Abstract

Salah satu serat yang dapat dimaanfaatkan sebagai bahan pengisi pada produk komposit yaitu serat nanas dan glasswool yang sangat mudah didapatkan serta ramah lingkugan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kekuatan tarik dan bending yang teringgi pada setiap variasinya. Spesimen uji dibuat menggunakan metode hand lay up dengan pengujian tarik menggunakan ASTM D638-02 dan bending ASTM D90. Hasil pengujian kekuatan tarik yang paling optimal terdapat pada fraksi volume (SN 40% : GW 20% ) dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar  = 37,11 MPa untuk kekuatan luluh sebesar 29,87 MPa dan regangan tarik sebesar  6,49 % pada variasi (SN 30% : 30% GW) nilai rata-rata sebesar  = 24,48 MPa untuk kekuatan luluh sebesar 18,38 MPa dan regangan sebesar  6,74%, variasi (SN 10% : GW 50%) rata-rata kekuatan tarik sebesar  =17,05 MPa dengan kekuatan luluh sebesar 13,89 MPa dan regangan meningkat sebesar  829%. Hasil pengujian bending tertinggi terdapat pada variasi (SN 40% : GW 20%) dengan rata-rata kekuatan bending sebesar 115,79 MPa untuk kekuatan luluh didapatkan sebesar 5,23 MPa untuk variasi (SN 30% :GW 30%) didapatkan kekuatan bending sebesar 90,19 MPa dengan kekuatan luluh 5,23 MPa dan variasi (SN 10% : 50% GW ) didapatkan kekuatan bending sebesar 68,13 MPa dengan kekuatan luluh 3,11 MPa. Pencampuran yang terbaik terjadi pada spesimen dengan komposisi 40% serat nanas dan 20% glasswool. Jenis patahan yang terjadi berupa getas.

Abstract

Bank Tabungan Negara adalah salah satu BUMN yang bergerak dibidang perbankan. Bank BTN menerapkan Strategi Komunikasi untuk diimplementasikan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Presero) Tbk cabang Kelapa Gading Square sehingga dapat menjadi pembelajaran dan pedoman dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada nasabah.Fokus dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana implementasi Strategi Komunikasi pada Frontliner dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Bank BTN cabang Kelapa Gading Square.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive, untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain, dengan Strategi Komunikasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan Frontliner, dalam segi pelayanan yang dilakukan dengan beberapa bentuk kegiatan dengan briefing, sharing dan ujian online untuk meningkatkan intelektual bagi frontliner. Penerapan strategi komunikasi yang digunakan untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan nasabah dan peningkatan kinerja dari Frontliner sendiri.

Abstract

Limbah plastik dapat diubah menjadi minyak dikarenakan pada dasarnya plastik berasal dari minyak bumi, jadi limbah plastik tersebut seolah mengalami proses daur ulang. Bahan Bakar Alternatif (BBA) dari limbah plastik PP melalui proses pirolisis. Hasil yang peneliti lakukan adalah dari 1 Kg limbah plastik PP dapat menghasilkan BBA sebanyak adalah 148 mL menggunakan kompor burner ber ukuran kecil dengan temperatur suhu 183,3 oC dengan lama pembakaran 4 jam. Kemudian dilakukan pengembangan dengan peningkat temperatur 268,7 oC menghasilkan BBA 363 mL. Penggunaan bahan bakar alternatif hasil penelitian pada uji kinerja pada mesin sepeda motor 4 tak 100 cc. Pada transmisi 1, menghabiskan BBA=11,5 mL, Pertalite=13,8 mL, Pertamax 92=12,4 mL. Transmisi 2 menghabiskan BBA=10 mL, Pertalite=12,4 mL, Pertamax 92=10,2 mL. Transmisi 3 menghabiskan BBA=10,6 mL, Pertalite=9,8 mL, Pertamax 92=10,6 mL. Transmisi 4 menghabiskan BBA=9,4 mL, Pertalite=7,8 mL, Pertamax 92=10 mL

