Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar (SD) dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, dengan menyoroti prinsip, implementasi, dan relevansinya terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research) yang dianalisis melalui analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap berbagai sumber literatur seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan kebijakan, dan artikel penelitian terkini yang relevan dengan topik Kurikulum Merdeka dan globalisasi pendidikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka hadir sebagai inovasi kurikulum yang fleksibel, berpusat pada peserta didik, dan berbasis pada penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Kurikulum ini memberikan otonomi lebih luas kepada satuan pendidikan dan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran sesuai konteks lokal dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Dalam konteks globalisasi, Kurikulum Merdeka berfungsi sebagai strategi nasional untuk meningkatkan kompetensi literasi, numerasi, berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan karakter adaptif siswa terhadap perubahan global. Namun, implementasi di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala seperti disparitas sumber daya sekolah, kesiapan guru, dan keterbatasan fasilitas digital. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kompetensi guru, digitalisasi sumber belajar, serta sinergi antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengambil kebijakan pendidikan dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dasar yang relevan dengan dinamika global. This study aims to analyze the development of the Merdeka Curriculum in primary schools in responding to the challenges of globalization, with an emphasis on its principles, implementation, and relevance to the needs of 21st-century education. The study employs a library research approach, analyzed through content analysis of various literature sources such as scholarly journals, books, policy reports, and recent research articles relevant to the topics of the Merdeka Curriculum and educational globalization. Data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the review indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum emerges as an innovative curriculum that is flexible, learner-centered, and based on strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. This curriculum provides greater autonomy for educational institutions and teachers to design learning that aligns with local contexts and students’ needs. In the context of globalization, the Merdeka Curriculum functions as a national strategy to enhance students’ literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, creativity, and adaptive character in facing global changes. However, its implementation in practice still encounters challenges such as disparities in school resources, teacher readiness, and limitations in digital facilities. Practically, this study recommends strengthening teachers’ competencies, digitalizing learning resources, and fostering synergy among the government, schools, and communities to ensure the sustainable implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for education policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of primary education that aligns with global dynamics.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 (DMT2) adalah penyakit metabolik dengan hiperglikemia akibat resistensi insulin dan disfungsi sel β pankreas. Pencegahan dan pengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan pangan fungsional berbasis bahan lokal. Limbah pengolahan kopi, yaitu pulp dan parchment kulit kopi, kaya serat pangan dan senyawa bioaktif seperti asam klorogenat, fenol, flavonoid, dan kafein yang berpotensi menurunkan glukosa darah. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efek antihiperglikemik tepung pulp dan parchment kulit kopi pada tikus Wistar model DMT2. Penelitian terdiri dari lima kelompok: normal, kontrol negatif, kontrol positif glibenklamid, perlakuan tepung pulp, dan tepung parchment. Induksi diabetes dengan nicotinamide-streptozotocin, intervensi selama 14 hari. Parameter yang diamati: berat badan, kadar glukosa darah puasa, analisis serat pangan, dan senyawa bioaktif pada tepung kulit kopi. Hasil menunjukkan tepung parchment memiliki serat pangan total lebih tinggi (76,78%) dibanding pulp (57,47%), sedangkan pulp memiliki aktivitas antioksidan, fenol, flavonoid, dan kafein lebih tinggi. In vivo, pemberian tepung pulp dan parchment menurunkan glukosa darah puasa tikus lebih signifikan dibanding kontrol positif glibenklamid, sekaligus meningkatkan berat badan yang menurun akibat induksi diabetes. Efek antihiperglikemik diduga berasal dari kombinasi serat pangan dan senyawa bioaktif yang meningkatkan sensitivitas insulin, memperlambat penyerapan glukosa, serta melindungi sel β pankreas dari stres oksidatif.

