Abstract

The increasing use of electronic documents has heightened the need for fast, accurate, and objective digital signature verification systems. This study proposes a digital signature recognition system by combining Geometric Features, Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG), and Hu Moment feature extraction with a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier using the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel. A dataset of 500 signature images from 50 individuals was divided into training, validation, and testing sets using an 80:10:10 ratio. The proposed workflow includes image preprocessing, feature extraction, feature vector construction, model training, and evaluation using a confusion matrix. Experimental results show that the combined feature extraction methods effectively represent both global and local signature characteristics. The proposed model correctly classified 46 of 50 testing samples, achieving 92.00% accuracy, 88.00% precision, 92.00% recall, and an 89.33% F1-score, demonstrating its effectiveness for automatic digital signature recognition and electronic document authentication.

Abstract

Archaic image restoration faces significant challenges due to complex degradation in the form of blurring and attenuation of extreme luminance (low-light) that obscure the identity of historical subjects. This study constructs a new paradigm through the Face-Centered Enhancement mechanism based on GFPGAN to reconstruct high-fidelity facial features in visual archives from the Bengkulu Museum, Bung Karno's Exile House, and Fort Marlborough. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of a feature enhancement module capable of performing adaptive deconvolution specifically on the face area to mitigate stochastic hallucinations in the GAN latent space, thus balancing lighting restoration without distorting the authenticity of the original character of historical figures. Quantitative evaluation of 50 images using a synthetic degradation scheme shows superior performance, where 95% of the data achieves SSIM ≥ 0.95 and MSE ≤ 0.01. This improvement in visual quality has direct implications for the efficiency of the OCR system in extracting document text and optimizing classification in digital archival information systems. Despite its dependence on high-performance computing, this method has proven effective in bridging the disparity between improving pixel quality and preserving historical integrity in national digital preservation efforts.

Abstract

Plagiarisme merupakan pengambilan karangan atau pendapat orang lain dan menjadikannya seolah-olah karangan atau pendapat sendiri, misalnya menerbitkan karya tulis orang lain atas nama dirinya sendiri. Dalam hal mengantisipasi pendapat karangan orang lain yaitu dibutuhkan cara dalam menganalisis suatu dokumen, salah satunya yaitu dengan menerapkan fungsi metode rolling hash pada algoritma winnowing karena metode winnowing ini algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pengecekkan kesamaan kata (document fingerprinting) untuk mengidentifikasi plagiarisme atau penjiplakan. Dengan menerapkan fungsi metode rolling hash pada algoritma winnowing dapat menghasilkan perbandingan persentase plagiat atau kemiripan suatu dokumen atau teks abstrak. Dari Percobaan membandingkan teks abstrak dalam salah satu jurnal mendapatkan nilai persentase 50,06% dengan menggunakan persamaan Jaccard Coeficient.

Abstract

This study was an application development from former research that makes an android-based Indonesian history learning media application. From previous studies, the researcher did not employ randomization or algorithms. Meanwhile, in this study, it was developed using the Fisher-Yates algorithm. This study utilized the UCD method which conducted interviews with users or research sites so that they could get results on the needs, designs, and feasibility as well as tests on applications or learning media. From the results of the research that has been conducted, it is found that this learning media can aid the learning system for students of State Junior High School 38. As a necessity and feasibility, this learning media is calculated using a Likert Scale and gets 81.2% results which are included in the statement strongly agree.

Abstract

Kriteria kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif dapat dinilai berdasarkan kualitas materi dan kualitas pembelajaran, dan kualitas teknik. Seperti halnya yang terjadi di SD Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu, masih banyak guru yang masih menggunakan metode konvensial. Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran menurut siswa yaitu kurangnya materi serta soal yang interaktif dan menarik sehingga mengakibatkan siswa kurang termotivasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan memperhatikan hal tersebut, perlu adanya media pembelajaran alternatif untuk memudahkan siswa dalam mendapatkan materi pembelajaran. Chatbot merupakan agen cerdas yang dapat meniru kemampuan manusia untuk melakukan percakapan dengan pengguna yaitu manusia. Chatbot pada bidang pendidikan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai penyaji bahan materi dan soal yang interaktif dan menarik.

