Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh E-Service Quality, E-Trust, dan E-Satisfaction tehadap E-Loyalty pengguna E-wallet Dana pada Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang telah menggunakan e-wallet Dana minimal tiga kali transaksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2) serta ujit dan uji-f menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) E-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. (2) E-trust berpengaruh negatif terhadap e-loyalty. (3) E-satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. (4) Secara simultan, eservice quality, e-trust, dan e-satisfaction memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap e-loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Rocket Chicken Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik responden dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial kualitas pelayanan (X1), harga (X2), kualitas produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y). Hal ini terlihat dari nilai sig. 0,000 0,05, (2) dan secara simultan Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Harga (X2), Kualitas Produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan KUD Sawit Makmur Ketapang Kalimantan Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan instrument kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil uji instrument menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) disiplin kerja KUD sawit Makmur Ketapang Kalimantan Barat tergolong baik, (2) motivasi kerja KUD Sawit Makmur Ketapang Kalimantan Barat tergolong sangat baik, (3) kompensasi KUD Sawit Makmur Ketapang Kalimantan Barat tergolong baik, (4) kinerja karyawan KUD Sawit Makmur Ketapang Kalimantan Barat tergolong baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the influence of Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Workload (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), with the object of research being employees in the Department of Human Resources and General Affairs of PT Madu Baru. The research design used is quantitative with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed offline to 77 respondents. Validity was tested using factor analysis, reliability was tested using Alpha Cronbach calculations, and data normality was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that compensation had a negative effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance, workload had a positive effect on employee performance, and overall compensation, work motivation, and workload had a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Optimal rice production is very important to meet national food needs amid a decline in harvest area and production yields. This study aims to analyze the influence of rice planting methods and genotype on the growth and yield of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.). The research was conducted on the Lampung State Polytechnic Experimental Land using a factorial Group Random Design (RAK) with two factors: the planting method (legowo row 2:1, planting distance 25x25 cm, and transplanter 2:1) and rice genotype (PTP 01, Inpari 24, Jeliteng, and Pandan Wangi) each method was repeated 3 times. The results of the study show that the interaction of planting methods and rice genotype has a significant effect on the growth and yield of rice plants. The combination of the 2:1 transplanter planting method and the Inpari 24 genotype gave the best results in terms of plant height (101.33 cm), number of saplings (29.33), number of productive saplings (25.00), and yield per hectare (12.48 tons/ha). The 2:1 transplanter planting method and the Inpari 24 genotype can be recommended as the best combination in increasing rice productivity.

Abstract

Soil fertility is a key factor in agricultural success; however, poor soil quality often hindersproductivity. One solution is the use of soil amendments to improve soil's physical, chemical,and biological properties. This study aims to analyze research trends on soil amendments inIndonesia based on agricultural journals from 2015 to 2024. Data were collected throughGoogle Scholar, with a total of 24 articles analyzed based on publication count, research design,indicator plants, treatments, and data analysis methods used. The analysis results indicatefluctuations in research trends, with the highest number of publications in 2021 and 2022. The Factorial Randomized Block Design was the most commonly used method, while the mostfrequently studied indicator plants were soybean, rice, and maize. The most common treatmentinvolved combining soil amendments with organic and inorganic fertilizers. The dominant dataanalysis method was ANOVA, followed by post hoc tests such as LSD and Tukey HSD todetermine significant differences between treatment groups. This study recommends furtherresearch on the effectiveness of soil amendments in supporting sustainable agriculture andexploring their use across various plant species and environmental conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and compensation on the performance of Generation Z and Millennial employees at PT Media Edutama Indonesia. Using quantitative methods with questionnaires as the main instrument, this study involved 50 employee respondents. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while motivation does not show a significant effect. The findings indicate that to improve employee performance, companies need to focus on developing a positive organizational culture and a fair compensation system. The results of this study contribute to a better understanding of the factors that influence the performance of younger generation employees, as well as practical implications for companies in designing effective human resource management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Price, Promotion, and Product Innovation on Customer Satisfaction. The research was conducted on 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods, including validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that all three independent variables, namely Price, Promotion, and Product Innovation, have a significant effect simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction. Partially, Promotion contributes the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction, followed by Product Innovation, while Price has a smaller but still significant effect. This study also demonstrates that Customer Satisfaction can be significantly enhanced through effective promotional strategies, relevant product innovations that meet market needs, and competitive pricing. This research provides practical recommendations for business practitioners to focus on strategic promotion and sustainable product innovation, as well as the importance of considering price management that aligns with market values. This study has limitations in terms of sample size and the focus on the variables used, thus, future research is suggested to expand the scope of variables and increase the number of respondents.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Nugrah Pratama Labelindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Nugrah Pratama Labelindo.