Abstract

Strategi Coping yang baik pada masa sosial distancing wabah Covid-19 penting untuk mengurangi kejenuhan dan rasa bosan serta menghindari terjadinya stress. Untuk itu, strategi coping yang baik bagi mahasiswa dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Tik Tok untuk memperoleh dukungan sosial dan sebagai bentuk pengekspresian diri serta penyaluran perasaan di tengah kejenuhan kuliah online dan kesibukan tugas-tugas kuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai bagaimana gambaran strategi coping mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi Tik Tok yang menjalani sosial distancing pada Universitas Mulawarman Samarinda. Subjek yang digunakan sebanyak empat orang mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman pengguna aplikasi Tik Tok dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan subjek penelitian didasarkan atas ciri-ciri atau sifat-sifat tertentu.  Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam semiterstruktur dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data yang dikemukakan Miles dan Huberman yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran strategi coping mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi Tik Tok selama menjalani sosial distancing wabah Covid-19 lebih cenderung menggunakan pendekatan emosional focus coping yakni menggunakan Tik Tok sebagai pengalihan atau penyaluran emosi ketika mengalami tekanan atau stres. Sehingga menggunakan aplikasi Tik Tok cukup efektif untuk strategi coping selama sosial distancing wabah Covid-19. A good coping strategy during the social distancing period of the Covid-19 outbreak is important to reduce boredom and boredom and avoid stress. For this reason, a good coping strategy for students can be done by using the Tik Tok application to get social support and as a form of self-expression and channeling feelings during saturation of online lectures and busy college assignments. This study aims to obtain information on how to describe the coping strategies of students using the Tik Tok application who undergo social distancing at Mulawarman University, Samarinda. The subjects used were four students of Mulawarman University users of the Tik Tok application using purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of research subjects based on certain characteristics or traits. The data collection used is semi-structured in-depth interviews and observation. The data collected were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the description of the coping strategies of students using the Tik Tok application during the social distancing of the Covid-19 outbreak was more likely to use an emotional focus coping approach, namely using Tik Tok as a diversion or channeling of emotions when experiencing pressure or stress. So, using the Tik Tok application is quite effective for coping strategies during the social distancing of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

Buffalo milk (Bubalus bubalis) has a high protein and fat content and lower cholesterol than cow's milk, but this nutritional content causes a relatively short shelf life so that further processing is required, one of which is to make cheese. During the shelf life, the quality of cheese can decrease due to microbial activity, enzymatic reactions, and protein and fat degradation. Lactobacillus lactis and Lactobacillus bulgaricus bacteria produce proteolytic enzymes that can modify the protein and fat content in cheese. This study aims to analyze the effect of the combination of Lactobacillus lactis and Lactobacillus bulgaricus bacteria on the protein and fat content of buffalo milk cheese at different shelf lives. The study used four treatments without repetition with shelf lives of 1, 7, and 14 days. Protein content was analyzed using the Kjeldahl method and fat content using the Soxhlet method. Data on pH, water content, total LAB, protein content, and fat content were analyzed descriptively quantitatively, while organoleptic tests were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test followed by the Mann–Whitney test (p<0.05). The results showed that the combination of bacteria increased protein and fat content as the shelf life increased, with the highest values ??being 47.44% and 32.94%, respectively, accompanied by a decrease in pH and total LAB. In conclusion, the addition of 3% Lactobacillus lactis and 3% Lactobacillus bulgaricus can improve the quality of buffalo milk cheese. This research contributes to the science of food fermentation regarding the role of the combination of Lactobacillus lactis and Lactobacillus bularicus bacteria on the chemical characteristics of buffalo milk cheese during shelf life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the playing method as a learning strategy in developing beginning reading skills in grade I students of State Elementary School 050 Malintang Julu, Mandailing Natal Regency, Academic Year 2025–2026. The main problem raised in this study is the low beginning reading ability of students due to the use of monotonous learning methods that are not in accordance with the characteristics of early age development. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, using a one group pretest-posttest design model. The research subjects were 22 grade I students. The instruments used included an initial reading test and a student activity observation sheet. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test and regression test using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the application of the play method had a positive impact on improving students' initial reading skills. The results of the t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results (t count = 1.717, t table = 1.720, α = 0.05). Although statistically the t count value was slightly smaller than the t table, the results of direct observation, positive correlation value (r = 0.186), and simple linear regression results Y = 102.943 + 0.254X indicated that the play method had an effect on improving student learning outcomes. The effect of the play method on initial reading skills was 35%, while the rest was influenced by other factors. Thus, it can be concluded that the play method is effectively used as a learning strategy to develop early reading skills in grade I elementary school students. This method is able to create a fun learning atmosphere, motivate students, and increase their activeness and involvement in the reading learning process
