Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer mendorong kemajuan dalam bidang pengolahan citra digital yang memungkinkan proses analisis dan peningkatan kualitas gambar secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan membandingkan kinerja tiga metode peningkatan kualitas citra, yaitu Wiener Filter, Contrast Stretching, dan Sharpening Filter pada citra buah semangka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan metode kuantitatif, di mana citra semangka digunakan sebagai objek penelitian dan diproses menggunakan beberapa teknik peningkatan kualitas citra. Evaluasi hasil pemrosesan dilakukan dengan metode Mean Squared Error (MSE) untuk mengukur tingkat kesalahan antara citra asli dan citra hasil pemrosesan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Wiener Filter memberikan nilai MSE terendah sehingga paling efektif dalam mengurangi noise dan menghasilkan citra yang lebih halus. Contrast Stretching mampu meningkatkan kontras citra sehingga objek terlihat lebih jelas, sedangkan Sharpening Filter meningkatkan ketajaman dan mempertegas tepi objek dalam citra. Berdasarkan analisis visual dan numerik, masing-masing metode memiliki keunggulan tersendiri sesuai dengan tujuan pengolahan citra yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan teknik peningkatan kualitas citra digital pada berbagai aplikasi pengolahan citra.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the performance of two analysis techniques, namely Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Naive Bayes, in evaluating public sentiment on Instagram after the 2024 presidential election. PSO is used to optimize important features in sentiment analysis, while Naive Bayes is used as a comparison for assess PSO performance. Data was obtained from user uploads, comments and interactions on Instagram regarding the presidential election. After data collection and pre-processing, significant features are extracted and both methods are applied for sentiment analysis. Evaluation was carried out to compare the Akurasi and performance of the two methods. The research results show that PSO has the potential to improve the Akurasi of sentiment analysis compared to Naive Bayes. This research provides in-depth insight into the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the context of sentiment analysis on the Instagram platform after the presidential election, as well as an important contribution to data-based political decision making.

Abstract

Proses seleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu selama ini masih berpedoman pada kriteria penilaian serta persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan observasi langsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sistem penilaian dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa masih dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual. Maka dari itu, dengan tujuan membantu pihak LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu. sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Metode yang diterapkan pada sistem pendukung keputusan adalah AHP (analytical Hierarchy Process). Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan dalam kasus pembobotan kriteria dan penentuan prioritas setiap kriteria berdasarkan matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membantu memberikan rekomendasi pihak lazimu dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa.

Abstract

Voting or voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of selecting leaders. Village head elections are generally still carried out conventionally, elections still use paper to elect village heads (Kades) which are carried out by punching one of the candidate images. The problem that arises is that voters must come to the polling place in order to be able to collect data and vote, for Citizens who cannot attend the polling place or do not exercise their right to vote will add to the data on the abstentions list that is present at the election. In village head elections (Pilkades) the vote counting process is still done manually so it takes quite a long time. This study aims to build an e-voting simulation system which is expected to provide knowledge of technological developments in the field of general elections. This system development method uses Waterfall. Furthermore, if you have obtained the results, you will test the system that was built by testing it with the black box testing method to see in terms of functionality all features are running smoothly or not. The results of testing the E-voting application for village head elections show that the system can run well and has been implemented so that it can be used on Android-based smartphone devices.

Abstract

A traffic accident is an event where a motorized vehicle collides with another object and causes damage. Traffic accident data at the Bengkulu City Police LAKA LANTAS (Traffic Accident) Unit is only used as data reporting where the accident data can actually help to reduce the number of traffic accidents by grouping to facilitate the police in proper handling efforts to reduce the number of traffic accidents. traffic accidents by classifying accident-prone roads. One of the approaches used in developing the clustering method is the K-Means Clustering method, where this method is a data grouping method that attempts to partition data into two or more groups (clusters) with the same characteristics into the same group. The results and discussion of the research obtained a system capable of classifying accident-prone roads using the k-means method. From the tests carried out this system can be used by the POLRESTA in helping these problems.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to be able to further assist teachers in providing material related to procedures for managing corpses based on 3D animation. In this study the authors used empirical methods, in which data collection was carried out in several steps, namely: Observation and Library Studies. In addition, the system design has 2 (two), namely: First Marker Check (Washing the Body) and Initialization. Then there are 4 (four) paths in application design, namely: Interface Design, Splashscreen Menu, Main Menu, Prayer Movement AR Menu. And the last one is testing, where testing of the process book augmented reality application for children is carried out. Before the application is tested on users, it is first carried out using the white box testing method, testing the application on devices with the Android operating system. From this study it can be concluded that the stages involved in developing a 3D multimedia in the form of augmented reality consist of the process of modeling, texturing, ringing, animation, rendering, making APKs. The results of the animation making process are then arranged in a single unit using vuforia and unity so as to produce a 3D animation-based corpse management movement guide application.