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of employee perceptions and environmental consciousness on performance, taking into account communication as a moderating factor. The study utilized a questionnaire survey to validate its hypotheses and focused on employees in companies located in Riau, Batam, Medan, and Jakarta. Purposive convenience sampling was used, involving 132 participants. The findings revealed that both perception and environmental consciousness influence performance. Furthermore, communication affected performance directly but did not moderate the relationship between employee perceptions, environmental consciousness, and performance.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memiliki standar untuk memastikan kualitas produknya. Salah satu proses penting dalam penjaminan produk di PT. XYZ adalah proses kalibrasi. Proses kalibrasi ini melibatkan pembuatan dan pengujian produk, khususnya kalibrasi kecepatan motor menggunakan Tachometer. Namun, karena lamanya waktu persiapan proses kalibrasi, diperlukan solusi internal. Analisis fishbone menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama lamanya waktu persiapan kalibrasi,karna pemasangan serta penyiapan komponen yang memakan waktu. Oleh karena itu, dirancanglah Alat Bantu Kalibrasi Tachometer yang mencakup sistem kontrol dan perhitungan BEP (Break Even Point) untuk menentukantitik impas biaya pembuatan alat dibandingkan biaya kalibrasi eksternal. Setelah itu, uji coba dilakukan untuk menilai sistem kontrol kecepatan motor dan menentukan titik impas biaya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kontrol berfungsi dengan baik dan mampu menentukan waktu titik impas, sehingga mengurangi kebutuhankalibrasi eksternal dan biaya terkait.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diabetic foot ulcers are open wounds on the skin surface due to complications of macroangiopathy that result in vascular insufficiency and neuropathy. Efforts that can be made to treat Diabetic Foot Wounds are to control wounds, infections by routinely cleaning the wound if there is fluid and removing dead tissue. There has been no wound washing intervention using octenidine as a wound washing fluid against biofilms in Diabetic Foot Wounds. Diabetic foot ulcers are a complication that occurs in patients with diabetes mellitus. Patients with diabetic foot wounds in Indonesia are around 15%, with an amputation rate of 30%. Diabetic foot wound care uses a treatment technique using the mouisture balance method which is useful for maintaining moisture in the wound which will cause the autolysis process in the wound so that it can grow new tissue which accelerates wound growth. Hydrogel is a modern dressing that supports wound dressings that can perform autolysis effectively. To identify the effect of octenidine on biofilm among patient with diabetic foot ulcer. Knowing how the effectiveness of the use of hydrogel in diabetic foot wound. This research is a quasy-experiment with a pretest-posttest design approach, namely in this design an initial assessment is carried out through a pretest-posttest. Techniques in conducting samples in this study with a total sampling technique with a total of 20 respondents. This research instrument uses the BWAT assessment sheet. The statistical tests used were univariate and bivariate using paired sample t-tests. The results of the study obtained an average BWAT (Bates-Jansen Wound Assessment Tools) pretest observation score of 36.65 ± 7.85 and a post-test of 24.15 ± 6.95. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in pretest and post-test BWAT (Bates-Jansen Wound Assessment Tools) assessment scores with a p-value of 0.000. After the use of hydrogel against autolysis in diabetic foot wound patients obtained a p-value of 0.000 so that hydrogel is effective against diabetic foot wound autolysis. Keywords: Diabetic Foot Wound Autolysis, Hydrogel  ABSTRAK Luka kaki diabetikum merupakan komplikasi yang terjadi pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Penderita luka kaki diabetikum di Indonesia berada dikisaran 15%, dengan tingkat amputasi 30%. Perawatan luka kaki diabetikum menggunakan teknik perawatan menggunakan metode mouisture balance yang berguna untuk mempertahankan kelembapan pada luka yang akan menimbulkan proses autolysis pada luka tersebut sehingga dapat menumbuhkan jaringan baru yang mempercepat pertumbuhan luka. Hydrogel merupakan balutan modern yang mendukung pembalut luka yang dapat melakukan autolysis secara efektif. Mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas dari penggunaan hydrogel pada luka kaki diabetikum. Penelitian ini berbentuk quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest – post-test design yaitu dalam desain ini dilakukan pengkajian awal melalui pretest – posttest. Teknik dalam melakukan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 20 responden. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan lembar pengkajian BWAT (Bates-Jansen Wound Assessment Tools). Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat menggunakan paired sample t-test. Abstract

ABSTRACT Venous Leg Ulcer is an open skin wound that occurs in areas affected by venous hypertension in the legs. In the proliferative phase, there is granulation tissue which is rich in new blood vessels that have been produced. Wound care has used Modern Dressings such as Polyurethane Foam which plays a role in absorbing exudate fluid and controlling hypergranulation, as well as putting pressure on the wound. To determine the effectiveness of Polyurethane Foam as Primary Dressing in the proliferation phase of the wound healing process in Venous Leg Ulcer patients in Wocare. Quasi-experimental research using a one group pre-test post test design. The total sample consists of 25 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the statistical test used was the paired sample t-test to determine the difference in pre-test and post-test scores using the Winner Scale assessment sheet. The research results mean the Winner Scale Pre-test score was 32.48 ± 6.319 and the post test is 20.72 ± 5.884. The research results showed that there was a difference between the Winner Scale scores before and after being given Polyurethane Foam with a p-value obtained of 0.000 (p<0.05). The use of Polyurethane Foam obtained effective results in reducing hypergranulation in the proliferation phase of Venous Leg Ulcer patients. with the results showing a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). For wound sufferers in Venous Leg Ulcer patients, it is hoped that they can use Polyurethane Foam Primary Dressing as an effort to speed up the wound healing process in the proliferation phase in VLU patients. Keywords: Venous Leg Ulcer, Polyurethane Foam, Proliferation Phase, Winner Scale  ABSTRAK  Venous Leg Ulcer adalah luka kulit terbuka yang terjadi di area yang terkena hipertensi vena di kaki. Fase proliferasi, terdapat jaringan granulasi yang memiliki kaya akan pembuluh darah baru yang telah dihasilkan. Perawatan luka telah menggunakan Modern Dressing seperti Polyurethane Foam yang berperan dalam menyerap cairan eksudat dan mengontrol hipergranulasi, serta memberi tekanan pada luka. Mengetahui Efektivitas Polyurethane Foam sebagai Primary Dressing terhadap fase proliferasi proses penyembuhan luka pada pasien Venous Leg Ulcer di Wocare. Penelitian quasi-eksperimen menggunakan rancangan one grup pre-test post test desain, Sampel total terdiri dari 25 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data di analisis menggunakan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor pre test dan post test dengan menggunakan lembar pengkajian Winner Scale. Hasil penelitian rata-rata skor Winner Scale Pre-test sebesar 32,48 ± 6,319 dan post test sebesar 20,72 ± 5,884. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan antara skor Winner Scale sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Polyurethane Foam dengan nilai p-value yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Abstract

