Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the level of income and satisfactionreceived scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual ModeSystem at the Islamic Institute of Pati in 2013, using a quantitative approachwith three variables: the level of income, the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship and psychological happiness. The study population was all students of the Dual Mode System totaling 117 students. Samples authors take 25% of polulasi, as many as 30 students. Analysis of this study using multiple regression with three steps: a preliminary analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of further analysis. Results of this study was no effect of income level (X1) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in STAI Starch 2013. Thus the first hypothesis which says "There is a significant relationship between the income level of students to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode system in sTAI Pati "is rejected. There is an effect of satisfaction received scholarships (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. So STAI Pati second hypothesis ie "There is significant relationship between satisfaction received scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode System in STAI Starch" accepted as true. The effect was of 18.3%, and the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined by the authors. No effect of income level (X1) and the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami humantrafficking dalam pandangan pidana Islam. Kajian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (literaturereview) sehingga sumber-sumber yang digunakan adalah data kepustakaan baik primer maupun sekunder yaitu buku dan hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan tema. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, pertama, dalam wacana Islam klasik, trafficking dikenal dengan istilah bai` al-bigha` yang secara tekstual berarti jual beli pelacur. Kedua, dalam literatur hukum Islam, trafficking bisa diqiyaskan dengan perbudakan meskipun dalam praktiknya hal itu lebih kompleks sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa trafficking adalah model perbudakan era modern.Ketiga, dalam kajian fikih jinayah, trafficking dapat dianalogikan dengan tindakan perkosaan dan perampasan(hirabah). Alhasil, pada prinsipnya Islam melarang segala bentuk eksploitasi termasuk eksploitasi dan perdagangan perempuan. Hukum trafficking dalam fikih jelas dilarang, diharamkan dan pelakunya menjadi musuh Allah SWT. Karena permasalahan trafficking dipengaruhi oleh multifactor yang saling berkait, maka untuk penanganannya juga perlu dilakukan dengan multi pendekatan mulai dari pendekatan agama, sosial, budaya, hukum, hingga ekonomi.[The purpose this study is to understand human trafficking in Islamic perspective, especially in criminal law. This is a literature study so the references islibrary sources both primary and secondary sources. The main findingsof this study are: first, historically human trafficking terminology is bai` al- bigha`,that means whore. Second, in the literature of Islamic law, human trafficking is a kind of slavery, although that is more complex. Third, human trafficking is seen as hirabah (sezing and rape). So, principally Islam does not allow some exploitation, especially human and woman exploitation. There are many factors of human trafficking took place so we needs an interrelatedapproach and strategy to solve it including religious, socio-cultural, law, and economy approaches.]

Abstract

ABSTRACK Laskar Pelangi (2008) is a film adapted from the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata. This film was directed by Riri Riza which was released on September 26, 2008. The screenplay was written by Salman Aristo. Laskar Pelangi film can be said to be an edutainment genre film because it conveys educational story messages that are packaged nicely. The film is also classified as a religious film because the background and values ​​presented are sourced from Islamic teachings. This research includes library research with a descriptive approach. Data sources are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of dialogue while secondary data in the form of supporting literature sources. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is to analyze the contents of the dialogues of the characters. The problem raised is what character education values ​​are contained in the film Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata and their relevance to commendable morals and human values. The expected goal is to analyze the values ​​of character education and their relevance to commendable morals and human values. The results showed that there were eight character education values ​​and their relevance to commendable morals and human values. The eight values ​​in question include tolerance, creativity, democracy, national spirit, respect for achievement, care for the environment, and social care. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for developing the Seribu Batu Semliro tourist attraction in Rahtawu Village. The Thousand Stones Semliro Tourist Attraction is one of the tourist attractions on the slopes of Mount Muria, Kudus Regency, namely in Rahtawu Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data sources originating from observations, interviews and documentation. The research results show that promotional activities are still lacking and tourist attractions are far from urban areas. The results of the SWOT analysis are as follows: 1) strength, namely the uniqueness of this tourist spot in the highlands of the Kudus area; 2) weakness, namely the factor that the road access to the Seribu Batu Semliro tourist attraction is still not good; 3) opportunity, namely revitalizing the economy of the surrounding community; 4) threats, which are prone to landslides during the rainy season which results in a lack of visitors. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the branding strategy is the most appropriate to use for developing the Seribu Batu Semliro tourist attraction.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discuss the value of education and environmental conservation in the Islamic view. The discussion of environmental conservation is factual and contextual. This will be more interesting if viewed from the view of Islam. The environment in Islam with variants pivots the awareness that everything is God's and should be used for the purposes that God has set forth. This is indeed the essence of the manifestation of a servant's gratitude towards the favors given by the creator. Man as the holder of the mandate (khalîfah Allâh fî al-ardh) is commanded to use the mandate of the management of the earth and its contents in the framework of obedience to Allah subhanahu wata'ala. Keywords:Value Of Education, Environmental Conservation, Islam.

Abstract

The film 3 Srikandi tells the true story of the struggle of three Indonesian female archery athletes at the Seoul Olympics in 2988, this film is an important example in the representation of stereotypes of women in the socio-cultural life of the Indonesian people which is packaged naturally in national cinema. The purpose of this study is to find out the representation of stereotypes of women reflected in the film 3 Srikandi through Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research with a semiotic analysis approach method. The research data is in the form of fragments of sentences, dialogues and scene images that show the stereotypes of women in the film 3 Srikandi. The results of the study show that the film 3 Srikandi not only shows the story of the struggle of the three main characters but, on the other hand, it also shows many stereotypes of women who are still thriving in the socio-cultural life of Indonesian society, such as women often feel dilemmas when choosing between their careers and personal lives, women are figures who pay attention to physical beauty, women are figures who are synonymous with tenderness but On the other hand, they are able to do hard work like men, women are strong figures in facing any situation, women are figures who have high dedication and never give up if they have a dream, and women as figures who provide warmth and emotional support to fellow women.

Abstract

Pendidikan Karakter merupakan salah satu urgensi pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya dalam dunia perkuliahan. Candi Prambanan merupakan salah satu sumber pembelajaran yang di dalamnya memuat relief-relief yang memiliki gambaran nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang dapat dijadikan contoh bagi kehidupan sehari-hari Mahasiswa Tadris IPS IAIN Kudus. Dalam penelitian ini memuat tujuan untuk mengetahui visualisasi dan implementasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Karakter yang tertanam dalam relief-relief di Candi Prambanan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu metode deskriptif analisis menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan dalam setiap relief yang ada di Candi Prambanan memberikan gambaran visual dari kualitas sebuah Pendidikan Karakter seperti nilai religius, kreatif, kerja keras, bersahabat atau komunikatif, dan perduli dengan lingkungan. Selain itu, melalui visualisasi nilai-nilai katakter tersebut dapat dijadikan contoh bagi mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti, selalu berdo’a terlebih dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, kreatif dan inovatif dalam bertindak, giat dan tekun dalam menghadapi tantangan, harus pandai membawa diri dalam situasi sosial apapun, dan ikut serta berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pelestarian alam.
