Abstract

Abstrak Dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu fokus utama dalam pelaksanaan transformasi layanan primer salah satunya melalui edukasi penduduk melalui penguatan peran kader. Kader posyandu ILP  merupakan ujung tombak pemberdayaan masyarakat  dalam implementasi sistem manajemen pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu ILP. Pengetahuan kader sangat penting karena sebagai pemberi informasi kesehatan masyarakat juga penggerak masyarakat datang ke posyandu. Saat ini kegiatan posyandu ILP merupakan program kebijakan Kementerian Kesehatan RI yang masih baru. Desa Karangrejo merupakan salah satu Desa yang melaksanakan kegiatan Posyandu ILP. Posyandu ILP diselenggarakan dengan mendekatkan pelayanan kesehatan melalui jejaring hingga ketingkat desa/kelurahan, dengan sasaran seluruh siklus hidup. Pelaksana utama kegiatan Posyandu ILP  adalah kader. Kader mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam posyandu ILP sebagai garda terdepan memberikan dasar kesehatan masyarakat di Desa/Kelurahan. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah dari hasil observasi pelayanan kesehatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu ILP di Desa Karangrejo belum semua kader mendapatkan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang posyandu ILP dan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Karangrejo baik balita, remaja maupun lansia masih belum semua sasaran terpenuhi, masih tercapai  sebesar 80 %. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak agar pelayanan kesehatan  masyarakat desa  lebih optimal. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada kader tentang Posyandu ILP agar kader posyandu dapat membantu bidan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan melalui sistem manajemen terpadu terintegrasi layanan primer. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian sosialisasi berupa edukasi bagi kader posyandu. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah kader posyandu. Kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena peran aktif dari 15 kader. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Desa Karangrejo Kecamatan Ngasem Kabupaten Kediri dilaksnakan pada bulan Juli 2024. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan pada akhir pengabdian masyarakat, pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang sistem manajemen pelayanan kesehatan ILP sebelum pelaksanaan edukasi sebagian besar memiliki kategori baik 7 orang (46,7%) dan setelah pelaksanaan eduksi sebagian besar memiliki kriteria sangat baik sebanyak 13 orang (86,7 %). Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan. Rekomendasi hasil pengabdian masyarakat, perlu diupayakan pendekatan  Perspectif Co-production dalam upaya memaksimalkan pendayagunaan poyandu ILP. Pengetahuan kader perlu ditingkatkan secara terus menerus secara berkelanjutan dalam upaya peningkatan ketrampilan kader posyandu  terutama ketrampilan dalam pelayanan kesehatan sehinga diharapkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat lebih optimal. Kata Kunci:  pemberdayaan, Posyandu Integrasi Layanan Primer,  Sistem Manajemen Pelayanan Kesehaan, Kader   Abstract In  the implementation of Posyandu, the main focus in implementing the transformation of primary services is through educating the population by strengthening the role of cadres.The The Integrated Primary Service (ILP) Posyandu cadres are the spearhead of community empowerment in the implementation of the health service management system at the ILP Posyandu. Cadre knowledge is very important in the ILP Posyandu because they are providers of public health information and also motivators for people to come to the Posyandu. Currently, the ILP Posyandu activity is a new policy program of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Karangrejo Village is one of the villages that implements the ILP Posyandu activity. The ILP Posyandu is organized by bringing health services closer through networks to the village/sub-district level, targeting the entire life cycle. The main implementers of the ILP Posyandu activity are cadres. Cadres have a very important role in the ILP Posyandu as the front guard in providing a basis for public health in the Village/Sub-district. Based on the identification of problems from the results of observations of community empowerment health services in the implementation of the ILP Posyandu in Karangrejo Village, not all cadres have received education and training on the ILP Posyandu and the participation of the Karangrejo Village community, both toddlers, adolescents and the elderly, has not all targets been met, still reaching 80%. Therefore, cooperation from various parties is needed so that village community health services are more optimal. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization and education to cadres about Posyandu ILP so that Posyandu cadres can help midwives improve health standards in providing health services through an integrated primary service management system. The method used is providing socialization in the form of education for Posyandu cadres. The stages of the activity include preparation, implementation and evaluation. The target of the activity is Posyandu cadres. The activity can be carried out well because of the active role of 15 cadres. Community service was carried out in Karangrejo Village, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency, implemented in July 2024. The results of this community service were obtained at the end of the community service, the knowledge of the posyandu cadres about the ILP health service management system before the implementation of education was mostly in the good category of 7 people (46.7%) and after the implementation of education most of them had very good criteria of 13 people (86.7%). The results of the activity evaluation showed a significant increase before and after the implementation of the activity. Recommendations from the results of community service, it is necessary to strive for a Perspective Co-production approach in an effort to maximize the utilization of the ILP posyandu. The knowledge of cadres needs to be continuously improved in an effort to improve the skills of posyandu cadres, especially skills in health services so that it is hoped that community health services will be more optimal. Abstract

