Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen, kualitas layanan, dan nilai pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Warung Rizki. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif yang bertujun untuk mengukur serta menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh antar variable. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap konsumen yang memiliki pengalaman berbelanja di Warung Rizki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen persepsi konsumen, kualitas layanan, dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Di antara ketiganya, nilai pelanggan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, diikuti oleh persepsi konsumen dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemahaman terhadap nilai yang dirasakan konsumen serta konsistensi dalam pelayanan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan daya saing usaha kulinerKata kunci: Persepsi konsumen, kualitas layanan, nilai pelanggan, keputusan pembelian, Warung Rizki.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan pusat pengembangan keilmuan dan teknologi yang diharapkan dapat mensimulus dan mendorong percepatan laju pembangunan nasional. Pengelolaan sebuah perguruan tinggi tidak dapat disamakan dengan pengelolaan sebuah negara atau korporasi. Terdapat berbagai koridor tertentu yang erat kaitannya dengan values (nilai-nilai luhur) yang harus dijaga baik dalam hal sosial vales maupun dalam hal akademik. Hal ini jugalah yang mendorong kemunculan ide Good University Governance (GUG) dalam penyelenggaraan institusi perguruan tinggi dengan mengadopsi prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dalam corporate governance dengan berbagai penyesuaian seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, independensi serta kewajaran dan kesetaraan. Penerapan dan inplementasi prinsip-prinsip GUG diharapkan dapat menunjang kinerja sebuah perguruan tinggi secara menyeluruh seperti kinerja mutu layanan akademik, kinerja mahasiswa, kinerja riset dan kinerja SDM perguruan tinggi. Pelaksanaan dan penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi merupakan hal yang harus ditingkatakan, peningkatan kinerja perguruan tinggi dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi infomasi yang relevan guna membantu percepatan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan. Pengelolaan sebuah perguruan tinggi harus berada dalam koridor peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku guna mendukung kebijakan dan tujuan pendidikan nasional oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis proses pemberian kredit terhadap minat nasabah pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Kantor Cabang Tasbi Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah nasabah kredit aktif PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)TbkKantor Cabang Komplek Tasbi Medanyang berjumlah 11.578 orang pada bulan April 2014.Dalam penelitian ini ukuran sampel ditentukan oleh bentuk uji statistika dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane yang dikutip oleh Riduwan (2004), maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99.14 responden atau dapat dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis jalur dengan software AMOS 20.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persyaratan kredit berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat nasabah, variabel tingkat bunga kredit tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat nasabah dan variabel jangka waktu kreditberpengaruh langsung terhadap minat nasabah.

Abstract

Stabilitas ekonomi yang tidak merata menyebabkan sebagian dari penduduk yang keterbatasan ekonomi menjadi semakin miskin karena tingginya kebutuhan hidup yang harus dipenuhi. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah basis ekonomi bangsa yang dapat menjadi alternative pilihan guna mengangkat perekonomian negara dari keterpurukan. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan empat variabel, yaitu variabel bebas pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), modal (X3) dan teknologi (X4), dan variabel terikat ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat (Y). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah para entrepreneur (pemilik atau manajer) UKM yang tersebar di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan yang berjumlah 50 responden. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling untuk memperoleh data primer dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yakni pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat. Modal tidak serta merta berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat. Terakhir, teknologi menjadi variabel paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

According to Bank Indonesia, e-money is a payment system in a transaction through electronic media . The results obtained from this community service are that the delivery of the material carried out increases the understanding and knowledge of participants about e-money, previously 90% of students did not know about e-money then 95% of them were interested in using e-money. The data obtained from this community service is by distributing questionnaires to participants at the end of delivering the material. With this community service, it is hoped that the seventh grade students of Ja'far Muslim Lingga Tiga Muslim Middle School can increase their knowledge of e-money and are expected to provide education and understanding about e-money to those closest to them.

Abstract

Vegetables are a general term for plant foods that usually contain high water content, vegetables are very beneficial for health, development and growth, especially consumed for children, especially elementary school age who are still in the period of development and growth, the nutrients contained in vegetables are: Fiber is needed by our body for metabolic processes. In addition to fiber, vegetables also contain vitamins needed to prevent various diseases such as night blindness (lack of vitamin A), beriberi (lack of vitamin B), canker sores (lack of vitamin C), and others. For this reason, socialization of vegetable cultivation is carried out so that students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ikhlas know and understand the meaning of vegetables, types of vegetables, benefits and content contained in vegetables, the impact of not consuming vegetables, and how to grow vegetables properly and correctly. The method used in the PKM program at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ikhlas in Sidomulyo Hamlet is to increase students' knowledge of the importance of consuming vegetables, carried out by the lecture method, namely by providing an explanation accompanied by material that has been prepared previously in the form of power points, the discussion method is question and answer between the presenters and students about the material that has been delivered, and the training method is the practice of how to grow vegetables from preparing planting media, selecting seeds, nursery, and planting. The results of the socialization activities were that students were very enthusiastic about participating in the socialization and listening and paying close attention when the service team delivered material to practice vegetable cultivation methods.

Abstract

With social media now, the overall way consumers shop has changed, they purchase products online, from ordering to payment, they are done online. One way of electronic marketing and promotion is displaying advertisements on social media. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample taken in this research was 110 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is variance based structural equation modeling where data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program. The research results found that social media and promotional variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The financial and banking industry has implemented digitalization as a marketing weapon and realized industry 4.0. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the implementation of banking digitalization in the expansion areas. The population of this research is the customers registered at Bank Sinar Mas Rantauprapat in 2021 as many as 1445 people. Research using multivariate data should use the number of samples in the survey as many as 200 samples with purposive sampling technique. Smart PLS data analysis through the stages of convergent validity, discriminant, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and R-square. The results show that customer trust is very important in the business practice of the financial or banking industry, this is because customer trust is the most effective weapon in the banking service industry based on digital transformation as banking services will be able to increase customer satisfaction and even loyalty and attract new customers. Digital transformation in the banking world is an important phenomenon as access to the realization of customer-company interactions through information and communication technology, making it easier for companies to win the competition and become a competitive advantage for banking.

Abstract

The importance of marketing in a business, including for the D&Dimsum culinary business in attracting interest and purchasing decisions can be influenced by word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of product and promotion on purchasing decisions and word of mouth. The author's theoretical analysis uses a systematic literature review that is relevant to the research needs and a minimum sample size of 100 samples with an error rate of 5% with a simple random sampling technique. This study found that the percentage of research respondents' answers was dominated by answers agreeing to the product variable of 53.8%, the promotion variable of 47.2%, the purchase decision variable of 40.0% and the word of mouth variable of 41.4%. The research findings that local culinary products D & Dinsum from hypothesis testing that products and promotions directly have an influence on purchasing decisions and purchasing decisions directly have a relationship with word of mouth

Abstract

Although covid-19 is increasingly haunting the world, it has not reduced local investors to develop service businesses and place them as a type of business that is quite developed because it is directly related to consumer satisfaction. loyal customers who have become members of Mirota Swimming Pool. Technical analysis of data using path analysis with SPPS and Amos applications as a tool to determine the significant effect of the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study prove that facilities have a direct effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on business excellence, service quality has a significant effect on business excellence and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on business excellence. The hope is that local tourism business developers Mirota Ajamu Swimming Pool in coastal areas can expand their business through various promotions and advertisements to improve their image and introduce their business to outsiders. For other research, it is expected to be able to develop the phenomenon by looking for sources of relevant variables that are closely related to satisfaction