Abstract

Abstract— This Geographic Information System can be employed by users using Android-based mobile devices so that they can provide roles and functions to consumers in the form of information related to the installation location of billboards and billboards managed by CV. Tunggal Abadiand its search menu.This application is created using the Best First Search algorithm. The results of this study indicate that the Best First Search Algorithm can be applied in tracing the location of the installation of billboards and billboards for CV. Tanggal Abadi.The resulting application can provide convenience in rinsing the location for installing billboards and billboards for CV. Tunggal Abadi and can be used on the Android platform and based on tests carried out by distributing questionnaires to 10 respondents. Viewing from the results of the average answers, respondents who reached 53% answered strongly agree, 26% agree, 14% disagree, and 14% disagree. Abstract

Profile video is an electronic medium to convey information that is very effective in introducing a school. Through this visual media, all information can be easily digested by all circles of society. State Elementary School 47 Bengkulu City, Mem needs promotional media to the community to increase the admission of new students. Based on this, then to do the promotion, a profile video of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 47 bengkulu city was made. In making this video, Sketchup software and enscape are used to make it easier to create profile videos. The purpose of the research is to make a 3D animated video as a promotional medium at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 47 Bengkulu City. Research methods through multimedia system development models using Luther Sutopo's Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The research was carried out as a promotional medium through 3D animated videos using the sketchup application. The respondent's due diligence test received a response of 87.5%, which means that the video profile that was made is liked by the general public.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem informasi berita yang diberikan oleh (KOMINFO) Kota Bengkulu seperti postingan artikel berita dan penyampaian informasi yang tersedia pada website https://kominfo.bengkulukota.go.id masih belum bias secara langsung memfilter artikel yang adapada website secara otomatis membuat produktifitas kerja menjadi lebih lambat dan harus mengeksploitasi sendiri untuk mempercepat mendapatkan informasi.. aplikasi kecerdasan sumber terbuka (OSINT) masyarakat dapat mengeksploitasi sendiri untuk mempercepat mendapatkan informasi atau bisa langsung menggunakan tools nya untuk kebutuhan information gathering, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah website dengan tekologi open source intelligence (OSINT) untuk pencarian informasi secara cepat. Hasil pengujian website dengan Osint Command line juga dapat menampilkan data dari hasil gathering information dalam melakukan pencarian data data yang diinginkan dengan kata kunci pencarian lebih cepat dan kelemahannya adalah data pribadi yang ada di ranah publik baik secara daring atau luring bisa terkumpul dan disalah gunakan pada layanan sosial media, email, aplikasi pengiriman pesan, atau E-commerse dan masih banyak lagi biasanya mengumpulkan informasi pengguna.

Abstract

So far, the quota of recipients of aid for the deaf is determined directly by the Social Service where this has an ineffective impact, such as there are people who deserve this assistance but cannot get it due to the limited quota of recipients and this also raises community perceptions due to the possibility of being affected by subjectivity in in determining the beneficiaries of assistance, so that it is not uncommon for efforts to distribute this assistance to have the potential to be very large not on target. A decision support system or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist in making decisions in an organization or company by applying methods that are appropriate to the areas of decision taken. Making decisions manually without the help of a SPK will result in an assessment that is not objective and does not appropriate. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method by applying a weighted value to each criterion. The conclusion is that the computation is more efficient, the computational calculation is faster, and the decision-making method is faster. haven't made a perfect decision yet.

Abstract

The world of the internet is increasingly developing because humans are always looking for new breakthroughs. Web-based data collection of academic scores at SMA N 03 Lebong, especially in collecting student academic scores, starting from entering data (input), changing data and displaying data (output). Problems that can be identified from the design of an offline web-based student academic data collection system that runs at SMA N 03 Lebong include the system that has been running so far to obtain information about test scores, and manual lesson schedules. In overcoming the problem, a system is needed to handle data collection on student report cards. By using a computerized system and application design, everything can be stored neatly, integrity is guaranteed, data collection can be done quickly, precisely and accurately. The data in this study are data from SMA N 03 Lebong students. The data used in this study came from SMA N 03 Lebong. The system was built using PHP programming and MySQL Database. This system can also be accessed anywhere using a web browser connected to the internet.