The premunition stage of babesiosis poses a significant risk of relapse due to immune suppression. This report describes two cats that presented to a veterinary clinic with lethargy, anorexia of several days’ duration, watery eyes, and loose stools. Both cats were unvaccinated and lived in an open environment shared with their owners. Initial clinical evaluation suggested feline coronavirus (FCoV) infection and giardiasis; however, subsequent peripheral blood smears revealed intracellular parasites consistent with Babesia sp.. The initial treatment targeted viral and protozoal infections using antiprotozoal and antiviral agents for seven days, followed by a 21-day regimen of clindamycin and multivitamins to manage babesiosis. Hematological analysis and Giemsa-stained peripheral blood smears revealed anemia, thrombocytopenia, and persistent babesiosis. Clindamycin therapy effectively reduced parasitemia and alleviated clinical signs, including anemia, anorexia, and weakness, although complete clearance of Babesia sp. from the peripheral blood was not achieved at the administered dosage.

Abstract

Halal and thayyib certifications are generally used to certify that food products adhere to Islamic rules. "Halal" refers to what is permitted or halal in Islam, whereas "Thayyib" emphasizes goodness, safety, and responsible sourcing. However, certification can be applied to a variety of commodities and services, including traditional health services. Traditional healing services must be developed in a complete manner that respects cultural variety, stimulates collaboration among many healing traditions, assures quality and safety standards, and prioritizes community involvement and empowerment. Aims: This study examines thayyib and halal certification as a means of improving traditional health service promises and achieving medical wellness. Method: The present study employs a literature review methodology, drawing on national and international journals published between 2019 and 2023. The journal sources consulted for this research encompass PubMed, Google Scholar, Elsevier, and Research Gate. Result: The findings indicate that common beliefs about moral sourcing, religious compliance, and holistic health promotion underpin the association between halal and thayyib certification and medical health. Providers can deliver services that prioritize the safety, quality, and well-being of people as well as the community as a whole while still adhering to religious restrictions by incorporating this accreditation into their medical operations. Conclusion:  In summary, the relationship between medical wellness and certifications for halal and thayyib highlights the value of cultural sensitivity, quality control, and comprehensive health promotion in healthcare services. Integrating this credential into medical practice allows healthcare professionals to serve a variety of patient populations better and advance inclusive, moral, and sustainable healthcare.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the accuracy, preference, comfort, and impression-taking time of digital intraoral scanners in children. Literature was sourced from Scopus, ScienceDirect, Wiley, and PubMed (2014–2024). From 124 identified articles, 22 were duplicates, and 11 met the inclusion criteria and were assessed using the CEBM Appraisal Tools. These 11 articles were included in the final analysis. Data were organized following the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews guidelines. Results of the 11 studies, 3 concluded that digital intraoral scanners are more accurate than conventional methods, 3 found equivalent accuracy, and 5 did not evaluate accuracy. Five articles showed children preferred the digital intraoral scanner over conventional methods, while 6 did not address preference. Regarding comfort, 5 articles reported that children felt more comfortable using the digital scanner, 1 article reported equal comfort, and 5 did not evaluate comfort. For impression-taking time, 1 article reported faster scanning times, 2 reported longer times, 2 found similar durations, and 6 did not discuss impression time. Conclusion: Scientific evidence regarding the use of digital intraoral scanners in children remains limited. While their accuracy is generally comparable to conventional methods, children tend to show better preference and comfort. However, findings related to impression-taking time vary, indicating a need for further research using standardized instruments to draw definitive conclusions.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis pengaruh aktiva tetap serta penjualan terhadap laba bersih pada PT Matahari Department Store Tbk, Jakarta selama periode 2016-2024. Penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif serta verifikatif. Data penelitian ini ialah laporan keuangan triwulanan sebanyak 36 sampel. Teknik analisis data meliputi regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t (parsial), dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa laba bersih dipengaruhi aktiva tetap secara signifikan negatif, sedangkan penjualan mempengaruh signifikan arah positif. Secara simultan, aktiva tetap serta penjualan signifikan mempengaruhi laba bersih. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 70,3% memperlihatkan bahwa kedua variabel independen bisa menggambarkan variasi laba bersih, 29,7% sisanya didefinisikan variabel di luar penelitian.Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengelolaan aktiva tetap yang efisien serta kemajuan strategi penjualan guna meningkatkan laba bersih. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi manajemen Perusahaan, ritel, penelitian selanjutnya, dalam mengkaji berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh pada kinerja keuangan.