Abstract

Most of the tourists visiting the city of Bengkulu. constrained by a lack of access to information sources. Meanwhile, tourists also really need valid information about the place to be visited which results in a lot of wasted time searching for information related to the location of the object they want to visit. Based on this background, the researcher created an application called the Adroid-Based Tourism Travel Agenda Planning Application, which aims to assist tourists in determining destinations and assist tourists in arranging tourism itinerary scheduling. In conducting this research, the type of research used is qualitative research with a scientific approach and the system design method used is waterfall and for calculating the results of the questionnaire using quantitative methods. This application runs on Android-based smartphones. This application includes two contents namely destinations and agendas. Destination content has five features, namely, lodging, tours, souvenirs, and orders. The development of this application uses the Android Studio software. In modeling this application uses the UML method in the form of uses case digrams and is tested using the blackbox testing method. The results of testing this application conclude that the expected functions are all successful as expected. The conclusion is that the Bengkulu City Tourism Itinerary Planning Application can make it easier for tourists to find destination locations in Bengkulu City and help tourists plan travel agenda schedules with some of the information available on the application.

Abstract

The election of the chairman and deputy chairman of the OSIS is held every year by all schools including SMPN 10 Bengkulu Selatan. The election was carried out conventionally where this activity required quite a lot of money and energy as well as quite long teaching and learning hours which were cut to carry out the election of the OSIS chairman. Apart from that, there is the potential for fraud, human error, operational inefficiencies from the start to the end of the election, and non-real-time monitoring which are shortcomings of conventional voting systems. To answer this problem, research is proposed which aims to build a web-based e-voting system for the election of OSIS chairman at SMPN 10 Bengkulu Selatan. The software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The method emphasizes rapid and incremental prototyping.

Abstract

This thesis aims to design an Android application specifically developed for attendance activities at the Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Putri Hijau District North Bengkulu, using the MIT App Inventor platform. This application is expected to be more efficient than the old application and can provide convenience for employees who want to run attendance and make it easier for the admin to recap attendance data. To achieve this research, researchers use the Prototype method with code block programming development in MIT App Inventor and use Googel maps assistance in validating attendance locations. In the implementation process, the author will focus on designing an interface that is simple and easy to understand, ensuring compatibility with Android devices, and integrating features that are relevant to the needs of Attendance and Licensing. The importance of creating an application that can be accessed without difficulty by users without a conventional programming background is a major concern. Therefore, this research will prioritize the use of visual programming provided by MIT Inventor, enabling application development without the need for in-depth knowledge in programming. The result of this research is an Android Attendance application design that can be used by Admin and Employees at the Office of Religious Affairs Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu. This application is expected to provide benefits for KUA Admins and Employees in terms of reducing the number of employees.

Abstract

Minimarket Barokah is a minimarket located in Rafflesia Hospital, Bengkulu City. Minimarket Barokah is owned by the Rafflesia Hospital Foundation Bengkulu. The sales focus or target market targeted by Minimarket Barokah is visitors from Rafflesia Hospital, families of patients, and employees of the hospital. Data mining, often also called knowledge discovery in database (KDD), is an activity that includes collecting, using historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data sets. The output of data mining can be used to improve future decision making. Apriori algorithm is the most famous algorithm for finding high frequency patterns. The Apriori algorithm can be used in the sales process by providing a correlation between sales data, in this case the food or drinks purchased will get a consumer purchase pattern. The minimarket can use this information to take actions that increase profits for the minimarket owner. It is expected that the barokah minimarket always updates transaction data gradually so that this application can provide sales information based on stock to the leadership