Diabetic foot wounds are predisposed to infection. These infections are the result of microbial colonization of the wound surface. The development of such infections can also be influenced by factors such as the presence of dead tissue, excessive exudate, and bacterial colonization. Efforts to overcome wound inflammation/infection with inflammation/infection management using the TIMERS steps (Tissue management, Infection/Inflammation, Moisture balance, Epithelization advancement/edge, Repair and regeneration, social factors) involve care actors. The present case study aims to describe the management of inflammation/infection with the TIMERS Step in diabetic foot wound clients involving carers. The research design is a case study, carried out on three clients with diabetic foot wounds from blood sugar tests while meeting the criteria of diabetes mellitus, stage III and IV wounds with granulation, slough and signs of inflammation/infection treated with TIMERS Steps involving caregivers who are trained to identify care needs. The findings of this case study indicated that the management of inflammation and infection in diabetic foot wounds using TIMERS entails three distinct stages. These stages involve the cleansing of the wound with antiseptic fluids, the removal of necrotic tissue through mechanical and autolytic debridement, and the selection of antimicrobial dressings to prevent and treat wound inflammation and infection. The carer's comprehension of the nursing care process was deemed satisfactory. This case study concludes that management of inflammation/infection with the TIMERS step involves the carer in identifying factors that inhibit wound healing and can accelerate the improvement of skin/tissue integrity.

Abstract

In today's era, humans are facing increasingly complex life challenges. For that, a strong religious foundation is needed. The research aims to strengthen religion through the congregational prayer movement in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan. Religion is a treatise conveyed by God to the Prophet as a guide for humans and perfect laws to be used for humans in carrying out real life procedures and regulating relationships with responsibility to Allah, to society and the natural surroundings. The methodology used is mixed methods, namely a combination of literature and field studies. Where the literature study is carried out to formulate the theory, while field studies are carried out through direct observation of the location of the object of study. The findings of this study are that the Religious Guidance Through the Congregational Prayer Movement conducted in Potoan Daja Village is highly appreciated by the community and directly increases religious and religious awareness. Activities to Strengthen Religious Development through the Congregational Prayer Movement in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan have succeeded in fostering a new prayer room at the residence of Mr. Muhammad Bhere' Sabe with two male and female shafs through the preparation of the main and supporting programs using the lecture and story method.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency has a much higher level of risk and volatility compared to traditional investment instruments such as stocks, thus requiring a deeper understanding of the characteristic differences between the two. This research analyzes the risk profile and return on investment of cryptocurrency compared to stock indices in Indonesia during the 2022–2024 period. This research seeks to examine the characteristic differences between cryptocurrency and traditional stock investments. Using purposive sampling techniques, this research involves five types of cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Binance, Ripple) and five stock indices (IHSG, MBX, LQ45, Kompas 100, Bisnis-27) with monthly data totaling 350 observations. The methodology used includes the Shapiro-Wilk normality test for data distribution, followed by the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test for return and risk variables that are not normally distributed, and the Independent Sample t-test for the Value at Risk (VaR) variable that is normally distributed. The findings shed light that although there is no significant difference in the rate of return between cryptocurrency and stock indices (p = 0.494), cryptocurrency has a much higher level of risk based on standard deviation (p = 0.000) and Historical VaR 95% (p = 0.028). The average VaR of cryptocurrency reaches 23.17%, while stock indices only 6.10%, indicating a potential maximum loss nearly four times greater under worst market conditions. These findings confirm that cryptocurrency is a high-risk asset that demands more careful risk management strategies, and provides important implications for investors and policymakers in designing regulations and investment portfolios that are adaptive to digital market dynamics.
