Abstract

The rapid growth in information and communication technology (ICT) has fundamentally transformed the business landscape, leading to the emergence of new business models and accelerating the pace of change. In this context, it is essential to prepare the next generation with the appropriate skills to face challenges and leverage opportunities offered by the technology revolution. The purpose of this research is to examine education strategies to produce a technology-based entrepreneurial generation. This study is a qualitative literature review aiming to investigate various approaches in academic literature related to the research topic. Data for this research will be retrieved from Google Scholar with a range of years from 2018 to 2023. The study findings indicate that education strategies to produce a technology-based entrepreneurial generation must be comprehensive, holistic, and sustainable. Education should prioritize the development of technical skills, creative thinking, and entrepreneurial attitudes in an inclusive and sustainable learning environment. Additionally, education should integrate project-based learning and real-world experiences, as well as strengthen soft skills essential for success in business.

Abstract

Abstract

Background. Creole language is a language that developed through contact between very different languages. Morphological innovations in these languages reflect dynamic adaptations to social and linguistic contexts. This study aims to explore morphological innovations in creole languages and how language contact plays a role in the formation of the language's morphological system. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the types of morphological innovations in creole languages, as well as to examine the relationship between morphological changes and social and cognitive factors in the speaking community. Method. This study uses a qualitative approach with analysis of creole language morphological data obtained from interviews, daily conversations, and existing literature. The data were analyzed using descriptive and comparative methods to identify morphological innovation patterns. Results. The study found that reduplication was the most dominant morphological innovation in creole language, followed by new affixation and morphological borrowing. These innovations are largely influenced by social interaction and the influence of superstratum and substrate languages. Conclusion. Morphological innovations in creole languages demonstrate the ability of language to adapt and evolve despite having simple roots. This research contributes to a further understanding of how creole language evolved and served as a communication tool in complex social contexts.

Abstract

Early reading difficulties, particularly dyslexia, pose significant challenges for elementary school children, affecting academic achievement and long-term literacy development. Neurocognitive research suggests that deficits in phonological processing, working memory, and rapid automatized naming are core contributors to reading impairments. Understanding these underlying cognitive mechanisms is crucial for designing effective early reading interventions that target both skill acquisition and brain-based processing. This study aims to investigate the efficacy of a neurocognitive-based early reading intervention for children with dyslexia, focusing on improvements in reading fluency, decoding accuracy, and phonological awareness. A quasi-experimental design was employed with 60 elementary school participants diagnosed with dyslexia, divided into intervention and control groups. Standardized neurocognitive assessments and reading tests were administered pre- and post-intervention. Results indicated that children receiving the neurocognitive intervention demonstrated significant gains in decoding accuracy, reading fluency, and phonological awareness compared to the control group. The study concludes that interventions informed by neurocognitive principles can effectively enhance reading outcomes for children with dyslexia, providing both practical and theoretical insights into tailored literacy instruction.
