of 43 people and the sample in this study consisted of two classes namely class IVa and class IVb. This research is a quantitative study using the snowball throwing learning model using two groups, namely the experimental class group and the control class group. The design used in this study is the Pretest-Posstest Control Group Design. The instrument used in this study is a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice. The average results of pretest data processing obtained in the experimental class is 4.41 and posttest score is 8.55 while the average score of the pretest obtained in the control class is 3.69 and the posttest score is 7.45. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis obtained t-counted = 2.35 and t table = 1.68 at the real level α = 0.05 with criteria if t-counted t-table then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, based on the results of the hypothesis test it can be concluded that there is influence Snowball Throwing learning model for the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 4 Banawa.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the extent to which the role of the school committee in improving the quality of schools at SD Inpres Malei, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of school committees in improving school quality. The data in this study were collected through interviews/interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the School Committee has implemented several performance indicators related to its four roles, namely as a consideration, supporter, controller, and as a mediator in an effort to improve school quality. In addition to providing input on the general school management system, the School Committee also provides input on the use of school budgets. The School Committee recommends using the budget by first maximizing the BOS funds received by the school. School Committees are not always directly involved in the policy-making process, but supervision is carried out through direct meetings with the Principal. In addition, the school also always provides a report on every policy it takes for approval. In terms of policy quality, so far the School Committee has given a good assessment of all policies taken by schools. The School Committee gives full trust to the school, so that until now it has never criticized the school's decisions.
