Abstrak Dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu fokus utama dalam pelaksanaan transformasi layanan primer salah satunya melalui edukasi penduduk melalui penguatan peran kader. Kader posyandu ILP  merupakan ujung tombak pemberdayaan masyarakat  dalam implementasi sistem manajemen pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu ILP. Pengetahuan kader sangat penting karena sebagai pemberi informasi kesehatan masyarakat juga penggerak masyarakat datang ke posyandu. Saat ini kegiatan posyandu ILP merupakan program kebijakan Kementerian Kesehatan RI yang masih baru. Desa Karangrejo merupakan salah satu Desa yang melaksanakan kegiatan Posyandu ILP. Posyandu ILP diselenggarakan dengan mendekatkan pelayanan kesehatan melalui jejaring hingga ketingkat desa/kelurahan, dengan sasaran seluruh siklus hidup. Pelaksana utama kegiatan Posyandu ILP  adalah kader. Kader mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam posyandu ILP sebagai garda terdepan memberikan dasar kesehatan masyarakat di Desa/Kelurahan. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah dari hasil observasi pelayanan kesehatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu ILP di Desa Karangrejo belum semua kader mendapatkan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang posyandu ILP dan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Karangrejo baik balita, remaja maupun lansia masih belum semua sasaran terpenuhi, masih tercapai  sebesar 80 %. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak agar pelayanan kesehatan  masyarakat desa  lebih optimal. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada kader tentang Posyandu ILP agar kader posyandu dapat membantu bidan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan melalui sistem manajemen terpadu terintegrasi layanan primer. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian sosialisasi berupa edukasi bagi kader posyandu. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah kader posyandu. Kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena peran aktif dari 15 kader. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Desa Karangrejo Kecamatan Ngasem Kabupaten Kediri dilaksnakan pada bulan Juli 2024. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan pada akhir pengabdian masyarakat, pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang sistem manajemen pelayanan kesehatan ILP sebelum pelaksanaan edukasi sebagian besar memiliki kategori baik 7 orang (46,7%) dan setelah pelaksanaan eduksi sebagian besar memiliki kriteria sangat baik sebanyak 13 orang (86,7 %). Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan. Rekomendasi hasil pengabdian masyarakat, perlu diupayakan pendekatan  Perspectif Co-production dalam upaya memaksimalkan pendayagunaan poyandu ILP. Pengetahuan kader perlu ditingkatkan secara terus menerus secara berkelanjutan dalam upaya peningkatan ketrampilan kader posyandu  terutama ketrampilan dalam pelayanan kesehatan sehinga diharapkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat lebih optimal. Currently, the ILP Posyandu activity is a new policy program of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Karangrejo Village is one of the villages that implements the ILP Posyandu activity. The ILP Posyandu is organized by bringing health services closer through networks to the village/sub-district level, targeting the entire life cycle. The main implementers of the ILP Posyandu activity are cadres. Cadres have a very important role in the ILP Posyandu as the front guard in providing a basis for public health in the Village/Sub-district. Based on the identification of problems from the results of observations of community empowerment health services in the implementation of the ILP Posyandu in Karangrejo Village, not all cadres have received education and training on the ILP Posyandu and the participation of the Karangrejo Village community, both toddlers, adolescents and the elderly, has not all targets been met, still reaching 80%. Therefore, cooperation from various parties is needed so that village community health services are more optimal. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization and education to cadres about Posyandu ILP so that Posyandu cadres can help midwives improve health standards in providing health services through an integrated primary service management system. The method used is providing socialization in the form of education for Posyandu cadres. The stages of the activity include preparation, implementation and evaluation. The target of the activity is Posyandu cadres. The activity can be carried out well because of the active role of 15 cadres. Community service was carried out in Karangrejo Village, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency, implemented in July 2024. The results of this community service were obtained at the end of the community service, the knowledge of the posyandu cadres about the ILP health service management system before the implementation of education was mostly in the good category of 7 people (46.7%) and after the implementation of education most of them had very good criteria of 13 people (86.7%). The results of the activity evaluation showed a significant increase before and after the implementation of the activity. Recommendations from the results of community service, it is necessary to strive for a Perspective Co-production approach in an effort to maximize the utilization of the ILP posyandu. The knowledge of cadres needs to be continuously improved in an effort to improve the skills of posyandu cadres, especially skills in health services so that it is hoped that community health services will be more optimal.
